Room quality is poor, I can tolerate old facilities but not the mosquitoes biting me & my family. Service is good & fast, no long waiting for checking in & out. Buffet breakfast is OK. Have big swimming pool and kiddie pool which my family enjoyed during our stay. Located at the very heart of Pattaya's tourists area, few walks to the beach but not immediate to noisy agogo & night clubs. Ideal for family vacation.

overall, i m very disappointed with the service. staff servicing in the morning buttef was a let-down, i try to ask for a baby chair, but was told hotel don't have any, but the very next day, 1 baby chair was given to a eursian man with a thai lady.. i guess this hotel don't encourage family with baby to check in or only serve eursian or thais..

It was nightmare in this hotel, all the facilities are very poor, dirty bad sheets, many ants in the bathing room. No hot water for freshing, water for bathing is very small. Even hotel tried to change room for us, but still not good. Many guests come for girls.

The pool and the hotels location make it worthwhile but other hotels in the are that are just a short walk to the beach can be found that offer a better overall experience.

We stayed in the hotel for one and a half week.Location is good,and the poolarea is ok. The hotel is still a bit worn out , even after renovation. But what we found really annoying was the lack of trust the management had to us as guests by putting up regulation everywhere with threats of fines. We have been travelling in Thailand for at least 4 months every year for the last 7 years, but for the first time we had to sign a paper telling we had to behave according to the rules . Is this really necessary?

The hotel is just value for money. There is no lift!!! We were given the room in 3rd floor and we had to carry our baby stroller all the way up to 3rd floor. The furnitures are old, the shower was not working. The only advantage of this hotel is its location.

The hotel is not new and the old girl is beging to show her age.One of the main problems seemed to be hot water for the shower.In some of the rooms it was to hot and in others it was cold .Whilst management seemed to care the engineering department could nt give a dam. Having stayed there for several times before it changed its name it was good well run and value for money. Now sad it say its over priced underserviced for the money if it was rated at 4 star i feel that 2 star would only just about justified.

My room looks not as renovated. Building on street side, verry noisy. cannot recommand this side. no light switch at the bed. one lamp glass cover missing, wires open!! safety reason!! old furniture (nipa lodge). But hotel staff verry friendly, except breakfast crew.

we stayed four days here after 4 days holiday inn. the only thing we did not like is that there is no air around the swimming pool. we went to the beach and in late afternoon swimming pool ok. room basic, but we had belgian television and news so for us even better than holiday inn, who did not have that!!!! warm shower and nicepeople, also at breakfast very good coffee - best we had on our holiday!!!also dragon fruit, we would com back , as hotel near to irish pub, bosco's and near to centralfestival shopping mall. of course maybe not so good for family holiday as everywhere hookers in Pattaya.

Breakfast was so good and various and Generous. i only wished to had free wifi in room which was available in the lobby and rest. only one thing i misses is the hot water for my coffee . A great location if you want quiet haven within walking distance of the shopping and nightlife and across the road from the central beach. The hotel is excellent value for money with a cooked breakfast included in the price. It is clean and the staff are helpful and friendly.
