Do not plan around their complimentary shuttle service to go to Sukhumvit.Never got a ride after trying on 3 different instances. It is almost never offered because the driver is the hotel porter who is always busy moving luggage. Otherwise a value for money hotel.

We have enjoyed our stay at Woraburi. The hotel is situated in a quiet area, but still close to the city center. The staff were friendly and heplfull. We liked the breakfast buffet at street level. Our room was spotlessly cleaned. So we are now planning our next visit to Thailand and we look forward to staying at Woraburi.

The ladies at the counter were the rudest i ve encountered. You have a notice in the lift to say not to use taxi outside as they are not with the hotel. I needed to go to the airport and they directed me straight there. When i asked the driver to put the meter on, he refused. I then went back to reception & the ladies would not help me, in fact walked away from me when i challenged her about the sign in the lift. They would not call me a taxi so i waited and hailed a taxi myself who was more than happy to put the meter on. i felt extremely let down, first time to thailand & again the ladies at your reception desk was the rudest i ve encounter. I have also put my views in trip advisor.

ants and bugs in the room, water from the shower was leaking onto the bathroom floor so it was all wet as soon as you started taking shower, room very small, not even a one shelve for your clothes and most importanlty bed linen smelled sweat like it hasnt been washed for many and when changed still smelled so up to you dear traveller!

Been to Bangkok over 25 times and stayed in over 12 different hotels and this was the worst one. Stayed 10 days only 3 hangers ( 1 broken )in wardrobe and no drawers for smaller stuff.Corridors noisy ( cleaners and telephone for cleaners in corridor constantly ringing )frosted open window from bathroom in corridor pick up all the sound.Breakfast a disaster. No milk water or orange juice one morning should be topped up regularly. No plates one morning. Waited 10 mins for clean plates to come, still dripping wet. Had lunch one day took ages to come and part order was missing. Bill didnt look right so totaled items up in head and final total 20 bhat difference.good way of making sure you get tips.

This was my first trip to Thailand, so I wasn't sure what the standard of accommodation would be like. The Woraburi, is a friendly hotel, and a little dated. Good selection at breakfast, and all you can eat. No balconies to sit out. No bath in the standard room, just a shower. Tuktuk service was out of order for a few days. But clean, comfortable, friendly, nice 10-15 minute stroll to the main road.

Positives - This hotel is economical. Basic accomodations. Good & plentiful breakfast buffet. Good location near Nana but not noisy. Staff is accomodating. Negatives - Having to leave a 1000 bt deposit for a regular room key is overkill. Not enough hot water. Pool is nice but too small for laps (but that's just me.) Always have to wait for tuk-tuk schedule to go up the street. Left a bag here while visiting another city (when I was going to be staying here upon returning) and they charged me 20 bt per day. NO WIFI but no charge for internet use. All in all, not a bad place for the dollar.

at the end of our holiday we booked 3 nights as we wanted to leave at 9 pm, without breakfast. superior rooms ok, pool small but ok, there is a good travelcenter (monalisanok@hotmail.com)left from the reception . the booked a tour and taxi to airport(cheaply). the food is ok but hotel does not have noodle soup so we had to go to dawin hotel to eat it, before goint to the airport. the tuk tuk service brings you to nana hotel, but to come back of course you have to walk or find yourself one!!!if i will stay in sukhumvit i would stay here again and book one night more with siameservices (nan a hotel is close to main road but has carpets on the floor which not ok). the 4th flooor is for non smokers. also free wifi is ok (in nana hotel you have to pay for it)and finding a hotel with wifi in bangkok, is not so easy.

A large and very clean room where the curtains of the window is doubled . Decorating the walls with green color and orange bedspreads. Bathroom with shower and sink. It lacks only a safety box. On the sixth floor, a small swimming pool embellished with a beautiful view and a bar. While I had left my room, the staff allowed me to take a shower! Note that the hotel is located at the end of Soi 4 but there is a tuk-tuk service to Sukhumvit Road every hour.

We booked a room for non smokers, but recieved a room that smelled like an ashtray. Also when ordering food from roomservice the boy who delivered the food granted himself the rest of my money as tip, without giving us the option to self decide if he should get the rest of the 100bht(50bht left) or if we wanted to give another amount. The rest of the hotel was good though, nice pool area. The people in the reception could train to keep their smile just a short second longer since there is nothing worse than getting the feeling that the people around you are arrogant. As always, the staff who cleaned the rooms was nice and friendly.

I have stayed at the woraburi a few times and its a nice hotel ,staff are friendly and the location is just far enough away from the crazyness of nana plaza area to be a fairly quiet hotel.On occasions the other guests have been quite noisey at night but lets face it if you want a quiet relaxing holiday then don't stay in soi 4 , simple...... My only critisim is that if you pay online by card they still insist on a 1000thb deposit for the key for the rooom ,but if you pay by card on arrival then they don't ask for deposit,strange i know ...antway appart from that its a safe,comfortable hotel,good quality beds and furnishings...5 minutes walk from all the action so no worries there...breakfast is good value eat as much as you want ......have a good trip..

Simple clean accomodation with a lovely roof top pool. The staff were extremely helpful. It's rather a long walk to the skytrain with two small children though. Excellent buffet breakfast which was included in the room tarif.

A bit far away from Sukumvit, plain rooms are very clean, Ok but rather small and without charm. Breakfast buffet is included in the hotel price. It is OK but not worth the 190 baht they would charge non-guests. The pool on the 5-th floor is very nice. There are many hotels in the same price range around here. This one stands out on the postive with the nice swimming pool but on the negative side I would mention that you may get a similar room for less money in other places in the same region.

Booked superior room for 3 nights. Room not made up when we took possession of key. Also bad smell in room like that of a hospital or clinic. Sought change to another room and were accomodated immediately. No problems with that room except pretty basic - poor clothing storage space, no air extractor in bathroom, scantily furnished; however, clean and bed comfortable. No noise problems whatsoever encountered. I rate this hotel a 3-star in need of complete refurbishment and good painting. No air-con in reception, bar, restaurant area - can get hot and uncomfortable. Excellent location. Breakfast quality reasonable. Reception staff helpful and friendly. You pay 1,000 baht deposit for key refundable on check-out. You are given voucher on check-in for complimentary drink but this is limited only to a very poor glass of orange juice - you have no choice! Would recommend but do not expect 4-star standard.

Really nice hotel in the heart of Bangkok. The situation of the hotel is very good because it is close to the Skytrain. You can take the (free) Tuktuk from the hotel who takes you to Sukhumvit Road and then about 100 meters walking to the Skytrain. The hotel is located at Soi 4 (Nana) which is a street with a lot of bars and loud music. But the hotel is not near those bars and is quietly situated. The room (i had a Superior room) was simple but clean. There was little place to put your cloths. Breakfast was really good. Concluding; good situated hotel for not much money. I would go there again!

Quit ok for th price paid. Some what clean when compared to some other hotels near. Service is also OK. Only two issues I have to pointout. 1. It is little bit far (about 500 meters )from the main road (But lot of taxies may be available in front of the hotel). So it may be bit scaring when you come back alone mid night after a long trip with baggage and all. 2. It will be better if they have some temporary arrangement for the people arriving in the early morning or checking out after 12 PM (Because their check-in and check out time is 12 PM) Apart from these two issues I didnt feel any problems with the hotel. It can be a choice if you are not looking for a high laxurious accomodation.

Terrible. was just there for a nite with my girlfriend but the bed was full of bed bugs! i got stung all over and naturally i couldn't sleep. it was in room 313, and we had to change room in the middle of the nite to 303. the place has a very yucky feel. not very well kept and the rooms were really too small for a hotel with that price. The breakfast was also pathetic. flies everywhere.

Nice medium size hotel. Good breakfast in the morning and at night a mix of Thai and Western food to choose from, when I was there it was 199 baht for all you can eat and very good food ! Room was clean and comfortable, I preferred Superior Double to Superior Single - just that extra bit of room. No matter what time I left my room during the day it was always made up when I got back. Saying Khorb Kun (thank you in Thai) gets you a long way.

Hotel is good i had a blast (pleasent) staying at the hotel.Swimming pool is beautiful for a 3 star hotel top level pool.Staff was great her name Thapanee When i reach to bangkok i had some problem at the airport.When reach to the hotel i was welcome by thapanee she speak good and she been working only 3mth but the way she talk and help to customer like she been working for years i told her my problem at the airport she arrange my group room for 24 person and ugrade my room to a big room for free A.S.A.P. The hotel have the best breakfast been to thailand their saloon in the hotel is good their tailor is also the best in bangkok workmanship is good i got no time for their massage so not comment about their massage service it all in one hotel but the only thing is it take 5 to 10 min walk to the main rd (soi4). Dont ever you guy got stuck in taffic it is the worst i seen in my life esp when it is raining. I will be back to this hotel again there no negative thing about this hotel i had great stay.

Accommodation and facilities:
Mypartner and i stayed at the Woraburi for one night on Sept 7th. We got a great deal online, that saved us around 15$/night. The room was VERy spacious, clean,and quite, although the hot water heater for the shower did not work and our scheduled shuttle from the airport did not pick us up. Staff was very friendly and helpful. We got free breakfast buffet for our first nights stay, it was one of the BEST buffets I had yet. It had several Thai choices and many western dishes, such as pancakes, french toast, sausage, bacon, fried eggs, and omelets. The wireless internet was rather expensive. 150b for one hour.

Very nice room, even the cheapest one were great. Very nice pool-area and good breakfast-buffet. I´d recommend this hotel allways! If the tuk-tuk is used, the distance to Nana is no problem! But just every 30 minutes they drive, so better be in time...

Very happy with hotel, good location towards the quite end of the street. Hotel provides free tuk tuk transfer to Sukhumvit, where Nana station is only 100m away. Great for kids as big rooms and the staff are great - nice rooftop pool too.

For a view nights in BKK it's perfect. Nice and clean hotel. Tuktuk service to Sukhumvit. Breakfast ok! Little bit noisy in the rooms but for a view nights it's ok.

We do not like this place, we don´t recommend it. The people who work in the hotel are not nice. The rum is not like the photos in Internet. We had to upgrade our rum and pay. We are really disappointed with this Hotel. We never comeback. God bye.

This is my first time inn Thailand, and Bangkok. I youse this hotel for basecamp, so i not need to carry my stuff around Thailand. I will say the service is exelent, frontdesk give me good service. Litle far away from the Nana BTS, but they have thuk thuk to yous free. I will recoment this Hotel, and i will come back.

Nice looking hotel and nice staff. Very clean but spoilt by the rooms lack of anywhere to put your cloths. No drawers or shelves anywhere, just a wardrobe. Had to live out my bag or just pile my stuff on the floor. Also only one chair and no table, except for the one with the TV on with very little space either side. Bath room OK except again practicaly nowhere to put anything. The hotel is open plan so the only AC area was my room (worked fine and quite) but switched off everytime I left and was hot on return. Distance to the main road and everything important was a good 7 mins walk, a real bind. Good hotel for quick one or two day stop over if nothing else available.

Hotel and room principly OK, but many, many blood sucking bed bugs destroyed my 3 day stay in BKK completly. My body looked terrible. When I realised the bed bugs in the last night, it was too late to change. Comment of reception: We are sorry!
