We come already for many years in Chiang Mai Plaza, this time we stayed for 4 weeks and every day was wonderful.To start with the rooms comfortable and clean, the breakfast also good and the entrance and hall is royal beautiful. Very good service, I called to change the booking date only one day in advance due to the weather problem, they can manage it without any problem. I will definitely use the sawasdee website to book the hotel next time.

stayed here 15 years ago and the only difference was the beds seem a little harder and the decor a little older. Really enjoy staying here,close to every thing especially night markets, security good and service great.Will stay again next time

February 2011 We are a family of 2 adults and 2 children 7 and 10 years. We had booked two rooms with a door in between, which worked fine. The rooms were okay and the standard was quite ok after Thailand standard. Places Nobody was quite ok, close to night market and other attractions.

Just came back from Chiang Mai for a one week holiday. We have no complaints on the hotel. Even though it is not a new hotel, you can feel its warmth. It is clean, beatiful lobby, helpful front desk and nice breakfast. Our complaint regarding the third bed and toilet seat was dealt with almost immediately. Would stay there again. Note: could have been better if it has a safe in each room.
