Accommodation and facilities:
We found Baan Laksasubha after one night by the neighbour Centara, and were quite pleased by more value for money and a more suitable atmosphere for a family with three small children. The two combined bedrooms with two bathrooms with a pool and childrens pool just outside fitted us perfect. We appreciated the garden walk through the hotel area from lobby to the beach with thre restaurant every day. The garden was created with love and passion.

Very nice hotel, with perfect location in Hua Hin, friendly staff. But there are som draw back s Our room was not cleened before 15:00 to 16:00 every day. We complained and the nex day they managed to cleen the room at noon. But the next day it was 15:00 again. If you have a ground floor room, be aware, there is a huge amount om mosquitos and bugs in the garden at night time.

What a lovely hotel. We wanted quiet and peaceful accomodation after staying in the hustle and bustle of Bangkok - and this is exactly what we got. The rooms and simple but very comfortable and clean. The grounds and pool are immaculate with perfect access to the beach. The breakfast is perfectly adequate. The centre of Hoi Hi is only a five min walk away. Overall we (2 adults and 3 teenagers) thoroughly enjoyed our two night stay here and would recommend to anyone wanting a peaceful break away from the big coorporate hotels.

My family and I really have a good time at Baan Laksasubha. We stayed at 3 bedrooms house. Each rooms is spacious, simple, clean and beautiful. It's just pity that there is no living room. Dining area is cosy and beautiful. It is near a beach. And the beach there is nice and clean. Staffs are very helpful and polite. They really have service mind.

A wonderfully peaceful resort set in the centre of Hua Hin and located right on the Hua Hin beach next to the Sofitel. Half the price of the large Sofitel but so charming and peaceful. Breakfast was adequate, although a bit boring. The pool was great. Individual houses comprising three or four units each is a super idea. A beautiful garden setting. Service from all staff was excellent. We will definately stay here again on our next visit to Hua Hin

This hotel was a great choice! It is at the best end of the beach where all the night life and restaurants are. It is very family friendly (even though we were there as a couple) and our choice of a garden veranda room was just perfect. The room was large, light and airy and the staff at the resort were just a delight. I would have no hesitation in recommending this place to others. I just do not understand how Australians have not yet discovered the joys of Hua Hin!

Perfect holiday location, we stayed for 14 nights and could not speak more highly of the resort. Breakfast each morning gave a large varity for all taste buds, the staff were wonderfull go out of there way to help you. The accomadtion is very clean and well kepted. We will difinatley be returning.

The hotel is nice the rooms (superior) are big and very bright. But the aircon is too noisy, never before I had this in any other hotel in Thailand even with much cheaper rates. We changed the room, but it was the same. The staff was very helpfull. The breakfast was OK, but still not what you can expect from a 4star hotel. We will not book this hotel again.

Stayed for three nights , family with three teenagers. Accommodation far exceeded our expectations. Rooms were very comfortable and had every facility. Despite being a very regular traveler (business & pleasure) I have not made comment on accommodation before however Baan L..deserves a mention. It is very well located(unlike many establishments in Hua Hin). Rooms are modern well equipped clean in lovely garden setting. Breakfast(incl in tariff)is right on the beach in an idealic location-selection is good & varied-(omelettes cooked to perfection).Staff- their endeavour to please is exceptional.The customer focus culture is alive and well here! Evidence of such in my case was an episode when I returned from dinner in town to be greeted by 5/6 staff singing Happy Birthday with a cake(complete with my name in icing).Reception had obviously picked the date from my P port, these things show attention to detail that the large chains lack. Good luck Baan L... I recomend to all & will certainly return.

It is a very nice place for relaxing holiday. I and my family were enjoyed very much during we stayed 3 nights in Baan Laksasubha. we got garden suite with 2 beds/2baths no complaint.. spacy clean room and quiet, the staff are always willing to help.. excellent location, close to everything you need.. walking distance to night market, shopping mall to get some icecream..first day we had dinner at the beach restaurant, it was a nice Italian food and good service.. breakfast will be simple for foreigner but good enough for Thai. For this same price you could not get anything better in Europe.. I will recommend to my friends and for sure I would go again.

My big family was happy with Baan Laksasubha. It is clean, tidy, convenience and peaceful. Resort service was so nice and lots of care to us. I would say that if I would be in Hua Hin again, I would much like to stay in Baan Laksasubha. Patama/

Beautiful and impressive place, fills with tidy decoration and bright-positive color. And definitely, the clean private beach. We re so glad to stay in this hotel, even we found a problem with toilet, but above all, it's OK.

I think we made a right choice. This is a fabulous hotel. Clean and spacious rooms, good facilities, near down town, and relax atmosphere. One strong point is they got their own beach, which can make you really enjoy the blow of seawind and shun from crowds. One more thing is they are really friendly and be willing to help. We missed one T-shirt at hotel and they were sending the t-shirt back immediately once they got the request from us. Highly recommended!

I went to this hotell for 3 days,and there were a very nice play to stay. The service was very good,the breakfast and other meals at the Beach restaurant was very good. I will be back on the same place next year.

Nice hotel set in a beautiful garden and located on what I think is the best part of the beach in Hua Hin - not too crowded, good for swimming. Right next to the beautiful historical Sofitel, walking distance to everything in Hua Hin city center. Each room has a spacious private balcony or terrace. A bit pricey, but if you want to stay directly at the beach but still in a central location this is a very good option in Hua Hin!

Great atmosphere, very well situated, friendly staff. Very well maintained resort, nice decor, child-friendly, fast and efficient room service. If you happen to meet the owner, consider yourself lucky. A most gracious hostess. Be sure to specify if you want a room with double or single beds when you book. Gets full really fast so book way ahead of time if you can. regular rates are a bit pricey, so take advantage of the promotions.

We have an 8 month old baby and were given a baby cot and baby bath for him which was very good. The room was comfortable, set in pleasant garden surroundings and only a short walk to the beach and town/night markets so a good location. We will be happy to return and recommend to anyone.

We thought the hotel was fantastic, we had a 2 bed garden suite and there was more than enough room for the 4 of us, the staff were great friendly and very helpful, my 7yr old was stung by a jellyfish and the staff acted very quickly and were great. The accommodation was spotless, we would definately go again and would recommend, with easy walking distance to plenty of resurants and shops and right on the beach. A real peace haven but at the same time child friendly...which was hard to find amongst the honeymoon hotels and spa resorts. A new hotel and a great find for us.

Excellent ! We enjoyed to stay at Baan Laksasubha. Friendly and helpful staffs. The resort is beautiful, more than we expected. We stay in 3 bedrooms. Each room was nice & clean with almost everything a traveller would need. Internet access is free !! Located not fare from the city center Hua Hin night market. Highly recommended.
