The Samui Jasmine Resort is located on the beautiful Lamai beach, one of the most popular beaches on the island. The airport and ferry terminal are only a 30 minute drive away and the shopping and nightlife area of Lamai can be reached bz foot within a few minutes. The award-winning resort offers 35 luxurious rooms and villas surrounded by a tropical garden. All rooms are equipped with modern facilities and a private balcony overlooking the tropical nature. Accommodation and facilities:
A little gem we found on a hunt for a nice place in Lamai. The staff we very friendly & helpful right from the start, offering us refreshments even when we were only enquiring about the rooms. They more than accommodated our needs. They let us know hoe we could book on line & get a cheaper rate. They changed our mattress over the next day after checking in when informed it was sagging on one side. The hotel has small but beautiful grounds, water and flower features & a great eating space directly over looking the beach & poolside. Breakfast was simple but very generous. If they upgraded the variety & quality of meats, the hotel would definitely rate 4+ stars.

Our holidays were great. There are a lot of advantages. But there are also disadvantages too. First. We have a noisy air-cond in our room (3rd fl.). It was working all night long, so we had to sleep with ear plugs. Second, and the main. Hotel staff began taking off sundecks and umbrellas TOO early (right after 16.00) for placing restaurant tables. So hotel guests had to leave the beach or sit on the sand closely to the sea. Thus the softest sun was from 16.00 to 18.00 exactly. Nearby hotels also organized evening restaurants but later. So, their guests received the full Thai sun and sea, and hotel sundecks and umbrellas as well (they paid for it). By the way, first visitors appeared in the restaurant circa after 18.30. And hotel staff coped with placing and laying tables in 20-30 min.

Останавливались в отеле с 24.04 по 06.04.2012. Отель понравился. Расположение очень удобное с одной стороны в центре торговой улочки, с другой стороны отель прямо на берегу. Совершенно не шумно, до пляжа от номера меньше минуты. Брали бунгалло, хороший номер. Вся территория зеленая. Сам по себе отель маленький, впрочем там все такие отели. А большие отели как правило не с таким хорошим пляжем. Шезлонги и зонты есть, бесплатные, всгда в наличии. Заход в море хороший - песок. Море глубокое, правда временами было грязное (кокосы плавали, водоросли). Ездили в Чавенг, не понравилось.Море очень мелкое, купаться негде. Завтраки однообразны, но есть что выбрать. Убборка в номере хорошая. Персонал очень вежливый. Wi Fi бесплатный, есть везде на тер-рии отеля, включая номер. В целом рекомендую отель. По близости не видели отеля такого ухеженного и с таким хорошим пляжем.

Очень хороший отель, был выше всех моих ожиданий, даже несмотря на высокую стоимость виллы. Обслуживание и качество еды и номеров на высшем уровне. Был с друзьями и детьми. Никаких проблем за 2 недели. Рядом тоже рекспектабельные отели, до центра 10 минут ходьбы. Из относительных минусов могу отметить (с сильной натяжкой) - не сильно разнообразный (хоть и очень сытный) завтрак, не очень вкусно приготовленного лобстера на ужин, а так же не везде 100%-но работающий WiFi. Но это я так, придираюсь))

This is a beautiful hotel and lived up to its boutique description. The decor throughout exceeded expectations. I loved our room with its Thai furniture and art. Hotel staff had limited English but were friendly and accommodating all the same. We did have problems with the temperature in our shower - it was either boiling hot or too cold. We asked for it to be fixed twice but they could not fix it. They did offer for us to change rooms but we didn't want the hassle of packing/unpacking again. Also, due to the weather there was no beach dining and the beachfront of the hotel was rather scruffy. This was due to a big wave a couple of days before we arrived. I realise that was due to mother nature but the hotel could have made more of an effort to get the beachfront looking as immaculate as the rest of the hotel.

Hotel booking was smooth and I liked the flexibility of paying a deposit and then paying the balance later. However, we booked a hotel transfer through SiamWebHosting but there was no-one to pick us up. I later discovered an email advising that we hadn't paid for the transfer therefore it was not booked, however they did not request prepayment before!

L hôtel est vraiment très beau, bien situé, petits-déjeuners et massages vraiment excellents. Pour la plage ce n était pas évident pour se baigner car il y avait des gros rouleaux de vagues. Piscine un peu défraichie. Dommage que pour le prix le wifi n est pas inclu. Très bon service.

Samui Jasmine Resort is a beautiful resort, right at the beautiful beach of Lamai.It has it own beach, and the water is very clear.The Deluxe Jacuzzi Villa is absolutely beautiful, and the room got all.The resort has a very nice garden and that gives a nice atmosphere to the resort.The staff is very good,friendly and helpfull.The pool area is beautiful but the beach was so nice that we only stayed at the beach.In the evening you can have diner on this nice beach from Jasmine.And they have very good lobster.The resort is right in the haert of Lamai. And close to everything.The Marine Bar at the beginning of the street in front Jasmine resort is a nice and friendly place to have some drinks in the evening.We stayed here 1 week and we will come back again.A beautiful place to stay.

Vacationing with my husband and son in Samui Jasmine Resot from August 29 to September 13. Booked through SiameServices.com. The hotel is small, well-groomed and friendly. Lived in the villa. Maid service, change of linen and towels - flawlessly. Happy breakfast-fresh pastries, seasonal fruit is always available. Service to be good, friendly and helpful staff. Sandy beach, equipped with sun loungers with parasols always free. Sea from the hotel great. During low tide the sea far away and for those who like to swim no problem. Completed a course of massage and spa treatments. Masseuses commendable - diligent and helpful. The disadvantages include the need to fault in the sewers - sometimes smells in the room an expensive and slow internet access (free of charge at reception), soon begin to clean up beach umbrellas and deck chairs from the beach. Жасмин на Ламаи - нормальный отель, его так все хвалили, что мы туда поехали. Понравилось больше всего - это сервис и отношение работников отеля. Сам Ламаи - не понравился, с детьми там не очень. Отель очень маленький, номера большие, уютные (вилла) - достаточно хорошо оборудованы. Однако, очень хорошо слышно как гудят соседи, работает чужой кондиционер, курят соседи - короче, это для меня не отдых был. Т.к. отель не очень свежий - канализация попахивает. что они пытаются решить развесив в ванной вонючую соль - что еще ужаснее. Мы от соли отказались. Завтраки приличные и вкусные. Море мне там не понравилось, т.к после трех шагов оно по грудь а с детьми 8 и 3 года - не очень удобно, и потом оно там мутное, т.е не прозрачное - не знаешь на что наткнешься. Пляж мне вообще показался каким-то совковым или иссыкульским. Таиланд не дешевая страна, как уверяют на форумах.

Very nice resort, second time we were here. Stayed in one of the villa s. We asked to change room after 2 nights due to a problem with the bed, no problem thanks to low season. Staff is always very friendly, but some of them have a limited understanding of english. Breakfast could be a lot better.

we loved this hotel in 2005 we enjoyed our stay even more in 2011 Earl go especially to our very friendly staff. We did not appreciate the return transport from the hotel to the airport in Koh Samui we have been overcharged 500 baht.

Nice hotel, very nice rooms. Had some problems with aircondition, but not so big issues. Breakfast was ok, but not more than that. My first stay at Lamai Beach, won't go back. So much better at Chaweng. Supposed to be quiet in Lamai, it isn t! Lots of hookers in the streets, and lots of noice from bars. Only thing that is better than Chaweng, is that you didn't have to listen to those damn thai boxing commercial cars in the streets. Lamai also have two very nice restaurants; Patio and Cha! Beach is crap compared to Chaweng Beach, but cheaper jetski rental thow :-) Most of the guest at Jasmine where Russians... If you care about that

Det var det mest pragtfulde sted, roligt og alligevel tæt på byen, når man havde lyst til, at der skulle være mere gang i den. Der manglede intet på værelset, vi havde alt det, vi havde brug for. Servicen var helt i top, alle var super venlige og nogle af dem, var rigtig sjove at tale med. Maden var ligeledes suveræn og stranden perfekt. Vi håber at få mulighed for at komme tilbage på et senere tidspunkt. Vi boede der i 10 dage og var kede af at skulle af sted.

Samui Jasmine deserves a 5 star rating! The stay in Jasmine simply exceeded our expectation of a blissful and perfect holiday getaway from the hustle and bustle of city life. Time seemed to tick slower there and we were contented to just stay within hotel property day in & out to relax body, soul and mind with the great facility they have. F&B : Looked forward to every breakfast sessions as we can start our day slowly and look out to the sea and clear blue sky whilst munching. BBQ dinner on the beach with the guitar man (with nice dreamy voice) is a another experience to behold for those who enjoy relaxing selections and not to mention with accompaniment of gentle rolling waves. We were very lucky to catch big fireworks for consecutive 2 nights. There & there we felt a sense of gratiture - life is very good...... Good selection of food & drink choices, delicious and priced very reasonably for such enjoyable ambience. Massage parlour : Nice and warm lady masseurs with good skills. Great location settings overlooking the sea. Jasmine staffs : Excellent, attentive, helpful, warm and gives personalized attetions to guest preferences. Bravo! Just left today and already making soonest return plans!!

This is the best place to stay on Lamai beach. brilliant staff, great rooms, fab food, superb position of pool/restaurant/bar in relation to the beach. with only 35 rooms, it becomes a home away from home. lovely to swim laps of the pool at 7am as the sun comes up into the sky. plenty of loungers at the pool and on the beach, no-one putting towels out at 5am(good!) you wont be disappointed by this hotel. we can wait to go back

A truly magnificent experience! Originally we were booked for 10 days but ended up staying 4 more days just for the fun of it. The staff is really good, the result of good leadership I suppose, and the way they took care of our (yes, blond and blue eyes..)babygirl was just amazing! Of course you can find more expensive, five star resorts but for us it was perfect, value for money 110%. The best part of Lamai beach and a small but good enough pool made our days easy. The restaurant was ok with a reasonable pricetag, but if you like real Thai (spicy) you go somewhere else for lunch or dinner. They do serve an exellent breakfast. We had no problem to get around with the stroller at all but as always: it is all in your mind.. All in all a perfect stay, and we higly recommend it.

Отель имеет прекрасное расположение: минута и ты на пляже в центре Ламая, еще минута и ты на улице Ламай, с магазинами, ресторанчиками, кафе и мокашницами. Близко рынок, где можно купить дешево вкусные фрукты, рыбу и другие морепродукты, которые тебе по желанию тут же и приготовят. У нас был очень красивый, очень уютный роскошный номер с замечательной терассой. Меня особо порадовали в ванной комнате соли и другие прелести для ухода за кожей. Море достаточно глубокое, песчаное дно. Рекомендую этот отель!

Отель в целом довольно уютный, в номере много всяких приятных мелочей: вазочек, баночек, подушек, но номера с душком старины в прямом смысле этого слова. Как открыли шкаф, создалось впечатление, что приехали в деревню к бабушке. Неплохой вид на море, но балконы разделены между собой деревянной решеткой, и такое дизайнерское решение не очень располагает к уединению от соседей. Большая ванная комната, есть как ванная, так и некое подобие душевой кабины. Сейф в номере, 2 бутылки воды, чай, сахар каждый день бесплатно. Интернет бесплатный только на ресепшене, в номере платный. Пляжные полотенца в номере по заезду, меняются ежедневно. Идеальное на мой взгляд расположение для вечерних прогулок. Море сразу глубокое, но мутное, не понравилось по сравнению с Чавенгом. Да и если пройти по Ламаю в направлении к дедушке и бабушке, то там оно гораздо прозрачнее и интереснее и продавцы не так достают своими побрякушками. Еще не очень понравилось то, что где-то после пяти часов вечера персонал потихоньку начинает сворачивать лежаки и зонтики на пляже чтобы устроить прямо там ресторан. Они, конечно, не скидывают тебя с лежака, но чувствуешь себя при этом не очень уютно.

Fantastic cosy hotell, all becaurse of the staff, working very hard to make you one of the family , and thats exactly what it is. We felt at home all the 3 weeks we stayed at Samui Jasmine Resort. It´s a small family like hotell, with a beatifull garden. Unfortunately, the sea outside the hotel was to dirty to get into the water, but we walked a few 100 meters south on tghe beach, and found clean spots. The pool was cool and nice with a wiev over the sea, net to the resturant and poolbar. We did not even have ti raise our hand to get service the waiters where keeping constant watch if they could service us. The spa, where we could se and hear the sound of the waves, with very proffesional personel. For sure i do not hesitate to go back, a matter of fackt i will be ther again in July.

Resort was nice and pleasant, and located just right down by the beach. Room was a bit too small for family with 2 children (deluxe room). Bathroom was poorly designed, shower head was a bad and leaking water all over the floor. No electrical outlet in bathroom and there were very few in the room. Resort is not well suited for a wheelchair or baby stroller. We must lift the stroller over steps and stairs all the time. Personnel were all sweet, friendly and helpful. Breakfast buffe was ok. Good food at the restaurant. Massage was great at the resort. Overall we had a lovely stay and would recommend for those who going to Lemai.

Great staff, never before been taken care of with such warm hospitality than by Eddie and his staff. We can recomend this to all who seek a relaxing holiday. We didn't bother to go outside the hotel to eat one day during our stay for 16 days. On the downside, they could do something about the smelling of sewage in our bathroom from time to time. Very nice boutique property right on the very nice Lamai beach. Completely self contained--beach, pool, dining, and even massage. 50 meter walk to the main road which has the full array of Thai tourist options--fancy restaurants (the Patio Restaraunt is 100 meters up the beach) , street food, open markets, 7-eleven and swing bar. Wireless is available for 300 Bhat for 3 hours. The room was very nice. Service was terrific. Perfect vacation spot.

Very nice place and nice beach. Just the noisy speedboats at the beech should be asked to move to another area- this would add a lot to the attractiveness of the hotel. The day we arrived the hotel was starting some construction works- we were shocked when we arrived. After all it was not that loud, still a free upgrade or anything in return for bearing with the circumstances would have been nice!

Great! Fantastic! Wonderful! ...oh yes, Samui Jasmine Resort is worth staying at. Lamai Beach is a good place with the right mix of peaceful beach and nature, but also having some nightlife and shopping possibilities. And Jasmine Resort is situated at the nice and convenient place right on Lamai Beach. The hotel itself is rather small, has a wonderful garden, a nice restaurant with good food, a professional (but good priced) spa, the pool is nice and drinks from the pool bar are refreshing. The absolute highlight is probably the dinner on the beach. It's like a dream when dining while having sand between the toes, the sound of the ocean in the ears, the cool sea breeze on the skin, and the stars above. It's like a dream. Not to forget to mention the very friendly staff. Thanks to them all!

The best hotel we stayed at on our 4 week holiday! We stayed in a Seaview hotelroom and it was very big and spacy with a large doublebed beautiful decorated!Separate bathtub with glasswindow out to bed and a separate waterfall shower also with glassdoors. Large balkony with a wonderful view over the hotel and sea!Fresh flowers every day very serviceminded and helpfull staff always with a smile! On my wifes birthday they came to our room singing Happy birthday to you and bringing a delightful birthday cake!! Breakfast was exellent with so much to choose even different kind of bread,nice to have something else but toast!!Lots of vegetables and fresh fruits and even donuts and buns!! It was like having lunch every morning.Location is perfect next to beach and all stores and bars on the street.The pool is quite small but we liked to stay at the beach,Lamai is very good for swimming!Not the cheepest hotel but you really get good value for money and we will be back!!

It was our first trip to Koh Samui.This hotel is fantastic!The employers are very friendly and helpful. Great location, accommodation and facilities. So all in all everything is quite perfect. This wasnt our last trip at this hotel for sure. In the middle of the hotel was a really nice garden which you had to go through when you want to go the beach.In the evening the hotel gives the opportunity to eat right on the beach. It was amazing and unforgetable hours on the beach while we ate. We had a perfect vacation for two weeks there.

Jasmin Resort. We come To this hotel the second time. In the basic case repair has been made, it became even better. Rooms in Thai style, very nicely! (By the way saw number in Thi House in which we wished to go at first, reminds the Soviet hotel, without excesses. On a photo site on rooms very nice, and actually is much easier). In the Jasmin entrance room doors, an input in a room – an electronic key (earlier there was a usual key) are replaced. In number there are dressing gowns (clap), slippers, very class! Accessories to coffee, tea. In a shower: a tooth-paste, washed gels, shampoos, a hat for a head. By the way is both a shower, and a bath. Unique inconvenience was a number an under construction building (just behind the back of the Jasmin). Started to knock 8.30 and finished when in 14.00-15.00. But if you are not going to sleep in number all the day, to you it not a hindrance. Attendants very attentive. Can welcome you though all the day as you see, and greet, smile. Very pleasantly, many positive emotions. All of us (us have noticed 5 persons). In comparison with other hotels where we were (on Samui, Phuket, To Tao, Bangkok). Breakfast: if to compare to other hotels where we were, normal. And some in our company liked assortment of products during a breakfast very much. To have dinner, supper went out of hotel, there is much cheaper. The sea. Water was pure and quiet. A sand. It would be desirable to look certainly and other hotels of island but if will ask, whether I will go there again? I would answer - yes!

This was our second stay at this resort. We loved staying there in 2008 and were not disappointed this year. A great welcome with orchids and big fruit bowl in our room.The staff are still very friendly, the sea view rooms are lovely, big and meticulously cleaned every day. Nice breakfast, and really enjoyed the beach restaurant in the evening, especially Eddie's magic tricks! There were always sunbeds available at the pool and beach after the daily massage where the girls do a great job with these two oldies. In a word - perfect!

Wonderful place to celebrate New Year as they planned a dinner and show. Loved the Villa - room was clean and spacious. Rock shower spray might need fine tuning but all facilities are great. Lovely workers - good food and good variety. We ate out of hotel twice but wished we had not strayed from the yummy menu at the resort. Seems many people return there annually.

We had a great stay at Samui Jasmine. We were there for our honeymoon over the Christmas holidays. While the beach at Lamai apparently isn't as nice as at Chewang, we wouldn't know because we never made it to Chewang's beach - Lamai is quite granular and not much fun to walk on - but lovely to look at, sun at and swim at. And - after visiting Chewang and Lamai - the nightlife at Lamai is quite fun with several great restaurants (the Italian place almost right across from Jasmine's street is great). It also seemed very safe. We stayed in one of the bungalows and it was lovely - and nicely decorated for our honeymoon (with towels done as swans, flower petals on the bed and in the tub, a honeymoon cake and fresh fruit). The resort itself is quite nice - great pool and excellent food (especially the breakfast). The people who work there were wonderful - very friendly and helpful with anything we needed. I d suggest doing their around the island tour (with Chai if he still works there) and a visit to the national marine park via boat tour. The BEST part of our trip was the Christmas festivities though - Christmas Eve they decorated like crazy and put on a fabulous show (with dancers, singers, fire twirlers and Santa himself) and wonderful dinner. It was very special - as we were both a little sad to not be home for Christmas. I think we had as much fun as the kids did. The only downside is that there was a slight sewage-ish type smell in the room- but they had lots of room deoderizers so it wasn't too bad. And I imagine they are working to fix it. Overall - Samui Jasmine is a lovely resort and I highly recommend it.

Our family (3 chn ages 15, 13, 11)had a wonderful 7 days at this resort. It wqs amazing. We stayed in the 2 bedroom villa and this was great. Close to pool and restaurant but still private. Big enough for the 5 of us. And very tastefully decorated. Kids appreciated the DVD player and free DVD hire. Beach was lovely and clean. We swam everyday. The staff - very welcoming. We got along well with all the staff. They made you feel like family and took the time to talk to you. Thanks Eddie, my kids adore you. You are a great asset to the resort. Your personal touch means alot. You became a friend and this made out Thailand experience alot richer and meaningful. Breakfast - lots of, beautifully presented. Dinner on the beach - out of this world!!!! Spectacular!! We can't wait to visit Samui Jasmine Resort again!!!

I must commend this is my best resort holiday stay ever. Upon stepping into Jasmine resort, one can feel that this place is built for the purpose of a relaxing holiday due to the lush and green landscaping. The villa which I stayed in simply threw my girlfriend and I into a wow as the interior was magnificent and spa-like. The most memorable thing though was the unparalleled service attitude and thoughtfulness of the resort staff. You see, my girlfriend fell off the ATV in one of our tours and srained her ankle. The staff showed great concern for her and even told the chambermaids to lay out a nice plate of fruits with a get-well card, while we were away touring the next day. It's not much, but little acts like these counts. I will definitely stay with them again if I return to Samui.

hotel is fantastic, we offered free upgraded to deluxe garden villa due to work on 2nd floor and villa was gorgeous. this was our honeymoon and staff could not do enough for us and always very pleasant. great location in Lamai for Che Wang and surrounding sights. Breakfast faultless but restaurant food pricey although lovely eating on the beach tables, we would definately stay here again and highly recommend it. Massage girls at the massage area in hotel were lovely and well worth spending time and money getting massage. We will book here again if lucky enough to get back in Koh Samui.

beautiful place for romantic and peaceful holidays, no complaints whatsoever, great dinners at the beach, hotel staff just amazing, very polite and helpful. Definitely worth recommending for couples or families :)
