I was very impressed with Peace Laguna Resort. The rooms were spacious and clean. the view, scenic. It is located near many good restaurants, massage parlours and shopping centers. It is also near the beach. My cousin and I stayed only for the weekend and we will surely be back...hopefully wifi in rooms will be free then too :)

The hotel was really great, but we did check out 3 days earlier than expected and we did not get any kind of refund or appologies. Au Nang was really a piece of crap town. Build for tourists with tailors, restaurants, massage places everywhere. And they did not leave you alone , a No thank you was never enough. And they all get really rude after some time. Only stayed for a brief time in Au Nang because of the bad attmosphere there. Went for some scuba diving in Similian Islands instead, now THAT was a better vecation. So, hotel good. Au Nang crap. Don't go there

Juste un petit pb à notre arrivée, que personne n a pu traiter : nous avions demandé 2 chambres avec lits pour 2 et nous avons eu 2 chambres avec 2 lits séparés. D autre part, j avais bien précisé une petite fille de 7 ans avec nous et on's est donc empressé de me demander de payer le breackfast pour elle, par contre dans la chambre, avec 2 lits simples donc, rien n avait été prévu pour elle. J ai partagé mon lit avec elle..... sinon, RAS tout était très bien.

The whole Hotel needs a facelift. Too much vegetation around the bungalows. The swimmingpool close to my bungalow looked like polluted water. The light in the pool was missing. Hotellet: små rum, gammelt interiør, uhensigtmæssig rengøring sent om eftermiddagen og de fjernede ikke beskidt service fra værelset. Ikke klapvognsvenlig med mange skiftende niveauer uden rampe.Morgenmaden lå på 1. sal uden elevatormulighed. Priserne på hotellet er høje, priserne tillægges 17% service/skat og ca. dobbelt op ift. hvad du kan få udenfor hotellets mure.

We would not recommend this hotel. It does not have sufficient facilities & staff for the number of guests it can accommodate, e.g. breakfast area, accessible only by steps, is far too small when the hotel is full & unless you are prepared to eat between 6.30am & 8.00am, breakfast is a scrum. There are insufficient staff to clear tables & as a result tables are dirty & non existant for the number of guests arriving at busy times. There are 3 pools with roughly 80 sun-beds in total, which is not much good for 350+ guests. The pool towels have seen much better days & are not always available. However, on the plus side the superior room was lovely although the shower was useless! This is most definitely not a hotel for non-smokers. The only designated non-smoking area is the breakfast area, but unfortunately the hotel management & staff do not enforce this! All in all an extremely disappointing stay in what is purported to be a 4 star hotel!

The plus point, excellent location, convenient to all shops and food stalls and restaurants. hotel staff polite and helpful and even 1 bellhop tried his best to help open my spoilt luggage lock. the minus point, the superior room appeared run down due to the faded, stained and cracked wall and it smell of mildew, the moment I entered. The ivory coloured egyptian cotton bedsheet is stained. I ended up using my own towel to sleep on the pillow. And I dont like that they switch off the electricity for 1 hour from 4-5pm to save electricity.

Excellent hotel for the moderate payment. The sympathetic and pleasant personnel. Spacious rooms, we stopped in superior cottage. Close beach, but is better to go on island opposite Ао Nang beach. Kitchen at restaurant not so good. We have got on festival Harley Davidson, it was very interesting to observe on motorcycles and their owners. If we shall visit Krabi still time we shall necessarily stop in this hotel.

Accommodation and facilities:
Superior Room is quite spacious for 2 people. We chose this hotel due to its proximity to the main beach road area and the dramatic cliff backdrop. A few things though, the stationary shower head wasn't spraying water in a focused stream, but rather dispersed, so we had to end up using the telephone shower fitted in the bathtub. Fortunately the shower area and bathtub area are quite near each other! Also noted that the cleaning lady doesn't seem to wipe the tiled floors everyday. Though not dirty, I can see the fine mist of the sunscreen spray I used on the floor when I returned to the room. Also, the breakfast is quite good, however, be prepared to have the annoying bird always hovering and waiting to peck on your dish or the buffet spread. The staff should be more attentive in watching over the food, instead of letting the bees just marinade themselves in the sticky honey and jam jars.

the hotel is beautiful. Really peaceful. Rooms are nice, although the beds are really hard. Pools are perfect. Staff is friendly!

Well, this certainly is a resort I would advise people to consider. It is not on the beach but the cottages and hotel buildings surround a laguna. Great, large rooms. Loved the open-air showers. Hotel gave us an upgrade to a deluxe cottage.... WOW! Beautiful vaulted ceiling, polished wooden floors, large bathroom with a jacuzzi and the outdoor shower. The resort has 3 large pools !!! Beautiful gardens and walkways throughout.

Very nice Hotel not directly on the beach. But the way to them is not so far. We called this Resort little Gecko Laguna. It gives of this animals very much.

Peace Laguna resort suited me perfectly, quite, no noise, super scenery view, staffs were friendly and polite. The price is Ok, bonus 6 nights stay pay 4 nights. But the room smelled bad and the old aircon made a noise, couldn’t sleep well at night. I love the main entrance of this hotel is far from the street, with nicely wooden Sala and plenty of greenery. This Hotel is close to the beach 10 mn walk, beach sand is fine and white, easy to go to the Island for snorkleeling, great colored fish! On the street there is a lot of choices for restaurants and activities shops, no one hassles you, except Soi massage. All was good, I would like to come back again, I got a wonderful Holiday. Thank you !

hallo everybody**i am an ex travel agent and now since 10 years airline ground staff. have seen many places. to be honest krabi is not a great place to spend holidays.did not like the beaches. koh samui and bali are much better. but anyhow, i was very happy to stay in the peace laguna resort. the bungalows are very nice.much space. did get an upgrade to deluxe cottage and have enjoyed my stay very much. anagin the rooms are perfect. unfortunatelly the pools ( 3) are very small,the deck-chairs are old, the towles are a joke - old and with holes- the breakfast is realy nothing special. it would be easy for the resort to upgrade, but somehow i have the impression- they have no money. the towels and

recommended for honeymoon couples.5 mins walk to ao nang beach.very calm and quite place.good for relaxation.very stunning mountain view backdrop for the superior cottages.but currently spa is not working,maybe for 3-4 months more.for 6000 baht some might find it expensive.but then its worth a 1 time experience.morning breakfast is good.

Hotel is beautiful. We stayed in a Bungalow, they are spacious, clean, with everything you could need in the them. Staff were very friendly. Pool was nice. Only ate for breakfast in the hotel which had a good selection. 10 mins walk to the beach. Although I wasn\ t actually keen on the resort or Ao Nang but this bares no reflection on the hotel, I guess it\'s personal choice and what are looking for in your resort.

I enjoyed my stay at this hotel. It was more expensive than our other hotels in Thailand, presumably because it offered a larger bedroom, bathroom, and a large tub with jets in addition to an outdoor shower. Other than that, there was no obvious advantage over the other equally spotless and comfortable hotels in which we stayed in Thailand.

i am very satisfied with this accomodation which is quiet but near from Ao Nang beach. The room was quite big and the equipements high standard. Service is very good and breafast also. the environment is also very nice with 2 swimming pools. I recommend this hotel without any doubt.

The hotel was clean and friendly, the staff especially to my children. The rooms were basic but comfortable. There are 5 pools around the site which are suitable for adults as well as kids. It is a 10minute walk to the beach and 2minutes to the start of the shops and restaurants. The only complaint I have is that the ABF had nice food but it was always cold even when brought straight from the kitchen, the other is that a 10baht bottle of water from the local 7/11 costs 60baht in the hotel, excessive mark up. I would recommend this hotel but eat and drink outside, more choice and better value for money

we have just arrived back into the UK from having stayed in this wonderfull hotel, that was surrounded by the cliffs and the natural beauty of Krabi; it was much more than we expected. We are seasoned travellers and would recommend this hotel to anyone as it far exceeded all our expectations. we booked a deluxe cottage but were upgraded to a private cottage. The main room was very large with patio doors that let you out on to a verandah where you had your own sun loungers that sat on a large lagoon, that hotel seemed to be built around. The breakfast was very good andwas served on an upper level overlooking magnificent scenery. The staff were very helpful and friendly. it is located approx 200 meters from the main beach where you can pick up a tail boat and go to one of the many other islands that surround Krabi. Booked on for a week and were upgraded from DEluxe to Private villa upon arrival. Resort very attractive setting and situated in good quiet location, only few mins from main shops and main beach. Resort/rooms very clean and well maintained. Breakfast adequate and had all expected but sometimes service a little slow. I was disappointed on service in that on 3 separate days I had phone calls which I missed and no advice was passed onto me by reception until I enquired. To me resort lacked something, maybe atmosphere or feeling but I would likely return. English from reception and waiting staff could be improved for a resort of this standard

The hotel was very clean,staff very nice. The breakfast was ok. The location perfect for a quiet holiday. The villas were superb with beautiful settings. Booked through SiameServices before with no problems, but this time also booked transfers,but no one turned up at the airport to take us to the hotel. When on returning home SiameServices had emailed us a few days after we had left for our holiday to find out what time were were arriving in Krabi to relay to hotel, but we had already left. That system is inadequate as they need to ask these questions and relay to hotel at the time of booking. Other than that everything went well. I would recommend this hotel for anyone who wishes a quiet peaceful resort with beautiful scenery, but within a few minutes walk of the beach/restaurants/bars etc.
