The room was wonderful! We were lucky enough to get a room by the pool and beach so our view was wonderful. The staff was really friendly and helpful. Massages were great! Restaurant staff very friendly. Clean and well organized. Would definitely stay there again!

Food terrible no fresh fish!!! Only frozen in the middle of Andaman Sea is something terrible and not acceptable. The first day I had 2 prawns and then I’ve been seek for 3 days!!!! Even no sorry from general manager! Service really poor compare to the price New Year gala diner was terrible and they charge 2500 bath for person children’s included!!!!!!

Good location, just in the middle of Laem Tong beach located in north of Phi Phi Island. Manager(?) of Sawasdee restaruant is kind and well satisfied our requirment. But front desk required us check-out before 1100 o clock. Is it a common rules of PP?? It caused me bad opinion to this hotel. After negotiation, they finally agree to postpone to 1200. Behind hotel , there is sunset view point, don't miss it, very beautiful.

Second time here - Perfect location for swimming and snorkerling etc no evening entertainment so down to meal out which was fine. Would recommend for max of a week and then move on - note of caution Clinic is in main Town so no real medical facilities at resort, Holiday Inn has a nurse but not of much use

Great location. The room lacked darkening curtains and bathrooms could be updated. It would be nice if it was all non-smoking - we could smell smoke from the people staying in the other 1/2 of the bungalow. The staff is nice but there is the language barrier to contend with. Overall a great place to stay. Good for couples or families.

Hotel located far from center of life on Phi-Phi, so be sure you want quiet place with over than average prices. Prepare to pay about 350 baht/person for two way trip to Tonsai. There is only one alternative to hotel's restaurant and services - sea gypsies village at the beach. Thai food is good and taxi-boat owners are helpful in showing good snorkeling places.

The hotel is good, we did an amazing snorkelling tour through them. But I don't know if I d stay in this area again, its very secluded. Remember to take heaps of cash and snacks with you if you stay on this beach because theres no ATMs and one tiny snack bar with limited choices. Although the beach here is very beautiful.

The hotel was expensive if you compare to the hotel standard you get for the same kind of money on Kata or Kamala, where we also stayed for a number of nights. But I guess that is how it is on Phi Phi since there are not many hotels there. The location was great, just next to the beach. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Nice hotel, good service. We had the best hotel room whith pool and sea view. I think just one hotel room has that. The beach was poor, you can´t swim then it is low wather. The pool was not nice, it look dirty. Just a few resorts on this beach and just a few restaurants. I would not go back here.

Very good hotel with high standard romms. Quiet and relaxing. However, the pool area is not perfect for the kids since the relatively small pool is dominated by a bar and adults sunbathing next to the poolside. Jumping and diving is not recommended.

Need to travel from phi phi don [ tonsay bay ] to phi phi don [ leomtang bay - where the hotel is located]. No information was given at the time of booking regarding the transportation from main pier to hotel. 200Bhat per person was charged at the time of arrival. Front desk able to arrange tour package. If honeymooner, inform them earlier for free room deco arrangement.Free from noisy environment.Clean beach and bar pool. Nice and clean interior and exterior decoration. Staffs are friendly and few can communicate in english. The breakfast buffet good and more choices. Not many choice on restaurant for lunch and dinner near the hotel. Best place for lunch and dinner is in tonsai bay [bora bora restaurant - reasonable price in phi phi and tasty too]. Overall satisfied with the hotel.

This is our fourth visit PhiPhi. Previously three times before Tsunami. This fourth time we decide to stayed away from others beach at main pier. We stayed 4 nights in Superior Bungalow during Oct 25th to 29th 2009. Room is very clean with a lot of space. Pool is clean and well maintain. Good location, quiet and relax. We hike over the hill to View Point and main pier which was not too difficult for us like many local people said. Highly recommend at least once during your visit. Overall breakfast is good, need to monitor coffee as it was not hot enough. In general food is expensive than restaurant at main pier as not many choices but you got quiet/ peaceful and awesome snorkeling for the exchange. Fantastic for snorkeling just off the beach near rocky side, does not need to rent longtail boat.

We stayed in their bungalow and it is clean, nicely furnished and equiped with adequate facilities. You have to be mentally prepared that the water they supplied (shower/tap) has a bit of salty taste which explains why they provide us with 2 bottles of water to brush/wash in the morning. We are quite disappointed with the food served in their restaurant. Obviously, there are room for improvement in these areas. I would recommend Jasmin Restaurant which is only few steps away from the resort. Overall, we had an enjoyable stay in this resort.

Very nice hotel on the beach, friendly staff, warm welcome, it was great!!! we spent 5 days here, and we were really relaxed when we left. on the first day there was a great breakfast buffet, which unfortunately changed, but we could still get scrambled eggs or omelette or pancakes. we had a wonderful stay! if you want to relax,do nothing, go snorkeling, this is the place to go!

My husband and I had a wonderful stay at the PP Erawan Palms Resorts, my niece held her wedding at the resort on the 12.04.09 and that is why we stayed there. The staff were truly delightful,nothing was too much trouble for them. Our De-luxe bungalow was amazing. I would have no hesitation in recommending PP Erawan to anyone who is planning a relaxing holiday on the Island. The wedding celebrations were superb and the staff succeeded in making it a very memorable day for everyone. A big Thank-you to everyone. Very nice hotel and position. Situated on a beautiful beach between the luxurious ZEAVOLA Hotel and the HOLIDAY INN.We stayed at the ERAWAN one week. We had a DELUXE ROOM quiet essential but very clean.You can easily reach the astonishing beauty of BAMBOO ILSAND with a long tail boat in 15-20 minutes and have a fantastic day in one the most attractive island of the NATIONAL NATURAL PARK. Far from the caothic noise of TONSAI BAY, you can spend your time in a very intimate way. ERAWAN hotel has a very nice atmosphere. Staff is really kind and helpful. Breakfast and lunch should be improved but you may have a lot of choice there. Internet is available at the SIAMESERVICES REASTAURANT close to the Hotel but pretty expensive for THAI standard.Swimming pool not very nice and small but you don't really need it. You may have easy kayak and snorkeling service. If you want to try one of the BEST THAI FOOD ever, go to the JASMINE REASTAURANT, just a few minutes walk long the beach, better than ZEAVOLA or any other place there. ERAWAN is a very nice place to stay if you like to take a rest from frenetic rythm and you don't want nightlife such as discoteques or parties. We surely come back again!!

We loved our stay at PP Erawan Palms. We had a deluxe room that is on the front row and near the pool. Very nice room and spacious. The superior rooms are the same but just a row or two back. Breakfast could be improved with real coffee or a better instant but otherwise is quite nice. Staff are friendly and the pace is slow and relaxed. PP Erawan is a place to stay if you want to enjoy the beach and have a quiet atmosphere. The snorkeling on Laem Tong beach is excellent! Snorkeled everyday at high tide. General Manager Wichai and Assistant Manager Paul are very friendly and helpful. If you are looking for a quiet romantic place select PP Erawan.

Erawan Palms is on a lovely beach with no vendors or market! We stayed in standard rooms which were excellent (beds are typically hard as in all of Asia). Water taxi service is available from the hotel for day trips, ie snorkelling, and evening excursions (with pick-up)to Ao Lo Dalam, one of the twin bays at the south end of the island. Snorkelling was great. If you need your daily workout you can use the gym facilities at the Holiday Inn. Use Erawan Palms pick up to get to the hotel, it will save you an extra boat trip.

The room we were given had a horrible smell of sewage coming from the bathroom. the bed was so uncomfortable you could feel the springs on the mattress. We had to pay 2000 THB to upgrade to another room, the first one was unbearable.

firstly, phi phi island is mainly for snorkelling and diving. this has to be your reason for going to stay overnight at phi phi. there are few other actiivites on the island. erawan was an enjoyable place to stay. service was very good and the receptionist were very obliging and polite. the beach is rather secluded, plus this was a low season (june), so we pretty much had the beach to ourselves. some corals on the beach so advisable to bring some waterproof shoes. the long boat pp have a monopoly of the beach so prices are at least 1300 baht for 4 hours. (steeper than at ton sai). options for food are also more limited but still affordable roughly 300 - 600 baht (for 2 ) at erawan. breakfast was included and it was very nice and filling. we stayed at sheraton krabi 3 nights before going to phi phi and were tired of snorkellign already. so on hindsight, unless you want to explore the whole phi phi island, a good optino woudl be to join one of the those full day tours on speedboats to phi phi island, from krabi itself. By speedboat, the time need to travel the distances are prob the same so you will get the same amount of snorkelling, plus the added advantage of staying on the mainland where there are more amenities, and.. aircon. phi phi is an island, and environ friendly. few aircon places on the whole island (except your hotel room) . and it is hot in june. btw would strongly recommend sheraton krabi, excellent place to stay. great service great breakfast. baby elephant is a hit. food prices... 1000baht for two would get you a nice meal of lobster pasta / spanish paella. far from the town, would suggest going to ao nang (slightly more expensive than krabi town but much nearer) via the hotel shuttle of 200Baht / person for a return.

We stayed at Erawan Palms for 4 nights. The resort is ok, very basic and a little tired. The pool is located right next to the beach which is nice it is quite small but was never crowded. It is a quieter place to stay on Phi Phi - great if you like to avoid the crowds. Would recommend taking a good book or two.

We booked for 5 nights at the PP Erawan Palms Resort and we loved every minute of our stay. We have stayed at the Holiday Inn before on the same beach, but we found Erawan Palms was more relaxing and had character to it. The room was excellent and always very clean, the breakfast good and the location superb. In the end we booked for another 2 nights, we will be going back, excellent hotel.

Very friendly staff especially the restaurant captain, Chitro(?)who made very goood friends with our children,4 & 7.Swimingpool was the only thing that was not so good.Very nice accomodation but expensive- guess you get what you pay for.Would definately go there again.
