Accommodation and facilities:
The resort was smaller than we expected but this just added to its charm. All staff could not do enough to help us during our stay - they always had a ready smile and offered good local advise for us. We have been to Thailand 3 times and would definitely stay at Samui Heritage resort again. Only downside, if you like sitting around the pool, there aren't many sun loungers so you'll have to get up early! other than that, the beach is a few minutes walk away where you can get free sunbeds with waiter service - what more could you ask for - again, Samui Heritage will definitely be on our wishlist for future visits to Thailand

Breakfast wasnt great. problem booking a car for me. delayed me 2 hours. kept telling me 5 mins. then 30 minutes etc. Lovely charming hotel. very personal. Outside toilet and shower can be a surprise!! spiders, mossies. would stay there again
