Paradise as nature intended...
Embark on a journey by land and sea to place rightfully known as paradise island and from here the journey has only just begun. Upon arriving in Paradise, otherwise known as Phangan Island, you will travel through undeveloped areas where only dirt roads exist, cross streams fed by lush waterfalls hidden away in the indigenous jungle and then you will arrive.
You will arrive at a perfect white sand beach nestled in a secluded
bay where local villagers spend their days telling the stories of years
gone by and working only enough to put food on the table, making sure
to leave time for the most important things in life, family and friends.
And located on the beach in this humble little town is a place we call
Baan Panburi Village.
A place where there is no pretense, no concept of time yet full of genuine
Thai hospitality. A place still considerate of the environment and those
on a budget, yet progressive enough to look forward to the future while
retaining a bit of the past. A place built by local craftsman with natural
materials from the island and adorned with local trees, plants and flowers.
Really a place where time stands still and a place we call home. And
we think you will call it home too!

THAI MASSAGE
This program begin with having Thai Massage then goes on for treatment with fresh herbs in small cloth bags, warmed by hot steam. These are rolled over the body to stimulate circulation, relieve muscle inflammation, pain, fatigue and cramp.
Thai massage treatment usually last for around 1 -2 hours which is good time to go through the full body. If a longer and deeper massage is desired we can also arrange that. How does a 3 hours deep Thai Massage sound!
This is the blend of Swedish and Thai Traditional Massage plus the addition of Massage Oil which is applied with soft and gentle strokes. There is no stretching or twisting and this is very relaxing. All muscles of whole body, pain relief and calming stress are the benefits here.
The oil that is used has been specifically designed to give new energy to skin, to smooth the body, keep you feeling fresh and relayed. Dont shower afterwards, let the oil go into your skin for maximum benefit!
The combination of Foot massage and Thai traditional massage
This program combine two of the most popular massages; foot massage and Thai traditional massage. First, take Thai traditional massage for an hour to relax all muscles of whole body. Then goes on by having foot massage to reduce tension also giving you more energy.

Our beach hut and Thai house were great. We can highly recommend Ban Panburi. Ten Days was just about right. Lovely staff. Good food and cocktails. Not the best coffees on the beach though. Recently relocated from Noi to Yai beach, so watch out for the website Map and directions, which are not yet updated.

My son and I loved this place! The beach is beautiful and the water was clean and had some excellent little waves to play/bodysurf in. Our bungalow was clean and simple yet luxurious (our favorite from our trip). The restaurant served excellent food right on the beach. The location was perfect, the little town is so cool, off the beaten path with some cool shops, a market and some funky restaurants. People were very neighborly in and out of the resort. Our only regret is that we didn't stay longer. If we return to Thailand we will make this our home base.

We felt that bungalows were a bit overpriced, but were clean and ok to spend a couple days in. The hotel grounds are well-maintained, staff is friendly and the restaurant is the best on the beach. Bed was really hard, even by Thai standards, and due to the paper thin walls we could hear late night music sounds and people coming back from partying in the morning. The beach itself was a huge disappointment. We were hoping for a tranquille off-the-beaten pass piece of paradise, but instead found ourselves on a super-busy , realatively small beach, where you constantly have to be on a look-out for long-tail boats, jet-skiis, catamarans and all sorts of other boats zipping by all day long. Not good for relaxation!

Stayed in a little hut, the price was low but also the standard...if I compare to other places I stayed for less money this was really not worth the money. It came in a lot of water when it rained. We had a lot of cockroachs inside. The hut was close to the road and it was a lot of noice during the night. The shower curtain was moldy but the toilet was quite big. The fan did not cool off the room and the mosquito net had a lot of holes in it.The location was good, close to the beach and to restaurants, bars and other stuff in the little village. The food in the restaurant was very expensive compared to other places in the village. The staff was friendly and it was a nice place outside every hut/bungalow where you could sit and just relax, that was nice but I will not stay here again.

Hotel is very nice (esp for the price) with private bungalows and a nice beach right outside. However, if you re coming for the Full Moon Party be aware that it takes an hour to get down to that beach and will cost you 200-300 baht per person. Same goes for getting to the pier. If you re looking for a quiet, relaxing spot this is great, but transportation costs a lot.

Great location. Fantastic staff and a great place to stay with kids. Some of the huts are getting a bit worn out and could do with an upgrade-the air con is a bit hit and miss and could do with a fan as alternative. However, I think the management are aware of this as they were starting to renovate some huts as we left. Nevertheless, a great place to stay on a stunning beach.

Baan Panburi and the thong nai pan beach was really a little heaven on earth! The beach was quiet and a good hide-away from the bigger tourist grouds. The bungalowes are good and comfortable and the logation is perfect. But the most important factor that really made our journey so great was the athmosphere in Baan Panburi. All the employees really worked their best to make us feel welcome and relaxed. I can honestly suggest this place for anyone who want to spend time just relaxing without any stress or haste.

The Baan Panburi Village is a real paradise. It is located at a very nice and not so busy beach. We booked a Garden Hut and it was a real Robinson Crusoe -feeling. Just one thing: the bed was not very comfortable, as it is very hard. Anyway, we really enjoyed staying there, especially as I proposed to my girlfriend directly on the beach, as the atmosphere there was so fitting. We hopefully will be back one day! I can only recommend this location to everyone. This is a very good place to stay for a very good price!

I had the pleasure of staying here from February 15, 2008 through February 22, 2008. First of all, the beach is wonderful. If you are looking for a laid back place, with the right touch of restaurants, bars and nightlife, then you ve found your place. The hotel itself is certainly adequate - you need to keep in mind what you are paying for here. You are not paying for a 5 star resort, but if you have the right mind-set, you will be more then satisfied. The restaurant is fantastic, and the rooms are adequate. My only complaint would be the bed - it is way too hard for my liking. I d recommend bringing a foam pad if you are like me. The Garden Huts are much cheaper, and other then the lack of airconditioning - which I didn't need anyway, there is no appreciable difference, so save yourself the money. ALl in all a fantastic trip, and highly recommended.

I would not recommend this resort othe r than it was a great location. We booked a beach hut but were put into a garden hut backingon to the main road into the village. It was extremely noisy with cars and bikes. There were birds in cages outside the room which screeched and twittered all the time and dogs howelled all night. The huts were extremelly basic the aircon didn't work and the bed was like concrete. needless to say we checked out the next morning.

The area is truely beautiful, the beach is superb, and the bungalows, while a little small, have the old Thai charm from years gone by. I just hope that with the growth they may be seeing there in the near future, the planners remember to have the obnoxious clubs that boom out the same beat til 6 am moved well away from the residential areas. Also, local dog gangs at night can be loud. Maybe bring earplugs to be safe! p.s., the food critics are right, the restaurant here cannot be beat locally.

Comfortable but not large bungalows. Great if you want to be away from the busier parts of the island as I did. The staff are fantastic, the beach is beautiful and quiet. Just be wary of how much taxis may cost during Full Moon parties! Also, if you re a pasty Westyerner like me be wary of the mossies! Otherwise, definately worth the little bit extra, and make sure you have a look at the local bars.

The bungalow itself was very clean and had air conditioning and was in a traditional wooden style, surrounded by lush gardens. It was in my opinion the best type of this kind I saw when travelling as some bungalows are all concrete and tin roofs. The beach was beautiful and the surrounding village and bars perfect to expore and eat in.

We stayed in this resort 3 years ago and it was fantastic. This trip we booked for 12 days.We could not stay the entire time as they were in the process of bulding new villas. The noise factor was too much. It starting at 8am in the morning to 10pm at night and the hut we were in was right next door too the frantic building.I feel that SiameServices booking service should have had a comment on there website, that there was construction so we could have made an informed choice weather to go there or not. However the staff and management of this resort are fantastic as well as the food. The huts I believe could be upgraded. The beach is fantastic and the new sun loungers and umbellas are a treat. I think it will be great when the new villas are ready and I will certainly stay there again.

The guys who picked us up in a torrential storm from the boat v kindly let me sit with our two year old in the front seat of the pick up truck (was bit worried she would slide out of the back...). By the time we got to Thong Nai Pan Noi, the sun was out and everything looked rosy! We were checked in and led through the pretty gardens to a big wooden gate. We entered through the gate to the grounds of the beach house. The pictures don't show you this but it is in quite a large plot of land with a waist height bamboo fence between the garden and the beach. In the garden there is a sala to relax in and also an outside shower which was blissful. The beach house itself was simply but beautifully decorated and was cleaned as far as i remember every day. We had a lovely time and would love to go back. The beach is beautiful - soft white sand and the sea great for swimiming in - idyllic. Lots of children were staying there as well - so plenty of children for our daughter to play with. The food as well was fantastic!!

We booked the new island beach bungalow. the bungalow was located about 3 metres from the beach.Aircon and hot water.they were small and dark. We asked about contruction work onsite they advised no work in progress. We then found that there was contruction work in progress. Not alot noise from the contruction work.Had a bad experience with local thai men drinking alcohol in the afternoon and smashing bottles and been violent with each other.Found a Russian lady annoying as she was working as a tout and continully asking us to go on snorkling trips.Overall the resort is located at the best beach in Koh Phangan, very quite, nice gardens, restuarant had nice food, Just be careful with the seafood tho.The road from the port to the resort is about 15km and most of it is dirt road. Very dangerous on a scooter so we hired a 4x4 car for 3 days while there.advise to hire trail bike or 4x4 car due to the bad road. resort does have a taxi that runs into port town twice a day.100bt per person into town. Back to resort from town can be up to 800bt with normal taxi. best to get many people into a taxi to reduce the cost.Work was in progress on this dangerous dirt road so hopefully it will be concreted in the near future. If you are looking for a nice quite location away from the hussle and bustle we would recommend it.

wonderful location. OUr first burri was disgusting, dark, moldy, and too small for 2 people. WE were fortunately moved to a newer location also on the beach, called beach house. It had a rat and no water pressure. The beach is the best and the rest. is great, also the staff were friendly and helpful.

siamwebhosting has been great as we had to change hotels and they did everything for us without any effort on out part.

If you want to experience remote beach side living with the friendliest and most helpful staff then this is for you.Yes its rustic with a capital R and even though the place was under total reconstruction when we arrive (and will not be completed for a least 6 months)we loved it.On arrival our beach side bungalow was not available so we were upgrade to beach side house for 6 of our 10 day stay.I got to speak to The Boss who arrived from the mainland and informed him of our concern re building work ,he apologised and offered discounting off our next visit(and we will be returning) and sent a gift of wine for continued good relations,so your there its happening you enjoy or fume...we had ourselves a ball and entered into the festive spiritof xmas. The setting of the resort is right on the beach with the sound of the sea to sooth you to sleep at night and to excite you on awakening. The jungle encrouches all around and makes for that desert island feel. There is a wonderful atmosphere in the resort itself and the surrounding village. This place is not for everyone but where is?The pace of live is infectious here calm relaxing and friendly also very safe.We loved it and again extend our thanks to all the wondreful staff Cho Cucumber(Jani) Jipp Koy and Ole .We also made close friendship with our Thai massueses Not and Neung who created a beautiful xmas dinner for us and who taught my wife to drink The Bucket Thai style they were Sanung!!
