Absolutly awful. Bed bugs, cockroaches, you name it, twin palm bungalows has them. If your 18 and live the party scene, stay here, as the bungalows are right next to slinkys beach bar. The busiest beach bar in phi phi. Expect music so loud your hit shakes until 4 am. I did not sleep the whole time I was there and I was bitten all night by bed bugs!!

Rummen på detta hotell är förvånansvärt små, toaletten ligger i stort sett utomhus och det är extremt lyhört. Men baserat på att det är Phi Phi så är hotellet ändå relativt prisvärt. Jag tycker personligen oerhört mkt om detta hotell tack vara deras underbara personal! MEN!! DET FINNS VÄGGLÖSS!! Och jag pratar inte om lite, vi bodde i rum 403 och var så pass bitna av dessa löss att vi knappt vågade gå utanför dörren. Vi visste först inte om att det var vägglöss, så vi bodde med dom i två veckor. USCH FY OCH BLÄ! Eftersom det är thailand vi pratar om så gör jag antagadet att dom inte heller tagit dit ngn sanneringsfirma. Så det är väldigt sannolikt att ganska många rum är drabbade! Jag förvarnar att detta är oerhört resistenta kryp som ni INTE vill ha med er hem. Så var väldigt försiktiga när ni bokar detta hotell. Håll utkick och be om att fy byta rum om ni plötsligt för många myggbettsliknande bett på kroppen! I övrigt, endast besök av tre kackelackor under 3 veckors vistelse på hotellet. Världens underbaraste personal. Personligen så älskade jag läget på hotellet, trots att musiken var så hög att väggarna skakade. Så det varierar nog från person till person. Allt som allt, håll utkick efter VÄGGLÖSSEN!!

What can I say, there was a porter to take me and my things to the bungalow and bring me back. The staff are all very friendly and helpful. The bungalow is on the beach. The bungalows are basic, I had a room with a fan and cold shower. The fan kept me cool and was better than some rooms I stayed in with air conditioning. The bathroom is basic. Prices tend to be the same all over the island so I booked a trip to Phi Phi Ley through the travel agent. They even organised my ferry to Phuket and transfer to my hotel. My tip is have plenty of mosquito spray for the evenings (the beach is the only place you won't get bitten) and grab a bucket. The music stops at 1.30 pm but the bars are still open. This is a place for night life. The beach is nice and sandy but it does take you some time to get to the deaper water.

I loved my stay at Phi Phi Twin Palms Bungalows! As a solo traveler, it was exactly what I needed as it was an excellent location and opportunity to meet people in neighboring bungalows from the moment you check in! Just 20 ft from the beach and some of the best clubs on the island. This is perfect if you are looking to party at night and you want to wake up to a gorgeous beach every morning. The view is incredible. The staff is EXCELLENT. So friendly and helpful! They took excellent care of me. Love Phi Phi Twin Palms and will stay there again.

This hotel was quite ok. If you go to Koh Phi Phi for party and nightlife it's good. Then you dont have to care about the music beeing played at several bars around the hotel five o clock in the morning. Good though it's close to the beach, 25-30m. But think about music beeing played from about 22-05... The staff was very friendly and helpful. They pick you up at the pier, about 15 min walking, to carry your luggage.

Very simple hut, good for party people who won't go to sleep before 3 A:M Position: 5 stars during the day (huts are 20 m from the beach...but the beach is full of rubbish), 1 star during the night...it's like to sleep inside a club! If you book here just a couple of suggestion: buy earplug (easy to find on PP) and insetticide: one night a cockroach walked on my girlfriend's face...it was a nightmare night. The following nights i was using a couple of bottle of insetticide and in the morning there were at least four cockroaches dead on the floor...better than on the face. So...if you follow this instruction it's a good place and value for the money (PP standards), if you are looking a place to relax, stay away!!!

What an adventure! The bungalows are very well-maintained and the staff (from reception to the cleaning staff) were extremely friendly and helpful. Will definitely stay there again. The beach bars are noisy until 3am. If you re not part of the beach parties, this could bother a little.

Phi Phi Twin Palms is in a great location if your looking to meet new people and party. The music is very loud until 2am every night, so if thats not your scene or your looking to relax this place is not for you. But if you are looking to party and meet people its perfect. You get what you pay for, simple room, very simple bathroom, but neat, right on the beach, close to everything, friendly staff and secure. I had a blast here!

We had a terrible experience here. We had a 1 room bungalow with a fan. The room was amazingly hot and stuffy and the fan doesn't help at all. The bathroom is decent, but there was a big hole in the wall where lizards and spiders came in and out of often. But the worst was that the bungalows are right next to a beach bar, where extremely LOUD music plays until 1am on weekedays, and 3/3:30 on weekends. But even after the music stops, the bar stays open so you have tons of drunk people screaming outside your window. Definitely would NOT recommend this place!

The bungalows were ok, really nice, according to the place. The only issue we found was the loud music until 1 AM from the bar, just by the place. It is better to know that in advance, in order to decide what to do!!!

Vi stannade bara en natt trots att vi bokat för fem. Området är fint på utsidan men håller inte alls samma klass på insidan med bland annat kackerlackor i badrummet. Nattklubben tystnade inte vid 01 som utlovat utan höll på hela natten och de tunna väggarna var inte direkt ljudisolerande. Kan inte rekommenderas!

The worst place we have ever stayed, we started looking for another place to stay the first evening at Phi Phi, but sadly we had to sleep there for one night, but the next day we gladly payed 3100baht per night just to get a room at another resort. The bungalows might look nice at the pictures but in reality they are small, badly built and smell like urin. It is not good value for money, they should only cost around 300baht per night! Also the beach bars nearby makes it difficult to hear your selv think! Would never ever go back or recommend it to anyone!!!

Unless you plan on spending absolutely no time in your room, this place is abhorrant. The rooms smell if sewage, are riddled with hundreds of Mosquitos and music is loud not from one bar but three of them until 1 am. Better off staying off the beach and walking the less than 5 mons when you need to get there.

Bungalows are great.. Very clean and tidy with a cute half open air shower/toilet area. Cold water only, but thats not really a problem considering how hot it was there. The food and drinks were really good with daily specials and relatively well priced beers. Staff were very friendly and I liked the idea that you didn't have to get your room made up every day. Location was excellent - so close to town and right on the beach front. Excellent value for money for only 600THB per night. The only problem with the place... unfortunately they have turned the beach DIRECTLY OUT THE FRONT of the bungalows into a raging beachclub which seems to go every single night and gets louder and louder as the night goes on. The base was so loud that our bungalows were actually vibrating when we went to go to sleep. The staff will tell you that the entertainment will finish at about 2-3am each night, but this is not really the case. While we were there, the music didn't stop until 4am on average. It's a GREAT place to stay if you are young and want to party every night and meet new people. Not so great if your idea is to relax and unwind - you CANNOT do this unless you plan on getting blind drunk every night. My partner and I had a great time and would definately come back there again, although I would suggest that staying there for 4 nights in a row is a bit much. In future I think we would stay there for 2 nights, then go somewhere else on the Island.

Hi there. Right now are we at Koh Samui. We cant not recommend this hotel, Phi Phi Twin Palm Bungalows. It was very cheap but it didnt feel right. It was open spaces every where in the bathrom. No AC just fan. The door was broken. So we cheked out the same day we cheked in, and then we went to Phi Phi Island Village, think it was 4-5 stars! Nice, It was like a paradise. Our first dinner was on the beach at the sand, Lovely.. We do not recommend Phi Phi Twin Palm Bungalows. enjoy!
