We booked the suite romm and it was very big and nice. Free internet was a bit slow but who wants to spend their holiday online. Staff were very friendly and the breakfast is one of the best I have had with a chef cooking your own omelette. Would definately stay there again.

Good location but not very good service and have to wait to get what you expect. Booking was ok but had to wait for checking in as 1 room was not ready.I room was stinking with bad smell and only the next day, they changed to another room. 12 of myfamily members could not sleep for the whole night .

Es ist ein schönes, modernes, sauberes Stadthotel. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist sehr gut. Der Pool sauber. Man ist mit wenigen Schritten direkt im Trubel, wohnt aber dennoch ruhig. Der Strand ist über die Strasse nach nur 300 m leicht erreichbar. Ich kann das Hotel weiterempfehlen!

Great hotel, this was our 3rd time to KS, and 2nd time that we have stayed at the Nora Chaweng Hotel. It was a full family affair this time round, we have brought our kids, my niece and Mum as it was my Siters Wedding. The hotel is the centre of Cheweng Rd, and great location. The Hotel is very clean and all the staff are very helpful, carrying and polite. The room are fantastic and clean at all times, and a value for the money. Our kids were treated so well by the staff at the hotel, always very accomodating to our needs. You can't ask for more than that. We are defenetely coming back again next year, but this time we are going to bring all of our staff, as a part of our Company Staff Holiday. Management is not taking care of customers at all! The staff is friendly but with very low English acknowledge. The communication is for that reason very difficult. For instance they wanted to let me pay the room again. Means Hotel staff is not trained enough! AC in the room is not installed at the right place. The AC-fan is blowing directly to the bed!

Well situated hotel in the middle of night life. You can get to beach on foot in 4-5 minutes. But you can't swim there. You need to go for 5 minutes more along the beach to swim. The smell from bathroom is severe. It seemed someone was dead and dacayed there.

My wife and I cannot praise the Nora Chaweng hotel enough. Had a wonderful 10 day stay. The hotel has all the amenities of a good 4 star European hotel and the rooms are very nicely designed. It is convenient for all the shops, restaurants and bars in central Chaweng Beach, as well as easy access to the beach itself through the resorts opposite. All at a fantastic value price compared to other hotels and resorts we have stayed in on Samui. Breakfast was fairly bog standard with a decent selection but the Thai food on offer at breakfast was exceptionally delicious and I would recommend it. Last but not least I must mention the staff. If someone tells us that there are nicer, friendlier, more helpful staff anywhere in the world we will not believe them. And at this hotel that went from top to bottom. Reception, porters, restaurant, housekeeping, security alike were all lovely, and genuinely so too. Believe me we can tell the difference! From the free massage while we waited for our room on arrival to the free 2 hour extension to our checkout time (without us asking for it, just asked if we could leave our bag with them until we went for our flight) they were 100% perfect. Thank you everyone at Nora Chaweng for helping us have such a lovely holiday.

Very nice and friendly hotel. Lovely accomodations. The only disappointment is that there is no easy and immediate access to the beach. It's a bit of a walk to find an area of the beach that is not restricted to other hotels guests.

Location is good but the sensor for the electricity went off twice (total blackout) for my room. Totally marred an otherwise good place. Didn't managed to sleep much as the lights would flicker and go off. Also, the dark alleys didn't help much.

We stayed for 2 weeks. The rooms are brandnew and very nice.beds are very comfortable. AC is very good to control. Breakfast is a bit boring if you don't like hot dishes with meat.They charged us 100 Baht for 1 broken glass in the room wich was never replaced. A litte bit strange when you stay 2 weeks in a hotel.

Stayed in this hotel for 2 nights in September. The hotel is just opened so everything is new and the price is low comparing to the other hotels around. The hotel is located just in the centre of chaweng beach very close to all the restaurants, bars and clubs. Great hotel with a very modern room design, the rooms are big and clean with a big TV screen. The front desk people and all the staff were great and always helped us with a smile. There is a free internet in the hotel. The breakfast is good.

This is a fantastic hotel,I had a really excellent week in Samui there, would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a good quality room at a reasonable price. I had suite room 318 which was huge and overlooked Chaweng beach road. Fixtures and fittings were top quality, huge bath, bed, walk in shower,tv,dvd and sitting area. Was also spotlessly clean. Staff also were really friendly and helpful.Seemed like there were more staff than guests while I was there! Breakfast is excellent, you can have bacon and eggs, you only have to ask! Beach is literally 200 metre walk through Island resort or any other hotel on Chaweng road. Only slight downside is the pool which is lovely but underneath the back of the hotel so always in shade. Didn't worry me however. Best tip for Samui? Stay here and hire a scooter for the whole of your stay. Its only 225 baht a day and means you don't have to deal with the rip off taxi and songthaew drivers. Also quite safe despite what you may read in Lonely Planet! All in all a top new hotel excellent value for money.
