Sensi is a lovely natural setting with a beautiful garden, fantastic pool, privacy around rooms and good housekeeping. Snorkelling is excellent and the food is good. They could improve by adding shelving/dresser and mirror to the rooms and also screens to windows and bathrooms as the mosquitos are nearly unbearable. It would also be great to have a roped protected swim area at the beach, as the boat traffic has sadly increased which has created some noise, pollution and hazard. I was disappointed that the boat traffic has greatly overtaken the resort area. It was good to be near the village and restaurants; great location for families.

The information and service was great, however, I am not comfortable with the expectation of paying 100% for a hotel prior to services rendered and will not use this company again for that reason.

This was our fourth visit to Sensi Paradise. Whilst it remains a lovely place to stay, the resort has expanded over the last couple of years and as a result I feel some of the magic has been lost. The breakfast is now buffet style and not up to the standard of previous years. We used to have no problem borrowing decent snorkelling gear from the hotel but ended up having to buy our own because they never had enough for everyone. They have also added a rather pointless gift shop. Moaning aside (!), the hotel maintains its enchanting combination of rustic bungalows and excellent service. Please Sensi, don’t get any bigger!

Good place, a very beautiful pool, but our room was very far from everything, and it hasn't got TV. The room hasn't got a chair or similar to sit down, only the bed. The cleaning staff, disturb you even if you hang the don't disturb . They rent us a quad without brakes, but it wasn't a mistake of the hotel. Good food in the restaurant and good breakfast included. Beware of the mosquitos!!!!!!

Très bel hôtel avec agréable piscine. Le restaurant est magnifique au bord de la mer. Notre chambre était parfaite avec une belle terrasse. Le seul inconvénient de l ile sont les moustiques. L hôtel est très bien placé, près des animations et des commerces mais au calme quand même. Notre Hôtel préféré de notre voyage malgré le prix.

Le seul inconvénient: Impossibilité de revenir à la liste générale des hôtel à l endroit où on la laissée pour consulter un hôtel en particulier. We were lucky enough to get a bungalow right on the water and it was absolutely beautiful! Breakfast was delicious, pools entertaining for hours, nearby snorkelling quite cool (a shipwreck!). The front desk was very helpful in setting up all the little trips we were interested in.

This place is amazing! I would go back there for sure. Free pick up from the ferry just look out for a guy holding a board with your name on. Lovely friendly staff at the hotel and in the restaurant. We were given a sea front villa with our own steps down to the sea, we only had a fan but it was adequate enough. Breakfast had a great selection and the food for lunch and evening meal was nice and a reasonable price. We loved it here and wished we were there longer!

Отдыхали с маленьким ребенком 6 дней. Отлично себя чувствовали на природе. В каждом бунгало большие веранды как комната с диваном, креслами, столиком. Домики уютные, все работает, сервис хороший - каждый день фрукты, чай с печеньем днем приносят. В комнатах зонтики, пляжные сумки, халаты, саронги. Завтраки хорошие: еда европейская и азиатская, много фруктов включая манго. На пирсе встречают и провожают на пикапе. Гостиница самая последняя в бухте, у камней рыбы плавают, хотя вода не самая чистая по сравнению с другими бухтами. Сам пляжик очень приятный, детям хорошо играть - игрушки, качели, беседки. Территория очень большая, но расположено все на холме - много ступеней. Бассейн двухуровневый, очень живописный. Очень много детей всех возрастов, но на коляске только вдоль пляжа проехать в сторону деревни Май Хад - все магазинчики и т.д. начинаются сразу за территорией. По тропе в другую сторону можно пройти в другую бухту ( но там пляж платный), в которой уже есть кораллы. В целом мы очень довольны, очень красивая природа, бабочки, белочки, ящерки... С ребенком то, что надо. Лодку можно нанять прямо с пляжа и плыть в другие бухты и пляжи

We had an excellent stay at Sensi Paradise. We had a family bungalow with two separate air-con bedrooms, a bathroom and a terrace with a roof, overlooking the sea. It was clean, charmig, and we used the terrace all the time. The pool was in different levels and the children loved it. Service at the reception was very attentive and nice, and the restaurant was very well located right by the beach, and the location and view made us choose the restaurant several evenings, even if it was a bit more expensive compared to other places. The staff at the restaurant very very nice. Beachwise I would go to Jansom Bay or Sairee Beach, there is a short strip of sand which is OK by the hotel for swimming and snorkelling, further on too many boats.

We absolutely loved Sensi Paradise. It is very naturally designed, each bungalow blending into the mountain, and each far enough apart for privacy. The balconies are so big and comfortable, we spent every afternoon enjoying our view from there. The restaurant is right on the beach. It has a perfect location on the island. Perhaps the only challenge is at night the walkways can be steep, and the wooden walkways uneven, and they are poorly lit, making it easy for a stumble. There were also no closets or shelving in the rooms, leaving us to place our clothes on the floor.

Staying at Sensi is a bit like a going back to nature experiense,witch i like. We stayed at the royal suite by the sea.The resort is really beatiful, forexample the walk on the path to the small city of Mae Haad or visiting the pool area. In the rooms, the mosquito netts was ok. My wife and kids were skeptic to the bats flying over your head going to toilet in the night. There was a lot of mosquitos, but buying this small spiral burner helped alot. What i didnt like was the noise from the boats,from early morning to late night. They will guaranteed wake you up. And the disco music from sairee beach. This comes over the bay,playing in the night. Finally, when paying with credit card, there is a 5 percent fee! I read this on former rewievs, and asked in the reception but was only told ;as you like. So its irritating paying the price of a big family meal in a unknown fee to Sensi. Pay cash!

Very fast response,and overall good. We booked a room which looked vacant on the internet,but it was occupied. Having already paid a little fee, this forces you not to book elsewhere. Well, the fast respons on mobile and on Mail helped out!

Other than the desk people, the hotel employees were amazing. They were friendly, warm and very personable. Everyone we walked by greeted us. The waiters in the restaurant remembered us and our room number every time. The desk people, however, seemed bothered to answer our questions and seemed very curt and put out to help us. I also had a problem with the hotel transportation. Word of warning, it is a pick-up truck. You have to sit in the back of a dirty pick-up truck and it speeds through the town to the hotel on very bumpy roads. Even though this seemed very unprofessional to me, I would stay at the Sensi again in a heartbeat. I really loved the resort and facilities.

Lovely welcome,service excellent. Staff very polite & friendly- had lovely chats with the wait staff. Did a wonderful snorkelling trip booked through Sensi. Changed rooms as had booked a fan room but it was HOT weather at the time. No problem to change rooms, very helpful and accommodating staff. The rooms/houses were of a high standard and the food was delicious. Breakfast plentiful. This is my second time here (first time in 2004). I would highly recommend and I will return.

非常好，离码头近，买东西方便，免费接送码头，服务很好，标准星级水平，房间设施全面，免费茶和coffe，有热水壶，每天两瓶饮用水，有拖鞋和浴袍，浴液等，基本跟国内四星级酒店相仿，有个很大的阳台，配有三个舒服的单人实木沙发和茶几，还有minibar，跟网站上介绍的一样。我们是第二次住这里了，早餐比以前丰富了一些可选择的种类，menu上大概有15种左右。唯独变化的是酒店区域内的海水不太好了，混浊，漂有很多生物废屑之类的东西，建议顺着海边路标往jansom bay和南面走，大概15分钟就到了，很好的水域，很多活珊瑚。浮潜最好穿脚蹼，酒店免费提供浮潜用具。大堂和游泳池有free wifi，如果住40号房还能接收到wifi信号，在房间就能上网了。总之这里性价比极高，每天送免费水果，整体上让我们非常满意，毫不犹豫的推荐给大 家。 记住，住这里要往南面海域浮潜，从jansom bay一直浮潜到june juea beach都没多远，慢慢看鱼和珊瑚往返游3个小时，可以随身用防水包带些吃的，中间找个沙滩上岸休息时补充体力，并且补充涂抹防晒霜。

We stayed at Sensi Paradise for two weeks for our honeymoon. We had been to Koh Tao once before and although we didn't stay there then, we noticed it and thought it would be perfect. When we arrived off the boat, they were expecting us and had sent a car to pick us up so look out for the man with the Sensi sign for your free transfer! (They also transported us back to the pier and carried our bags inside when we were leaving). We stayed in a romantic seaside villa with air conditioning. The room was lovely with a nice bathroom and a balcony with a sea view. The staff came round every morning to make up the room and again in the afternoon to put the mosquito net down around the bed. They also delivered tea and biscuits each day which was probably unnecessary as we were usually out, but a nice touch if we d been in. Sensi has great facilities. A very nice swimming pool with bar service, day beds near the pool and the beach and a wonderful restaurant right on the beach. They also provide free snorkeling equipment and can arrange boat trips round the island. Breakfast was included and available until 11am. The staff were very friendly and recognised us each day. We liked the location as it's reasonably quiet but a short (5-10min) walk to the Mae Head shops and taxi stands. A taxi to the much larger and busier Sairee beach takes less than 10mins and shouldn't cost more than 100 baht each. We also hired scooters (from the nearby Save bungalows) for only 150 baht per day which was a very economical way to get around. Sensi doesn't have it's own bar but there are plenty along the beach including one right next door at Koh Tao Royal Resort where the hilarious Mr Omelette will be happy to serve you. I would highly recommend Sensi Paradise as a wonderful place to stay with excellent service and facilities.

We were a bit surprised at the quality of our beach hut, it looked a lot better on the website. Although after the initial shock we did enjoy our stay at Sensi, the gardens and the restaurant were very nice. The pool was also nice but the loungers looked a bit shabby. We also didn't think much of the reception staff, not as welcoming as i d expect they d be but overall we did enjoy the experience.

Il resort è molto bello, immerso nel verde e curato.Lo staff ospitale e sempre sorridente.I gechi non sono stati un problema, mi ha dato molto fastidio trovare in bagno di notte uno scarafaggio!! anche se capisco che in mezzo a cosi tanta vegetazione...la psizione non è delle migliori..o meglio comoda rispetto al porto e a Sairee beach, ma per il mare non è il punto migliore!!! non ho quasi mai fatto il bagno nella spiaggia del resort!! I massaggi splenididi!! cene ottime e romanitiche a base di pesce, prezzi medi 10 euro.

The resort is situated in a wonderful tropical garden. Our bungalow (nr. 311) was very nice with a big terrasse and seaview through the trees. As we were travelling with a 14 month old baby we have to say that the breakfast service was poor. It wouldn´t have mattered if we were travelling alone but with kid things can turn out to be exhausting, esp. when there is no buffet for breakfast and you have to wait for ages until the waiter comes to take your order. Another 30 min. until you get your omelette! Also the guy at the reception is not as friendly as you expect it from thai people. But on the whole our 6 days stay there were great.

This is the third time I have stayed at this resort - I love it! You can find cheaper places in Thailand but this place has some thoughtful touches such as his and hers sarongs and a beach bag for use during your stay and midday tea/biscuits brought to your bungalow veranda. I really enjoy the breakfasts (there's more choice now) and the staff are completely on the ball. This resort really blends in with the scenic environment and the bungalows are spaced well apart, but if you like a more modern or spa type style then this may not be for you. If I have one critisism it is that the bungalows are very softly lit, but you could say that adds to the character! Personally, I like the location on Mae Head which is where all the ferries/boats come and go, but if you want a perfect beach then you are better off looking elsewhere as the one at Sensi is not big at all. They do have a very nice pool though as an alternative to the beach.

Although the beach is close to the pier there was good snorkelling (and a wreck) just off shore and free masks etc were provided. We had a good relaxing stay.

Sensi Paradise is just that - a paradise! We had a fantastic stay here over Christmas. The pool area is the nicest I ve ever seen! The restaurant is perfectly located right on the beach. The hotel has a private small beach which is beautiful. The decor in the whole place is fantastic and you really feel that a lot of care has gone into the bungalows. We loved it here and would definatly go back. There is not much to do around the hotel but we didn't feel any need to leave the hotel at all - they had everything we needed!

Personalen är väldigt trevlig du som gäst blir verkligen servad! Frukosten gillade vi; ca 20 olika kombinationer att välja på i en meny. Du sätter dig till bords och beställer det du vill ha, inget slafsande i någon frukostbuffé. Bra priser om du vill äta på hotellet. Stor och fin pool, rent och snyggt på hela hotellområdet. Ingen strand egentligen. en liten snutt men tyvärr lite skräpigt i vattnet. Alla båtar lägger till en bit ifrån hotellet. Trots avsaknad av strand var miljön runt hotellet mycket fin. jag rekommendrear Sensi Paradise!

In this expensive hotel, you don't get value for your money and this for several reasons: 1) The hotel is located relatively near to the harbour and beach. Every night (without exception) there are very loud beach parties until very late in the night. This makes it nearly impossible to sleep. In addition, the various ferrys and boat taxis make a terrible noise and often run their motors for hours while standing still (maybe to generate electricity). 2) The breakfast is really below expectations. You can only order from a menue (mostly based on eggs or Thai-food)and if you want to order something more (like an extra Croissant) you have to pay extra for it. I have been on many hotels before, but I have never encountered such a strange practice. 3) The minibar in the room was extremely expensive. I m used to the fact that minibars are expensive, but in this hotel the prices reach ridiculous levels (3-4 times more expensive than in a shop). 4) The restaurant of the hotel was also extremely expensive, so that we almost not used it. 5) The wireless internet did not function in the hotel rooms. It was only possible to get access in the reception area. For such an expensive hotel, one expects internet possibilities within the room. 6) There is no television in the room 7) While some people of the hotel were friendly, some were really unfriendly (at the restaurant-breakfast), 7) When one checks out, one applies a very high extra charge (about 600 Thai Bat) for bank transfer costs. This is not at all normal, since one would pay only 150 Bat at an automat. Therefore, I payed cash in this case. Also, at the reception, they forgot that I had payed already a significant part (30 %) in advance. If I would not have attentive, I would have payed 10000 Bat to much. Regarding Koh Tao itself: This island has been destroyed by tourists. It is really very dirty and dogs are shitting everywhere on the streets. It is also called Turtle island but all the turtles have since long been chased away by the tourists. For snorkling and diving, it remains however a paradise.

酒店的位置离码头不远，但是涛岛上的路有很多陡坡，不是很好走，酒店到涛岛最好的沙滩sairee beach需要翻过一个小山。我们订的是蜜月房，房间很棒，阳台很大，视野很好，躺在阳台的床榻上就能欣赏海景；酒店服务不错，餐厅也还公道；只有一点不足，卫生间的屋顶不是全密封的，导致蚊子太多啦~~~

We read the comments on SiameServices before we booked Sensi Paradise and most of the comments gave it a high rate. However, we felt it didn't achieve our expection afte two nights stay. The major problem is that the hotel is quite near to the port of Koh Tao, so the sea water quality is not good especially after the rain. We were disappointed that there was no good beach, either no good sea water for swimming. Maybe we should not choose to stay at Mae Haad Bay if we want all of these. Anyway, I will say that the facilities and service of Sensi resort values for the money, such as the cute room(although quite natural ), the good swimming pool and the breakfast. If you want a delicate hotel near the ocean, then Sensi might be your choice. But if you want to enjoy good beach and ocean, then you might need to go to Nanyuan island or at least the north Sairee Beach.

Sensi Paradise was a real find - we had the most outstanding stay in this magnificent hotel to the point where we did not wish to leave. The rooms situated above the rocks were spotlessly clean, with thought given to our every need. The pool is stunning, the service excellent, and the restaurant was so good that in those 5 days we ate out only once. We highly recommend this hotel and look forward to our next visit - it is just a matter of time.

Avions le bungalow 11 family house garden view qui est très bien (nous étions 5) mais qui se trouve près de l entrée et près de la route donc très bruyant. Sinon, l hotel est très beau la piscine superbe, le restaurant plein de charme. L hotel est bien placé car près du centre de Mae Haad mais moins bien si on souhaite profiter de la plage car près du port. Mais, bon on ne va pas à Koh Tao pour profiter uniquement de la plage de Mae Haad, il y en a tellement d autres plus belles... On y rentre par contre volontiers en fin de journée pour profiter de la piscine. Sinon les services proposés par l hotel sont chers par rapport aux mêmes services que l on peut trouver à proximité.

The Bungalows are very good, we were 3 families and 2 of us was very satisfied, the third family had no AC only fan and it was a little bit hor during the nights. Poolarea is absolutley magnificent. Sensi är ett utmärkt hotell med ett bra läge, endast ett par minuters gångväg till centrala Mae Haad. Poolen överträffar alla förväntningar och personalen är fantastisk på alla vis! Våra barn hade det toppen. Vattentrycket i duschen är inte det bästa, men det beror mest på den begränsade tillgången på sötvatten. Bodde i en bungalow med två sovrum. Ett mkt prisvärt boende.Det ingick Praktiska ting som ficklampa, låne-saronger och paraplyer samt morgontidning och afternoon tea med småkakor; verkligen trevligt!!

The Sensi is really a very great resort. Absolutely beautiful setting on a green hill full of plants, trees, butterflies, gekhos, squirrels, lizards, birds,...very nice to hear the sound of the jungle in the morning, amazing gardens! The big pool is also amazing!! We loved it and the kids too. Nice to order snacks and drinks at the pool with great views on the hills. Restaurant is good, not too expensive, very fresh food, nice staff. We had a family room AC for 4: good beds, good room, big terrace with great view. Breakfast is not a buffet which is not so great because you can only choose 1 plate from a menu, not really what you expect for this kind of luxe hotel, but still nice food. You can very easily access the little town (10 min) walk which is a plus for shops and restaurants. Go to Zest café very good for a snack we eat their lemon pies and apple pies, yummie! Small beach at the hotel but you can snorkel there and what you see is fantastic, so many different kind of fishes and corals!!!! Only 100m from the restaurant of the hotel!! Amazing!! There is also an old ship wreck in the water, really we saw more fishes there than on a special boot tour of the island. You can hire material at the hotel for free. We spend 5 nights and we would go back!!!

Great place to rest. The resort is gorgeous, our family house was huge, comfortable, in a beautiful Thai style. Breakfast is not very interesting, however, you re never really hungry with the heat. Prices at the restaurant are very expensive and although service is good, you can feel that staff stresses you to leave quickly after your meal.

We had spent 4 weeks in Thailand and Koh Toa was our worst experience this largely as a result of the sub-standard accommodation at the Sensi. We stayed in Rm 15 Thai House with fan, now be warned if like us you are thinking of a spacious accommodation with ceiling fans, the fan house was simply equipped with a desk fan mounted to the wall! We were deeply disappointed with the accommodation especially considering what we paid for it, there was no hot water, the basin had a crack and leaked, and whilst it advertises it can sleep three, the upstairs space consisted simply of a floor mattress. THE GOOD the new swimming pool area, this was the only highlight THE BAD breakfast, be warned all the comments about the breakfast did not prepare us for the farce that took place every morning, choice between either cereal, fruit & meusli or bacon and eggs, and that second cup of coffee is going to cost you! utterly disappointing and a rip-off, not even water for free!!! mosquitoes and bugs, beware you will be eaten, they were everywhere and come out around dusk, was totally unpleasant! THE BAD the Thai House, this must be the worst accommodation in all Thailand. Whilst the pictures on the websites looked romantic the reality was far from this, the beach houses are literal;lly on the beach and local walk way to town which means you cannot sleep with open windows making this a hot house and unbearable. Whilst our comments are are harsh it is because we have been coming to Thailand for the past 10 years and our reference is against hotels in Koh Samui and other parts of Thaialnd. Advice- pay more and go for the aircon or give Koh Tao a miss and do a day trip. If you are not into diving the island is rather boring and expensive.

Nice place but expensive. The bungalow (romantic) was a little bit worn but the beds were very good. They cleaned the room every morning. There was no place to put bags or clothes. Breakfast included means that you can order one dish from the menu not a buffet. The staff are very friendly especially in the restaurant. The beach is beutiful but very small. Excellent poolarea, less excellent beach due to low tide. Koh Tao is much more rocky than Phangan or Samui, wich makes the beaches not so good, but it is very good for snorkling. A 10 minute walk from the hotel is the Janesom Bay. They charge you for 200THB/person to get access to the bay, but it is all worth it. I have never seen so much fish in the wild. Stingrays, Barraccudas, Tunafish among others. Nice! The rooms we had (poolview fam.villa) was ok but no more. The hotel restaurang offered four choices of breakfast, but we usually had to order extra to get full. The menu was a bit expencive but the food was ok, but not great. The hotel offered free internet (if you bring your own laptop) at the restaurang- and reception-area. Or you could buy internet access on computors in the reception. The hotel area is big, lots of bungalows, so make sure that you know where your bungalow is located before you book.

Oh, we really loved this place. Nicely located at the end of the Mae Hat Beach, a great resort with many different sorts of bungalows in a wonderful garden. You have a private surrounding, because the bungalows are not cramped together. We saw a lot of cute animals even a waran. The pool is so beautiful actually separated in two pools conected though a cascade. In one pool is a special place for little children. Nice Pool Service. Room service very good. You have a fridge with a minibar .. water is free. Every MOrning Newspaper and fresh friut. Very Nice People at the Sensi. Good Food there also. WIFI is available at the reception and the restaurant. If you don´t have a laptop you can surf at the reception The beach is not one of the best features. But you can easily walk in 5 minutes to a little bay with wonderful corals and lots of fish. We even saw a turtle. In another 5 Minutes walk you reach all the restaurants. We can recommend the Paprika at the Dive point .Really good Thaifood and the Whitening (super diner and nice ambiente) Don´t miss a massage at the Kinnaree in the village on the right side. Altogether is was great to be at the Sensi and we will definitly come back.

Just returned from an 8 night stay and our 3rd wonderful visit to Sensi paradise. This is our 4th trip to Ko Tao in last 6 years. We have stayed elsewhere but nothing compares to the service and luxury we received at Sensi and what a bonus this time with the beautiful new pool and its lush landscaping. I really cannot fault the place it just gets better and better.

The hotel is a restful 300m walk from the village along the beach and it is set amongst waving palms and hidden in a tropical landscape with stunning views over the beach and, in the near distance the busy harbour full of dive boats, ferries and fishing craft.One could not ask for more. The restaurant is positioned atop the beach and is the perfect setting for any meal. The bungalows are built in traditional thai style up the hill side in the jungle but boast all modcons and, a blessing, no TV. The only thing missing was the roof to the bathroom...... The level of service and attention from the staff was first class. The beach, which is right in front of the hotel is a little disappointing being so shallow, but the fabulous pool more than made up for this.

We had booked Romantic Suite but due to the air condition not working well, we changed to other house no 36 which was very good with sea wiev. We really enjoyed our stay but this is no place for families with children as there is more rocks and cliffs than beach. The beach is almost situated in the harbour and water not so good to swim in. Koh Tao is a beautiful island for snorkling and diving. The resort had a fantastic restaurant, very service minded staff. Important is to stay in the houses close to the see, other houses in the garden not so nice situated, dark. Swimming-pool good but water could be colder. Over all a nice place which we can recomend to couples without small children.

The resort has three crazy dogs in the front door which attacked me twice. I was fell from my motorbike and seriously injured due to the last attack. I seriousely doubt that if the resort have the capability to ensure the safty of his guests. The resort even refused to take the responsibility of my accident and told me that the dog in their hotel is not belong to them...No credibility. Please consider your safty before you book this resort!

Nice bungalow park on the beach. We were in a thaibeachhouse right on the beach (house 16). We had no Arco in the house only a Van. But it was verry nice place to stay. It was only 5 minutes walk to te shops and restarants. The food en people in de resort ware also verry nice. Good place te stay for a few days.

Very nice resort with the bungalows spread out so very private. Two very big pools to cool off in. Beach was okay, water a bit dirty (perhaps too near the pier) but excellent beaches close by eg. Janson Bay. Breakfast was poor, no buffet which is usual at Asian hotels, just a menu which you were allowed to choose one item. This let the hotel down, as we thoroughly enjoyed our stay there.

INCREDIBLE place. We were scared to be staying too close to the pier, as all of the commenters online warned about this. It wasnt a problem AT ALL. Sensi is within walking distance of many restaurants and shops, yet it is quiet and tranquil in the evenings. Had we stayed on a more secluded resort, we would have had to take taxis to get anywhere. Had we stayed on Sairee (main beach), it would have been too busy. Location is perfect. Snorkelling in front of hotel isnt great as the water is a little more dirty compared to the rest of the island, but we took a round-the-island trip in a longtail boat and went snorkelling at all the spots anyway. It was so lovely to come back to our peaceful bungalow in the woods after a long day of snorkelling, shopping and partying in other parts of the island. Staff friendly, breakfast beautiful and restaurant one of the best. Sensi is one of the more expensive places on the island (you can live more simple for a lot cheaper), but by European standards (30Euro per person per night for a 3man bungalow with AC and fan) it is dirt cheap! Definitely recommended for those who enjoy stunning views and rustic luxury !

Spent two days in the romantic sea view room, and it is really worth the name and the price, stunning sea view of beach and open water, incrediable sun set view. Hotel service is excellent,transportation on pickup is interesting, nice and tidy room, fabulous beach resturant. 10 minutes walk to the port, and 7-11. We definitely will come back again.

Great place to stay with superb bungalows in a very nice environment. Felt like living in the jungle.... The restaurang was very good and had a great location at the beachfront. Unfortunately the beach in front of the hotel area was not that good. How ever it was easy and not far to go up (20 min by walking) Saire beach north of Paradise and the boat pire.

Sensi Paradise is beautiful. The rooms and grounds were lovely, as were the sunsets. The staff were helpful and fun. We were a little disappointed at first at the close proximity to the pier, but loved the quick walk into town, and there was a smaller beach for a quiet hangout when desired. The pool was great and the food was delicious. We had a two bedroom suite, expecting that one of the rooms would not be air conditioned, but both were, a wonderful surprise. We highly recommend Sensi Paradise.

Nice hotel, with a great pool. Restaurant a bit expensive compared to other options nearby. Remember mosquito-spray in the sunset. Extra plus for the free masks and snorcles we were able to borrow.

Hotell rummen var jätte fina, inget att klaga på likväl städade de jätte bra. Barnen älskade poolen! Frukosten var sämst. Transfer från hamnen fungerade jätte bra, stranden var fin och man kunde simma ut till ett vrak i vattnet samt att man fick låna gratis snorkel tillbehör av hotellet.

We liked the accommodation very much because we like calm and not so much tourism exploiatation. I hope the island, Koh Tao, will keep the natural and very nice island it is today, free from beach-sellers and high music. The staff was very kindly, helpful and nice. Both in the restaurant, at the swimming pool area and the staff for cleaning up. Our house, nr 31, with romantic sea view was as expected. But a couple of trees could be taken down to get even better sea view. About beach location: a little to close to the boats. The only thing I missed was an hair dryer but it didn´t matter so much. I can recommend Sensi Paradise Beach Resort to my friends.

This is a great resort - the rooms are are wooden and thus tend to be a bit dark, but that's to be expected. The service was excellent, with a free newspaper and green tea and cookies and fruit delivered to the room everyday. A service every evening to set up the mosquito nets was also appreciated. The pool area is fantastic with two large interconnected pools and ample chairs and umbrellas. Good pool-side service ito ordering food and drinks. Would definitely recommend it.

A great place. Nice villas, thai style. Nice people. Villas a bit dark inside.More lights would be great. Breakfast is good, but portion is small. Resturant idyllic on the beach, but food is better other places in Mae Haad. Wifi available in reception for free. You get password from reception. The best place I stayed on this trip to Thailand. The pool(s) are fantastic by the way.

Beautifull resort with friendly and helpfull staff. Prices had been reduced since our very early booking, but we paid the reduced price without any problems! Resort is close to the pier, which means a bit of noise from boats coming and going, but all in all this is a small thing compared to the beaty of the place and surroudings. We are sure to come back!

A good resort on a terrible island! Stylish nice wooden bungalow (Deluxe) with a lot space. Free tea in afternoon, free newspaper in the morning (Bangkok Post), fruits etc. Big nice pool. And you need it because the beach is not nice, only taxi boats around... Also the other beaches, fare away, are not nice and overcrowded. Dont go with small children to that island! Everywhere a lot stupid motorbikes around you and all roads very narrow and in a bad condition. This is also not really Thailand because 80% of the working people comes from Birma and the few Thais are unfriendly often (but not all!). Perfect Italian Food, really, cheap too! But to find good Thai Food is very difficult. Maybe there are good dive spots but snorkeling is a joke. If you want to go a nice original (quiet) island in the Bay of Siam you can only go to Koh Kood and some places on Koh Chang/Samet. And the best beaches are in Phi Phi and Phuket anyway. We was happy to leave this island in an overbooked ferry after 3 nights.

非常高兴住这家人人推荐的花园式酒店，占地面积很大，各种类别的房间都有，有靠海的、半山坡上的、岩石沙滩旁的、树丛花香中的。我们这次住的13号房间，2500泰铢/晚，虽然在临近海滩的半上坡上，是比较便宜的空调房，但是走一分钟就到白沙滩的沙滩椅了，很方便，房间的大阳台也很爽，我们住在这里的两个晚餐都是在大阳台上自助的，有在7-11买的当地啤酒、泰国泡面、三明治、汉堡包、派和从国内带来的烤花生米、爆黑豆、原味炒瓜子等，摆了满满一桌子，丰盛的很，听着海浪声、海边餐厅传来的轻柔的音乐和码头bar的DJ音乐，跟老婆聊天，看着几天的照片，真是舒服呀！每天服务员会送一盘免费的水果到房间，包括一达芭蕉、1个红苹果、1个香梨，加上我们在码头7-11周围的水果摊买的柚子和木瓜，感觉很滋润呀。房间的风格是纯泰式的，由于sensi讲究环保和原生态，所以住在这里见到一些蚂蚁、小蜘蛛、各种鸟、松鼠、壁虎等小生物是不足为奇的，我们跟他们是友好的邻居，每天是和平相处，实际上日常生活时互不干扰的，如果太过于挑剔和有洁癖的可是受不了的。洗手间也比较干净，热水温度很好，男的女的都会满意的，有小肥皂、香波、浴液、棉签、浴帽等必要洗浴用品，房间还提供了浴袍和拖鞋，值得一提的是，房间免费提供了沙龙、泰式布包、手电、草帽、雨伞、电热水壶、沙滩浴巾、多多的咖啡和茶、每天两瓶饮用水，还有很多两项扁头插座。酒店的服务还是可以的，挺热情，提供的服务也是能满足客人的大多数要求，例如房间送餐、免费提供浮潜用具。大堂提供了免费的wifi。行李会有服务人员帮忙搬运的。sensi的免费接送服务也很好，比较准时，很方便。sensi去码头和镇上都挺近的，从酒店到码头的7-11漫步10分钟，很方便，顺着沙滩走就行了，涛岛就没多大，所以到哪里都不会感觉特别远。sensi的早餐有点简单，不是自助的，不过也够吃了。sensi的海滩和浮潜区域还是不错的，白沙滩和珊瑚礁群都有，礁石边上还有一个大的沉船残骸，40多年了，长满了珊瑚礁，玩水足够了。岛上的蚊子还是蛮厉害的，需要蚊香和风油精辅助防蚊。总之，sensi的感觉不错，强烈推荐，下次我还会选择这里，多住几晚。期待与sensi的再次重逢！
