When I returned my room(No.533), it didnot open my room. I thought my card key dosenot work, I changed card key in reception. But it didnot open the door by new card key. I called stuff of room keeper. And I tried to open together. Then, the door opened and two person who I donot know stayed my room. Unbelievable! I checked all my baggage. It was ok. The stuff said sorry, but they did not say reason. I never stay this hotel.

Really can't remember the number of times that I have stayed at Kosa; & every stay there has been more than pleasant. Everything about Kosa is really superlative for a person like myself, who prefers the general informality available at this hotel, compared with the larger & very much more stuffy environment of the Pullman hotel, where I had stayed. On every future visit to Khon Kaen, I'll stay at Kosa & recommend this hotel to any one who is averse to being surrounded by wealthy geriatrics who appear to predominate at the Pullman.

Have stayed here many times, but feel the standards are slipping. The lobby is very attractive, and the large swimming pool is quite nice. The rooms are okay but some of the carpets have seen better days. Maid service is very slow (can take half the day to clean your room after placing sign on door). Also, breakfast is not very good here, there's a limited choice for westerners and food is usually cold (more so than other hotels)-often spent the morning on the toilet here after breakfast. Kosa is okay for a short stay, but for a few hundred baht extra the nearby Charoen Thani is far more superior.

Well located, rooms are in need of small touchup and don't expect any views. All the extras are charged at high prices and basic business facilities are missing. For me Internet connection is vital, the cost per day is nearly half of the price for the room and even that didn't work. Ended up using across the street Internet center.

The Kosa Hotel is well situated and within walking distance of markets, food stalls, shopping centres, craft shops,and internet cafes. It is in a nice setting, the pool is very refreshing and clean, and the breakfast very generous and varied.Staff were very helpful. Our main problem was the noise from an adjacent building where three huge air-conditioning fans operated 24 hours a day! They were so noisy it really spoiled our stay and I even slept with ear plugs! Attempts to move to another room were unsuccessful. We would suggest the Hotel invest in double glazing for that block of rooms.If I were to return I would check where my room was first! Apart from that we enjoyed our stay in Khon Kaen very much.

The Deluxe room is very big, and everything is in workingorder. Since I was here last time (in january) they have added many new televisonchannels, so there now is everything you could wish for. There was a small hole in the carpet, that really should have been fixed, and the breakfast-selection is still a little limited, but overall a very good experience.

Have stayed at Kosa several times in the past and generally found this hotel to be very good. Particularly like the open air beer bar. Location is very good, main shopping areas, internet access, ATM and banking facilities are adjacent to this hotel. My only complaint, relevant to my stay this time, was that there were no international news channels available at the room TVs’. I did speak to the acting manager of the hotel about the lack of BBC, CNN, and even that atrocious Fox News, but, he was unable to give me access to TV news . I could always keep up with world events, stock quotes and the like via the internet.

The deluxeroom at Kosa Hotel was excellent, and very big, with a nice bathroom. I did not have time to use the many fascillities at the hotel. On a negative note, the selection for breakfast was a little limited, and I could have used some more channels on the TV. All in all a good room for the price.

Enjoyed the Kosa. Room was nice and big. Carpet had 10cm burn circle. Limited English channels. I was on the 12th floor; beautiful view. Good breakfast buffet came with room price. A very welcoming hotel with a comfortable lobby, clean rooms & good facilities. I was pleased to be met at the airport even though I hadn't arranged it & was taken to the hotel in their private mini-bus (for 70 baht). Staff tried hard to please although their English was a bit limited at times. The hotel is also in a nice central location just off the main road, & has a shopping centre opposite which was useful. I would definatley reccomend the Kosa Hotel

Accommodation and facilities:
The included breakfast was awful. The fried eggs were left out on an open plate with NO method of keeping them warm. Some noodle dish was cold also. Unacceptable for this otherwise nice hotel. At best, a cook should be stationed to prepare the eggs as ordered or at the least, kept in a warmer. I would stay again but skip the breakfast for sure.
