Baan Laem Sila Resort is a resort located high above the sea on Samui mountains with spectacular sea views. Combining modern architecture and traditional Thai style with wood and stones we are a small resort offering villas with all facilities for the traveler looking for peace and independence. Spend the day at our pool and forget about the hectic life back home. The different villas are spacious and you might never want to leave again. At Baan Laem Sila you have found a place which brings you back to nature.

Accommodation and facilities:
This was a really great place, up on a hill with a gorgeuos view over the sea! It was a little far away from chaweng city, but they had motorbikes for rent and they were great. The staff was helpful and the bungalows so pretty and clean. There is some steap stairs to climb, worth thinking about if you have some disability, but totally worth it! We really recommend a nigtly swim in the pool-so nice view over the hillside and the sea. Can not get much better! If we go back to Koh Samui we will stay here again!!!!!!!!

Baan Laem Sila Resort

Accommodation and facilities:
We had issues at the airport getting a transfer as some people did not know where it was or did not want to drive up the hill to the hotel. The rooms are built on a hillside overlooking Chaweng Beach. The rooms were fully equipped with beautful wooden antique furniture with a timber deck to watch the beautiful views. The rooms also had a self contained kitchen with everything you need. The pool was up more chairs at the top of the premises however the views were spectacular. It was a very laid back place and the manager was very helpful and gave us a transfer to the airport at the end of our stay. Great spot to stay if you want quiet, sea views, tidy and clean accomodation however the hotel is on top of hill with a couple of residence. Takeaway food is available from restaurant across the driveway otherwise no shops.
