Jättefint och bra hotell men läget är ganska uselt. Det finns ont om restauranger och annat i närheten. Frukosten på hotellet var kanonbra och stranden var fin. Väldigt fina bungalows. Det är enkelt att hyra moppe eller ta taxi om man vill shoppa eller se något annat än hotellet.

Выбрали отель из-за близости к пирсу Lompraya. Оказалось, что он находиться прямо за рестораном отеля. Там неплохой бассейн для ребенка, находиться около моря. В баре есть happy hours. За воротами много кафе-ресторанов, причем с очень приемлимыми ценами. В море очень глубоко сразу и кусачий планктон. Купаться не очень хотелось. Самая дешевая комната очень тесная, много муравьев, самый простой душ, который пришлось настраивать, чтобы вода подогревалась. Кровать и подушки просто деревянные. Долго бы там жить точно не смогли, хотя место красивое

Great Hotel, we had a beachfront villa during the lower season. The room was nearly a small house and looks even better in real than in the catalogue pictures. The beach is clean and beautiful, very quiet and good for relaxing. View across the sea towards Koh Panghan. Restaurant was good, food was tasty, but more expensive than going out in a usual restaurant, which you can find outside the hotel just a few minutes walk away. Cocktails at the bar were really good. Service was fast and friendly. Our hot water didn't work, but was fixed within half an hour. For booking tours, it's cheaper to go to some travel agencies and compare prices. We booked a one day trip to the Marine Park for less than half the hotel price at a nearby restaurant, the owner was a nice guy who organized this privately. I would recommend this hotel to everyone who likes to chill out and relax. Greetings from Germany!

Cozy alleys clean bungalows - in front of our growing banyan - gave a wonderful shade. The room beautiful polished wooden floor. Excellent modern bathroom. The beach is flat, clean with a deep sea with almost no waves. A variety of breakfast and restaurant with excellent cuisine. The pool is unobtrusive jazz. The hotel has a diving center with a friendly owner. Near the hotel - 5 minutes walk there are several restaurants - not luxurious and democratic prices, good food - the same level institution. Anywhere on the site for free access WiFi with really fast internet.

If you wish to continue with Lomprayah ferry from Samui to Phangan/Tao then this is your choice. It is next to Lomprayah pier at Maenam beach. Takes about 30 minutes from the airport to the resort. A lot of bungalows available, buffet breakfast - excellent (included) and menu with quality food. Only thing I want to point out is that beds are hard to sleep on, a little softer would be nicer. 10 minutes walk to main road if you want to catch a bus to other beaches (50 B to Nathon & Chaweng).

We (2 adults, 3 children) stayed one week in a family bungalow at Coco Palm Resort and had a great time! The house was nice and clean with a big bathroom, tv, refrigerator and lots of clean towels and nice garden-flower surroundings. The pool was great, the kids could spend all day in it, and even had a small slide + a small playground for our two-year-old. The beach has waves and is a bit deep, which is good if you want more exitement than the pool :-) The restaurant had a very nice breakfast buffet and the waiters were very friendly. So were the people in the reception (very helpfull) and the massage women at the beach. Only thing we missed was tourist shopping possibilities, as there is no thai market nearby, have to go by taxa to for instance Chaweng. But the beach here is much more quiet (=not filled with sales people) than Chaweng. There are some cats and dogs hanging around the restaurant, the kids loved them, but if you do not like dogs it's not so good. They don't go to the rooms, though, are only in the restaurant area.

The hotel was perfect, we arrived 4 hours before check in time, so they asked us to wait by the beach/pool until our room was ready which only took half an hour. In the meantime we went to the beach, which had lovely fine white sand and clear blue waters. Just a couple of minutes along the beach was the port where you can get catamarans to all surrounding islands, which was helpful to say the least. The food in the restaurant was lovely and reasonably priced. Bath towels and beach towels were provided, the room was perfect for our needs and the service was wonderful. Everywhere you walked along the resorts someone would stop to say hello or check that you are ok. I am only disappointed that I stayed here for just 1 night before catching the catamaran to Koh Phangan. Stay here - it is well worth it!

Wonderful quiet atmosphere which is what we were wanting. Staff were very pleasant and helpful. Room was nice comfortable. A suggestion I would give would be giving insruction on towel replacement. We finally figured out that if we place our towels on the floor they would give us new ones. Restaurant was good not excellent. Meals were sometimes brought before appetizers. Deserts were frequently confused but all in all the food was scrumptious. Other than than those few inconveniences we had a pleasant stay and most likely will return if we visit Koh Samui again.

Rooms are OK, but smell a little humid. The pool Villas are quite nice, but pricy compared to the competition at the moment. The whole place is nice, but could be kept cleaner. Restaurant is not good at all, but breakfast is acceptable and the service is kind, but not very skillfull. Most of the waiters have only basic English skills, which makes the stay a little annoying at times. The beach is beautiful.

We stayed at the Pinnacle Coco Palm Resort for 4 nights.It is set on a lovely little quiet part of the island in maenam beach. We liked that it was a long way from the party side of the island. We hired a jeep from the lady in the shop (she is really friendly)located on the street near the reception - and a motorbike and booked a Thaolong Marine Tour - it is easy to get around the Island by hire car/bike. We booked a ocean view room - it was large and had good aircon (no fan). The breakfasts were big buffet style. There was a nice pool and lots of beach access. The rooms were a little tired looking and the window jammed - but we did not go looking for a 5 Star flash resort. This was perfect for us and we had a lovely stay.

Coco Palm Resort was very good, we stayed in one of the beach front bungalows and were very pleased with it. You cant get a better view than that! White sand, blue sea, palm trees. The setting is beautiful and the gardens at teh resort very good. Lovely pool overlooking the ocean too. The service was efficent and staff very friendly and helpful. It is a quiet resort (although this maybe due to going into rainy season) good for couples who want to enjoy a romantic quiet holiday and for families. We went into Chaweng a couple of times, which provides a more lively time, it isnt far by taxi or hire a jeep. Would recommend hiring a jeep, we did for a few days and toured round Koh samui. Overall very good and would recommend Coco Palm. Ps Make sure you have a massage with the lovely ladies at Coco Palm! Liz

Pour une chambre à 6000 bath la nuit c est pas normal( villa 2 bedrooms + piscine)le personnel n est pas thai, c était mon 3 eme séjour sur l ile.j éviterai cette hotel à l avenir

Nach anfänglichen Buchungsunklarheiten haben wir einen unvergesslichen Urlaub an dem schönsten Fleck von Samui verbracht. Die Beachfront Pool Villa war noch schöner als auf den Bildern (leider nicht ganz in erster Reihe am Strand, dafür aber umso privater!). Das Frühstück war zu teuer, hier sollte man lieber die umliegenden sehr guten Restaurants wählen. Unbedingt einen Roller mieten um die Insel zu erkunden. Der Strand ist sauber und sehr ruhig. Unseren Kindern (6+12) hat es hier auch sehr gut gefallen! Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder!

If you want some quiet and peaceful vacations in a resort with a tropical athmosphere, nice view and and great beach and are not looking for top service and first class hotel I would definitley recommend Coco Palm Resort. We stayed in a beachfront bungalow, spacious, clean, nice terasse. Lying in bed looking through palm trees at the sea or sitting on the terasse listening to the waves and trees - that was all we hoped for and got. Food ok and nice restaurants in walking distance. Helpful, friendly staff. We rented a motorbike and went to all other beaches. Maenam and Chawaeng beach seem to be the only ones which don't get rocky or muddy with low tide. For us, Chawaeng was far too crowded, wouldn't recommend Maenam to families with small kids though as water gets deep very sudden. All in all, we compared a lot and were always happy with our choice of Coco Palm Resort!

What a great place! We booked a zone A bungalow, which was great. Quiet location, great value for money providing you re not looking for a five star resort, wonderful fresh water pool, beach perfect for swimming, shops and restaurants within walking distance. We stayed for a week and loved it. Ok, so there are a lot of dogs around. So what? It's like that everywhere in thailand, and they are super friendly, so who cares? Some of the staff don't speak good english? Ok, but they go out of their way to try and work things out. Breakfast buffet is not varied? Go and have breakfast somewhere else. For us, coco palm was a perfect place to stay on samui, and we would recommend it thoroughly to our friends.

We thought it was a bit overpriced.

The terrain of the resort looks like a bontanical garden and the children enjoyed the pool. I would strongly recommend to saty at this resort when you would like to have vacation in Samui where it is not busy/crowded.It has nice beach view,swimming pool ,good breakfast and all staffs are friendly. There are many dogs around but they all are friendly and cute if you like dogs. Please remember to bring all you need such as soap,shampoo etc. for bath/shower as they do not offer you good quality/enough in the room. Definitely, I will come back again for my family annual vacation.

Wir waren acht Tage im Coco Palm Samui Resort und waren im großen und ganzen recht zufrieden. Unser Deluxe-Bungalow war in Ordnung, aber nicht mehr ganz neu. Der Garten ist schön angelegt, der Swimming Pool ganz nett direkt am Strand gelegen, ein schöner Strandabschnitt nahe am Pier. Das Resort liegt allerdings ziemlich abgelegen, in den Ort sind es ca. 30 - 40 Minuten am Strand entlang oder über die Straße zu gehen. Das Restaurant ist teuer und nicht wirklich gut, das Service-Personal ist unaufmerksam, nicht sehr freundlich und vergisst schon mal gerne eine Bestellung. Das Frühstück ist in Ordnung (gute Auswahl), muss aber extra bezahlt werden (330 Bath). Gestört haben uns die vielen streunenden Hunde, die einen ständig umlagern (am Pool, beim Essen...) Bei den Strandliegen gibt es die weit verbreitete Unsitte, dass viele Gäste sie morgens mit ihren Handtüchern reservieren, so dass man schon um 10.00 Uhr keine freie Liege mehr findet.

Waren für 4 Tage im Coco Palm am Menam Beach. Das Resort ist relativ gross, gepflegt und die Deluxe Bungalows sehr geräumig und sauber. Frühstück muss extra bezahlt werden, man hat aber Auswahlmöglichkeiten in der Nähe, ist also nicht unbedingt vom Resort abhängig. Allerdings wäre ein Motorbike von Vorteil, da das Resort am Ende des schönen Menam Strandes liegt, da kommt nur noch das Pinnacle Resort, und am Ende des Strandes eine kleine Strand Reggae Bar die sehr zu empfehlen ist.Gut zu wissen ist das direkt vorm Resort die Fähre nach Koh Phanghan ablegt, für Weiterreisende dorthin also aufjedenfall ein Vorteil.Falls ein Motorbike oder ähnliches gmietet werden soll bitte nicht den unfreundlichen Laden direkt vor dem Eingang zum Resort wählen.Es gibt die Strasse weiter runter im kleinem Menam Dorf mehrerer Alternativen, die günstiger und auch freundlicher sind!!! die thai Frau die dort tätig ist, ist nicht thai-like, haben wir allerdings zu spät gemerkt und nur ärger.Unser Roller hatte am ersten Tag einen Reifenschaden, im Dunkeln mussten wir versuchen jemanden zu finden der uns hilft, zum Glück findet sich immer schnell jemand, so wurde unsere Reifen gewechselt, und der nette thai hat so gleich gesagt, das dies ein schwerer Fehler des Unternehmens sei uns diesen Roller vermietet zu haben...wir also später hin zu der Frau, und diese tat alles um uns nicht beachten zu müssen, um uns dann zu sagen, es sei unsere schuld da wir zu zweit!! drauf gefahren sind. Was für ein Witz. Mehr war ihr nicht zu entlocken, also hat sie den Roller mit einem leeren Tank zurückbekommen. Also bitte, nicht dort mieten, auch wenn der Weg zu den anderen Motorbike-for-rent Läden 10 Minuten weiter ist!!!!

A very nice and quite hotel situated on a nice beach for away from Lamai and Chaweng. The people who run the place are very friendly. We stayed in a beach front bungalow with two separate bedrooms and a private pool. The pool was maybe not quite necessary but a nice extra. I think this hotel is very well worth the money.

Very nice hotel right on the beach without noice and drinking. Run by a lovely couple.

This place was horrible. We had a basic bungalow, right at the back of the resort. At night it was a long dark walk back through the bungalows to ours and it did not feel safe. The bungalow didn't feel particularly secure either. As a woman travelling alone with a small child I did not feel at all safe here and barely slept. When I had made our booking the photo of the room showed a fridge and a mosquito net, and the website stated that there was a safety deposit box. Our room had none of these. When pushed the staff brought us a safety box which they placed in our wardrobe - it was completely unsecured so anyone could have just picked it up and walked out with it! They also brought us a fridge - however when we left the room and took they key out with us the electric supply to the fridge cut out, so the majority of the time the fridge was not on! The bungalow itself was damp, smelled bad, and shabby. The beach at this place is not soft sand and shelves very steeply - the sea gets very deep quickly. For this reason I would not recommend this resort for people with small children and am surprised that other people have. The restaurant here is very expensive, and in addition to this they also add tax onto the listed menu prices - I did not go anywhere else in thailand that does this. The breakfast is not good. It's a long walk to a supermarket or independant restaurant. We booked 8 nights at this place and only stayed one. Staff were unfriendly and unhelpful - we were very glad to leave, even if we were completely over-charged for the cab we had to book through reception! This might be an ok place if you can afford to stay in one of the most expensive bungalows - but for your money I m sure you can find a much nicer, friendlier place close by.

We enjoyed the Coco Palm Resort. We had reserved a beach bungalow, but, as it was still occupied, we were upgraded for the same price to a much more luxurious room with its own pool/spa! This was very generous as it cost twice as much, but we didn't have to pay any more. The staff was very helpful and friendly But we thought the restaurant food was a bit expensive and only okay, not really great. The location is pretty quiet with just enough different restaurants and minimarts to give a choice for eating out or buying snacks. The beach is nice, the water calm. The hotel is right next to the Lompraya speed boat pier, but that is small and hardly noticeable as to noise or crowds. It's also convenient if you d like to travel to Koh Phangnan or Koh Tao. Overall, we had a lovely time there and we d recommend the hotel to anyone.

Our stay here was excellent. We attended a Wedding that the Resort organised and this too was great. Staff friendly, helpful and the food was great as well. The Bungalow we had was close to the pool and the restaurant. We will go back and stay longer next time.

Coco Palm is a gem. We were also here 5 years ago and were now happy to find that not so much has changed in the area since then. What is new are the family and pool bungalows. We stayed in a family bungalow and it was excellent. Large, pleasantly styled, nice wooden floor, a large bathroom with a bath tub. The aircon was very modern, efficient and really silent. A good thing is also that the fridge is empty so you can fill it with the things you like yourself. If you have kids, the family bungalow is an excellent choice, especially since they and the pool villas are more modern than the other types. The restaurant is also good with reasonable prices and nice and friendly staff. It is in the style of old Samui with braided wooden ceiling. But there are also a lot of good restaurants nearby. Our favourite was the small My place , which served the best cooked fresh fish we had in the whole of Samui, very friendly staff which took care of our baby while we were eating. John's Garden is also very good in a very beautiful garden. La luna a little further away close to a pond, is also worth checking out. All in all we got much better food at Maenam than at Bophut beach, and the prices were consistently lower than Bophut as well. The pool is square shaped and not very large, but quite OK. The beach is nice, and at the western end there are corals close to the beach, which means easy snorkelling for kids. Luckily this part of Maenam beach is not yet very exploited, which means the neighbourhood is quiet and the beaches are not as crowded as they are elsewhere on the island. The main road is a couple of hundred meters away, so no road noise either. This is surely a place we will gladly return to.

good hotel, good pool, expensive food (breakfast 330 B which is not included into the room rate), territory is very green, not many shops around and you need to walk a long way to the road to get to other places if you don't have a motocycle. rooms are ok, but not enough light.

We found Coco Palms exactly as it was on the SiameServices Website. (Perhaps even better). We only book through SiameServices and have never been disappointed. Coco Palm Beach is beautifull with lots of Coco Palms. The Staff is wonderful und friendly, especially the Manager Mr. Chart Chai. We can not thank him enough for his hospitality and helpfulness. Having been to Koh Samui before (also with SiameServices) we can only recommend Coco Palms Resort in Maenam/Samui which is in quite area off the Main Road.Beautiful Garden, lots of Palms, super Swimmingpool. Thanks Coco-Palms, Mr. Chart Chai and your Staff. Pity that Samui gets a bit over-built spoiling what it once used to be.

The Deluxe Zone B Bungalows at Coco Palm Samui Resort were wonderful. The rooms were serviced and cleaned daily and actually look like the photos on the website. The pool is fantastic and is right on the beach. Only thing to watch out for is, if you are charging food and drinks to your room (in the restaurant), beware that the prices attract a 10% service charge. We weren't aware of this and had to pay an additional 10% on these items. Otherwise it was a great resort.

Very very very nice place. Service is really good. Personal is polit and smily. Well located to sightseeing. Very quiet place. Food is very good and the every night BBQ (meat and seafood) is famous. To recommend to families.

Had no trouble checking in. They had our reservation on file. The Pool Villa was wonderful only wished we had more than one night to stay. Staff was helpful and the hotel is right next door to the high speed catamaran so it made getting to Tao the next day really easy.

The resort is situated directly on the beach, far away from the street so that it is very calm and relaxing there. The bungalows are very spacious and clean (big bedroom, well appointed bathroom, nice terrace). The restaurant offers food in a nice atmosphere. Especially for families this is really an advisable resort. We felt very welcome and comfortable there.

The resort is small and run by Thai family. Bewautiful beach location, clean and spacious bungalows and great food. Breakfast selection was very poor and the resort is some distance for shopping and nightlife. The pool is nice, but overall i would not recommend as a resort for young people wanting to be close to entertainment. I ended up leaving 2 days earlier to move somewhere closer to town. There were also many dogs that roamed the resort (even inside the restaurant), which was a turn off. Overall though ok value for money but not ideal location and very restricted with things to do (no beach activities etc).

The best resort nice bungalows lived in a family bungalow, have some friends how lived in a privat bungalow whit pool...nice Restaurang expensive but there is some good restaurangs down the road. Take a walk and see a small restaurang next to a German bakery and tattoshop. Just by the beach and neighbour to Speedboat to Koh panga & Koh tao. Nice staff The owner is an old lady nearly 90 years old. we stayed there 11 days.

We first stayed in room 101, it's a bungalow right on the beach but close to the pool, so there was some noice from this. Later we moved to one of the new pool villaes, and they are outstanding, extremly nice and very private, you have your own little private pool, and the rooms are just perfect. The hotel is highly recomended by me and my family, we have stayed there true the last 7 years.

Everything OK; booked a beachfront bungalow without breakfast. There are enough restaurants in the area for having breakfast. 2nd row bungalows are as good and offer more privacy!

Have booked many times via SiamWebHosting; always friendly and reliable. Booked transportation from airport to Coco Palm Samui Resort (i.e. airport pickup), but driver did not turn up. Had to call the resort and wait for an hour :-(.
