Первый раз на Самуи мы полетели с супругом в том году. Путёвки оформляли через турагентство, с которым мы сотрудничали много лет. В этом году мы решили Самуи показать нашим детям. Совершенно случайно вышли на сайт asiahotels.ru, ознакомились с отзывами и решили бронировать путёвки через сайт. Сэкономили прилично, т.к. летели 4 взрослых, 1 ребёнок и инфанта (второй внучке 1 год). Всё прошло очень хорошо: долетели неплохо (учитывая двоих детей). В отеле понравилось, но больше детям - отель чистый, ухоженный, замечательнейший бассейн (мы почти не купались в море, волны и внучки), у которого отличные лежаки, зонты и прочее. Обслуживающий персонал замечательный, внимательный. Кухня в стиле всех отелей. Вечером понравились блюда барбекью . Нам с супругом больше понравился отель Fair House, в котором мы отдыхали в том году: много зелени (как в джунглях), мало русских, большая территория отеля. Но дети сказали, что если у них получится, будут опять отдыхать в Weekendere. АНТОН, спасибо за отдых. Всем друзьям и моим клиентам рекомендую обращаться к Вам!

Very good place, very good beach. Hotel isn't very cozy but children like this hotel most of all other hotels we stayed. We lived in Thai House, it isn't the separate bungalow, in the building there are three rooms. Two bigger and one smaller in beetween. We had smaller one. It isn't 51 meters as in ad, probably twice ore more smaller. In the bigger rooms there are additional terrace. Our frends who stayed in this hotel before (with the same accomodation) said that their room was with two double bed, in our were one double and one single. In the room we could hear a childs cry from the next room.

Милый,симпатичный отель.Не хуже других - это точно. Чистая территория, замечательный вид бассейна.Джакузи. Мы жили в стандартных бунгало. Наверно, нам повезло, т.к. от дороги это было самое дальнее бунгало, поэтому шума мы совершенно не слышали. Номера очень простые, пол потертый, но все чисто и все работает. Все равно мы в них только спали. Обратите внимание, что пляжные полотенца у них красятся-испортили мне кепку и тунику. Пытались дважды их отстирать - надо отдать должное, им почти это удалось. Разумеется, бесплатно и с извинениями. Сейф на ресепшн, бесплатно в любое время дня и ночи. Завтрак вполне приличный-яйца вареные, яичница,рис,картошка,жареный бекон,какие-то котлетки, фрукты,чай-кофе,пирожные. Мы завтракали в 9 утра, нам хватало часов до обеда (а обедали мы часа в 3 дня).Удобное расположение на Ламае. В общем, цена-качество вполне соответствуют. Я приеду в него еще раз.

Hi all! We have stayed at the Weekender Resort & Spa, Koh and we would not advise this hotel to anybody. Service in this hotel has the lowest priority in the list. Every minute at this hotel we felt that all staff tried to minimize possible expenses caused by their guests. Customer may be charged for any small things like dirt on the towels. We have been at Samui for 4th time but it was the very first time when we were very disappointed by the service in the hotel. Look, they (staff) do not even smile there! We have never seen that in Thailand before.

We had a deluxe room, next to the pool with a sea view. The room was large with everything you could want. The hotel was clean and well maintained. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. he location is perfect, right in the centre of Lamai and it's nightlife. This was my 15th visit to Samui, and this is by far the best hotel I have stayed in.

Excellent hotel for the moderate payment. The affable and sympathizing personnel. We have stopped in delux with ocean view, view from a window was exelent. We believe, that Lamai a scourge - the best coast on Samui, especially in seat where the hotel is located. Has taken in hotel motobike for a rent, all is simple - without credits and passports. From lacks, probably to note a poor and monotonous breakfast. Small quantity beach-chairs. If we shall be going to visit Samui still time, we shall necessarily stop in this hotel.

Nice resort and nice location. But overpriced. I booked a the deluxe room but they gave me a superior room. I think the other rooms were full. I m dissappointed about the room. I expected much more for 3750 baht. I don't recommend this room! The roommate does his work very good. Clean rooms! The people at the reception are not service minded . The swimmingpool is nice and big. The breakfast is of a low standard. Not bad at all but not to much choice. For this money below expectations. Check-in and check-out without problems and very fast.

Clean room and nice view from the room, which is great! Good b fast food... Although the service is a bit suck. I came on friday night around 11pm, and they had stopped the service early. So we only allowed to have beers, and bottles of sodas, which is totally not cool. And the woman who served us was a bit rude, by the explanation, I assume that she wanted to go home, and the fact that we came late, that really made her dissapointed. Not nice at all! The rest is OK. Good value of money.

We have returned from a 21-day stay at the Weekender Resort, Lamai. Everyone of the staff were pleasant, helpful and cheerful making our stay very enjoyable. We stayed in a Thai house which are an older type but which were kept spotlessly clean by our smiling cleaners. The restaurant was in a great position next to the beach and it was a pleasure to have breakfast there, with a good choice of food. I found the drinks expensive even for hotel prices. On leaving we felt we had spent 3 weeks with a happy family so THANK YOU ALL AT THE WEEKENDER.

If you like big resorts, where you are just like one in a million, this is a good place to stay. The pools are nice, free new sunbeds, a very nice, but very expensive restaurants, okay bungalows and a lot of russians. Lamai beach is Chawend littlebrother, so if you don´t want to much noise, go to Lamai. The staff is like in the rest of Thailand- ALWAYS smiling, shiney people - thank you!

Weekender is a lot different from dome years back. Totally rebuilt, it is worth the money. The Thai massage is also excellent. The reception staffs are not good. Very bad service, and arrogant. Staid for six nights. Came back to Samui, after a trip to Koh Tao. Did not stay, since the price was too high. They would not consider giving us a good price. We staid, at the Resort next to it. Lamai Coconut Resort, exellent quality for half the price. Very, very good. The Tailor at Weekender, stay away from him. Completely use less. When we agreed to pick up what we had ordered, he was not their. Most of what we had ordered was not to acceptable standard, I say again don’t do any business with him. The new restaurant was very nice, the waiters very helpful.

Our group (5 girls in their 20 s)stayed at the Weekender resort for 10 nights and we were very pleased! After reading some of the more negative reviews on here, we were a little hesitant, but the resort was just perfect for what we wanted. After walking up and down the Lamai stretch of beach, the Weekender definitely had the best area of beach that we saw of all the surrounding resorts. The included breakfast in the morning was great, we never missed it. The surrounding restaurants and conveniences were also very useful. We stayed in the more basic rooms which were what we needed for our price range, but the nicer rooms looked great for those that want those kinds of amenities. I would stay here again and recommend it to others!

we booked the standard room for 2200 bht and judging by the photo of the std room and the price we were expecting something quite nice... however we were pretty disappointed when we were taken to see our room which certainly had no greenery to look out to and instead our balcony looked out over the busy main street of lamai and really we were not close to the beach at all.. the building was old and we not attractive at all.. the rest of the resort looked nice but not for the price.. they offered to upgrade us (maybe for a little extra baht- not sure) but we were annoyed about the situation so we had a look around lamai and came across Lamai Inn 99 who had a room closer to the beach with all the mod cons - tv, air con, safe in room - and lovely pool for 1500 bht... we lost of 2200 deposit a Weekender... would definately go to Lamai Inn 99 over Weekender anyday ...

When we arrived, the swimming pool looked dirty, but swimmable. By our third day there it was beginning to get green. I (along with most of the guests) started complaining to the front desk, and soon a worker would come and dump in a little chlorine. Each day the pool got greener and soon we couldn't even see the bottom, and algae was floating on top. I complained daily, at the front desk and the lady in charge told me The pool is clean, but it is still green because the water comes from a well. It was obvious they don't know how to take care of their pool - and they were unresponsive to our complaints. We will not go back again. We ended up going down the road and swimming at the Aloha Resort. They have clean pool, and nice rooms, and it is a much nicer place than the Weekender. If we return to Lamai beach we will stay there. At the Weekender, we stayed in the Thai House. The Thai house looks bigger than the picture on the internet, a large sitting room, and a large bedroom, with a bath connected to the room. They apparently have new Thai houses (pictured) and old Thai houses, ours was old but we were satisfied.

Excellent hotel. Very helpful. Good food. Great beach, clean and not as crazy as Chaweng but many good shops and places to eat. Great for families and singles wanting a balance between peace and good R&R. My kids loved it and the staff made them feel welcomed. We would go back to the Weekender.

I have stayed at the Weekender before, and with the remodeled rooms on the main building I would stay there again. They were modern and clean, the bed was a little to firm for me. Breakfast was good, and the staff was plesant. The pool area was nice with good loungers, but the beach was dirty and not kept up. I wanted to lounge more on the beach, but there was to much debri that had drifted onto it ( syringe ). I would suggest that the hotel have someone pickup their beach area early in the morning. Everything else was very good, and a good baragin for the price. I would stay again.

GREAT FOR FAMILIES! Pool is big and clean--no baby pool but an attached play area for little kids. Rooms were big and clean-enough without being perfect. We had a family of five and the room was big enough for a queen sized bed and THREE single beds for each of the boys. Location--excellent--in the good part of Lamai--plenty of t-shirt shops and tailor shops and seafood and pizza restaurants and even close to MacDonalds--but not as seedy as other parts of town. Breakfast buffet was plentiful and hotel staff was nice. Bring your own hairdryer and adapter (they use a USA looking plug but it is definitely 220v.) Great location, good hotel. The beach itself has surf that breaks right on the edge--so no surfing in December. Kids swam all day in the surf. This hotel has a family atmosphere. Strongly recommend it.
