The staff of Na Thapae Hotel are very nice. The location is good, nearly the Thapae gate and quiet. But the window of the room is close to center aisle and the breakfast is a little less varieties.

Fake comments have been posted to attract customers to choose this hotel. It has the smallest room I ever had to stay in. No outside window. No hot water for coffee or tea in the room. Just simple continental brakfast, nothing special. No internet access. No restaurant. Staff just busy cleaning all day! Wake up call to late, almost missed plane.

very good expenience in hotel, quiet, clean and very Thai style room, nice people and nice service. It took 5min to Thapae gate (Sunday market) and daily market. Only the breakfast has little choice, and wifi is not stable. Overall, I love this hotel and will definitely stay again if I will go to Chiangmai.

Clean room and nice staff...but if you wanna wake up late, it's not so good place coz it is a bit noisy in the morning. The wall is very thin so you can hear people talking in front of the door.

Nice small boutique hotel. Beds very hard (as per most in Asia) Rooms a little dark, no outside window, no hair dryer or face cloths. Breakfast very good, staff extremely sweet. Super clean! Good price. Great location. 25 B/kilo laundry right next door! Must go to Sopa's Salon on Loikroh Road (right across from Raming Lodge) Best 120 B/Hr massage EVER!

Hotel was very nice in great location. Staff very friendly and helpful. Great service. Only issue is that my room was next to breakfast area and very noisy in the morning if you are trying to sleep a little late. But great hotel, new and very clean. Would stay again but request room away from eating area.

What a find! The nicest staff we ve ever met! This small hotel in an excellent location within walking distance to the night market and Sunday walking market. When i arrive there I felt like i am at home. I never thought i am in a hotel. The room was very small and our only window was to the terrace where we had breakfast. so everybody could hear us and we could hear everybody in the morning taking their breakfast. But this was the only thing to complain cause the location was quite good. only 5 minutes to the night bazar.

SPLENDID hotel. Like a very new, quaint, bed and breakfast. The staff is phenomenal. Wonderful, wonderful!! Great location on a very quiet street, only 10 min from night market. Laundry service is right next door and very cheap.

only issue was that after I booked and paid for hotel, the reservationist contacted me and said she misquoted the price by 300 baht. and i had to pay the difference. it was 300 baht total and they were very apologetic.
