The services were amazing, very impress. The resort is beautiful and quiet. It may not exactly on the beach but it's a good hotel to stay. Only one thing that we don't like is water is too salty, but overall are great.

Price and Quality doesn't match in this Hotel. Our Deluxe Suite was horrible, the water in the pool not clear (no pump but only chemicals)and the cleaning staff didn't a good job. Overall Phi Phi is nice but too crowded, too noisy and this hotel is too expensive for what you get.

I booked a deluxe villa with king bed and was given a bungalow room with queen bed. The staff became rude when I asked to be moved to a villa which was the room that I actually booked. The also refused me compensation since I had to stay in the bungalow room. Very bad service and rude staff and I don't recommend anyone to stay at this resort.

We saw some funny complaints upfront on the Thaibungalows.com, but honestly speaking, we do not understand the complaints. We had an absolute fantastic topclass Villa with a very good service. Nice people taking care of us and a perfect willingness to solve the problems / if any. Ofcourse we could see some minor issues, but we belive it is things which belongs to what is possible in such a small and very closed society, but this was actually what we came from. Despite a good location and good facilities, this has got to be the worst run hotel we have ever experienced. The supposed management did not seem to care about their guests at all. The room was really dirty and despite showing reception, no attempt to clean properly was made. Complaints were greeted with Dont worry Papa . Incidently we had a Luxury Room . The breakfasts were a disgrace.

We have booked 2x Deluxe Bungalow w/BF for our 4 members family .They have allocated 2 rooms 146 & 150 although we requested them to give as side by side rooms .Rooms are small & facilities are very poor .Specially toilets are separated from the rooms & no Rail for hanging Cloths / towels ,No toilet Tissue holder , Bath rooms are Open covered with transparent plastic sheets etc. They have good restaurant in front of the hotel Reception. During Dinner we ordered 4 dishes . 2 dishes they served within 30/ 40 mints. But 2 Dishes for our Daughter they cud not serve even within 90 mints. After that we had to cancel the order & Left the Restaurant . Surprisingly , when we are checking out we found they have claimed the total bills . Most disgusting moment we had in our life . Most of the Hotel Staffs can't speak English .

Very nice resort on phi phi with big nice pool and close to nice beach. Calm & quiet. Lux. villa big & very nice. Welcoming at check-in very nice. Nice staff. Ac lowest temp 24 degrees(a bit high). Carpe Diem restaurant - good located by the beach, ok food & price. Breakfast good (with pancakes), calm, clean & quiet - nice staff. Showerpressure not that good & drain bad. Bathroom very nice though. Overall: Very nice resort, we would stay again.

Over all, very pleasant. Not impressed with the breakfast, room for improvement there. My bungalow (#16) happened to face the path where everyone walking by had a view right through the sliding glass door which meant I had to keep my curtain drawn if I wanted privacy. I think the other bungalows did not have this problem. There was the thump thump of music at night but the air conditioner drowned most of that out.

Lovely location about 10 mins walk out of the centre of phi phi and has a lovely pool. Only issue was that the air con didn't go below 24 (this is the case for all the villas according to reception). We therefore asked whether we could have a sheet on the bed instead of a duvet, but were told that they didn't have any spare!!!

The room was bad. It was so small, dirty Bathroom, and air condition was broken. I contacted the reception about the air condition. She was so rude and did not want to change the new room for us. Finally, they called the engineer guy came to check. He said the air condition was broke!!!!!! The hotel restaurant was charged over price for 4 entrees. My friend would like to see the bill. Staff said we should come back tomorrow to get it. They cannot show us the actual bill but they were able to charge the crazy price!

Great stay!!! We had the first bungalow to the clean an quiet pool. We went there with 4 person and got to big beds in the one-room-bungalow. We had to walk 10 m to the white sand beach. First we had a problem with bad air in the bathroom, the friendly staff repaired our hot water system in 10 minutes. If i go to .P. again, I would go to the hotel again!!! Great breakfast buffet.

The rooms are very dark and not very clean. We stayed for 5 nights and not once did we get clean towels. When we asked for them, they didn't have any. They were arriving with boath from Krabi every night. So we Got them around eight pm. The breakfast is poor. We didn't eat it after the first try, but found a nice bakery with very good coffee instead. The location af the hotel would be perfekt if it wasen't for the bars having partys All night, it keept us awake most off the nights.

Nice resort in a somewhat calmer part of the village. Nice bungalow with plenty of space (Luxury Deluxe Villa). Low water pressure and salty water (as it seems to be everywhere in Phi Phi), hot water only sporadically. Nice pool, but with too few sun chairs. Beach OK, but the tide was strong and we had to walk several hundreds of meters to reach the water in the afternoon. Loud noise from the beach bar until 1 am, you have better to not choose a Beach front bungalow where you will have the bar as a very close neighbour. Breakfast OK, but not more than that. Leif

Bech Front Bungalows is very nice, big! with 2 kingsize beds. Nice staff. Nice Pool witcj this year had a Café. The only negativ thing is that it is very VERY Loud music all night from their restautang Carpe Diem. But if that is no problem i would warmly recomend this!
