Facilities ไม่ค่อยลงตัว ห้องแต่งตัวไม่มีไฟ ขอแก้วน้ำเพิ่มก็ไม่ให้ เรียกเก็บค่ามัดจำกุญแจ(ที่อื่น ๆ ไม่ค่อยจะทำกัน)สถานที่จอดรดน้อย คับแคบ ไม่มี รปภ.บริการดูแล ไม่มีพนักงานบริการขนกระเป๋าขึ้นบนห้องพัก สรุปแล้ว พออยู่ได้ แต่ต้อง Self Service เหมาะสมกับราคาที่ไม่แพงนัก

I did not know what RS stood for.... now I know ...it is Really Stinking Sea Side Hotel... I stayed in superior bay front room for 4/5 nights... can not think of anything positive .... not worth the money .... definitely can find better place to stay in area.

Very disappointed by this hotel ! I paid 4 nights but stayed only one ! Dirty bathroom.Old furnitures.No safety box ! Cold welcome.Far from Jomtien centre.Expensive if you compare to other rooms of Jomtien !

I wanted to book in Eurostar but full ! Your message not clear enough , so i paid online by mistake ! For exemple for this report , you use RED colour but not for your mail ! You have to upgrade your mails for a clearer message.

It's a small front Hotel with good service, good location. Easy to travel by the local bus. Near the grocery shop like 7-11 and has a good view with the sea side. For the value of money that I paid I think it's a great and suitable for the price. (Not to far from the famous Restaurant at the end of Jomtien Beach--Poopen Sea food restaurant).

Good hotel, facing beach, lot of shops along the beach. Easy to find, near to main road and easy to find. Advantage for people who wish to for Burapa Bike Week. I stay here twice when ever I go for Bike Week here.

Excellent respond from agent, I had change and add room for several times because I booked for 15 rooms. Agent is very helpfull and give me a lot of option.

dålig frukost varken näringsrik eller god, serversdes på bricka, samma varje dag, ingen variation på 16 dagar.rummet hade varken hyllor eller lådor för kläder.

This hotel is not bad. The facilities are alright. Just only a telephone line can not connect to another numbers inside the hotel. Anyway everything is alright.

The staffs are very friendly and did the job very fast. This was the 2nd time to reserve the hotel with siamwebhosting and they were not make me feel bad.

Good service in a guest house not hotel. I and all guests were disappointed for the Breakfast, it is a small set menu: two bread without tost and two small pork sausages, a pice of ham, (coffee and fruit juice all you can drink). It is enough for a small child less than 10 years old but not enough for over 10 or adult. I notice from the guest everyone have to buy food from outside and have it there. It is look funny for the hotel, isn't it? I hope R24.org should inform the hotel to improve there service. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation in this matter.

Good location close to the beach, friendly , sea view appartments noisy due to traffic, breakfirst a disaster with no vegetables, only 1 egg, 1 ham and 2 toasts plus coffe. You could expect a lot more.

Not so bad for the price to pay. Generally clean & no hassles checking in and out. If you require late check out, ask early. Only problem is it's far from Pattaya Beach (about 15 mins by bike) & the main bar area in Jomtein unless you have your own transport. Beach in front of the hotel not that great also.

Breeze & easy. Got to wait for their response & confirmation though, which my came within the same day.

this hotel was alright just for a short stay it was not very well equiped in the room EG the single bed we requested for my son had a towel like sheet for a cover we had to ask for something extra for a cover there was only two glasses in the room no bottle opener and mould above the sink another bad thing about this hotel we were on the fourth flour and the railings as you were walking to the room were bellow waist high this was very frightening as it was not safe at all and dangerous if you had got small children it was the same on the balcony of the room so you would be to scared to let you kid go on to the balcony alone this was not safe at all. this hotel was ok for a couple of nights and you are a couple but i would not reccomend it for families with young children

The rooms were nice and the staff helpful. But dont go on the pictures in the site for size. the rooms are average sized but very clean.The pool is nothing to talk about. The breakfast is inadequate with no variety.All in all an average rating

My wife and I had at great stay at this lovely hotel situated in Jomtien in the period 13th until 22nd September. The hotel is not too big, and very clean. It has a great little swimming pool and the beach is right across the road. We were a bit disapointed when we were allocated room no. 316 which was a lovely room but very dark with a tiny little balcony and poor poolview (we had ordered poolview). The day after we asked the staff if we could be upgraded to a beachfront room. We then moved to room no. 202 with beachview. This room and balcony, we can highly recommend. Although room 202 was situated out onto the main beach road, you couldn't hear any noise at all. The staff were so sweet and friendly and they did everything they could to make our holiday unforgetable. The breakfast was good and freshly made. Upon checking out we certainly expected to get billed som extra for the change of room but they didn't charge anything. We can also recommend room 201 where our sister-in-law stayed in. We did not find it a problem at all that the hotel is situated in the more quiete end of Jomtien Beach as the transport system on Beach Road is fantastic. We would certainly stay at RS Sea Side Hotel again.

Excellent hotel quite location opposite the beach but within easy access to all the nightlife in Pattaya. Excellent service friendly staff, stayed in the pool view room nice rooms very modern god size balcony for relaxing on. Pool good size well maintained with spa. Breakfast a little boring after a couple of days but plenty of restaurants around for cheap breakfast. Would stay there again.

Great value for money! On our way back from stormy/rainy Koh Chang to BKK we wanted to make a stop at sunny Jomtien beach but our usual hotel was full, so we chose this one as we had no time for a long search. (We booked the same day we checked in). As the price was lower than I usually would spend, we didn't expect too much of it, but to my pleasant surprise our room 219 was very big and clean, kingsize double bed, pool view, aircon, quiet at night, huge balcony, wonderful bathroom with bath tub!, big refrigerator and a new widescreen color tv. Breakfast was good and met our expectations. Secured parking is available and free WiFi internet! 500bht deposit is asked when you check in, but you will get it back when you check out.
