The hotel is nice but I find it a bit too expensive. The breakfast buffet is huge, but still very very boring. Eggs are pre-made, and not one you can order as you like. Stort hotell avsett främst för affärsfolk. De har dress code vid t ex frukost. Gymmet helt ok, tror det egentligen skulle kosta 300THB/besök för att använda det, men jag smet in ändå. Hutlös avgift. Finns några restaurangen utanför, annars mest massageställen. Undvik pizzerian utanför, snordyr, 17% tillkommer. Lite mat, tradig lokal. Hotellet ligger nära skytrainstation och läget är väl ok, inte i shoppingområden dock. Slitet hotell.

Counselor Suite was comfortable and spacious enough to enjoy a relaxing few days, mostly in the room, at the end of a holiday. Lots of restaurants and shops nearby, and away from the sleaze of the Nana area. I have no hesitation recommending this hotel. The only minor negative - I shared a room with a non-smoker, so a comfortable and private outdoor smoking area would have been appreciated - had to smoke in a thoroughfare outside the front of the hotel.

I stayed with my wife and daughter at Windsor for 7 days. We booked the family suite which is offered with 2 bedrooms and a separate living room and 2 bath rooms. We actually noticed that there was 1 bedroom with a separate bathroom and 1 bedroom which was split up in a kind of alcove and separated with a partition between alcove and living room and a kitchen corner. The living room had 2 seats only and no television. The bathroom for the alcove is a guest bathroom without shower and bathtub. One air condition could not be adjusted at all. Cold or switching off. Long complaining list handed to reception, but only 2 issues were solved. Very small and old fashion television in the bedrooms. Some lamps did not work. No desk lamp in the alcove. No mini bar price list. A can of cola costs 90 Baht. Too much dust inside the rooms for people with dust allergy. Be careful with using internet. 600 Baht per day. The breakfast is actually very good. A large buffet and a huge assortment. The room service can not be recommended. The meals were cold when delivered. The location is very good. A lot of shops and restaurants nearby. Only 10 minutes walk to the sky train. However, the overall impression was good and valuable for that price. We consider staying here again.

I ve stayed at the hotel before but don't remember the rooms to be so dated or badly seviced. Check in was very slow, not enough desk points. The Minister Suite we d booked had very tired decor, was grubby and had ants on the sink surfaces. It looked nothing like the photo on SiameServices.com. I asked to be moved and was given a much better room in the Garden Wing... but beware, there is absolutely no view of the city, (one of the main reasons to book this hotel). However, the price was very good and overall, considering the Soi 20 location, quite good value, (we were on a 3 for 2 night deal). BUT DON'T TAKE THE TAXI DEAL ON SIAMESERVICES.COM. You pay over twice the going rate from Bangkok airport to the hotel.

Room needs attention very tired looking needs paint. Water leak in bathroom. Clean sheets but had marks on them. Breakfast could do better. Wouldn't stay here again

Hotel was adequate for the money and the length of our stay (5 days). we had an upgrade to the minister suite which gave us a lot more room. The rooms were also connecting which was great. Very easy walk to the skytrain, dont believe the others! We did it with 4 children in 10 min. Bei Otto restaurant across the street was a great change from thai food. We did not use any of the other services of the hotel (pool,gym etc). Tried to use the babysitting service, took 30 mins and 12 phone calls to tell us that it wasnt available at all. Overall average experience 3 star at best.

They have given us the Counselor Suite but my reservation was for the Minister Suite, I also payed for that room. So Please inform me how this is possible, I asked the man and he said that the room was Minister, checked it again at home and it was Counselor...I do have pictures when needed. Because we made this booking for the first time at this Hotel,I will not be back there again.

Wow, great hotel in a great city. Wonderful views over the city from the pool (on the 14th floor!). It really provided us with a comfortable, quiet and cool place to relax away from the heat and hussle of the city. The pool is imaculate and the staff were all exceptionally polite. Breakfasts were fantasic, a nice mix of fruit, pastry, cooked and traditional foods. The service around the hotel was faultless and really allowed us to be spoilt. A great hotel, great location and I will be back. Worth every penny.

Before scheduling my stay at Windsor Suites I had walked thru the lobby on a previous visit and thought the hotel looked nice. I booked a cheap rate room and got exactly what I paid for!!!!!! The room had a large living area very clean and got the king size bed that I requested and the complementary breakfast had a large selection and was tasty. That the good part, the bed was very stiff with a thin foam cover under the sheet, very tacky and uncomfortable. Had a 2nd floor room with a beatiful view of a dirt construction lot, with work starting at 630am ending after 8pm, every day of my 9 day stay. The air conditioning was barely working and when the construction was in full swing it seem to shake the piping in the hotel, which caused the water to turn brown! There were frequent black outs and the other guests were very noisy. I understand the noise and loud talking, it was how thin the walls and the flooring were. I also thought that the staff working the check-in counter were not helpful or friendly, which left a sour taste. Not all the staff were unpleasant, the maids, doormen, elevator greeters and some of the pool attendants were very nice and helpful, I wanted to thank them for the friendly smiles. All in all this will be the first and last time I will be staying at this hotel.

Our family of three persons has stayed for 8 nights at the Windsor Suites hotel. We stayed in a Counsellor Suite Room on a middle floor. The room is big but furnishing is to old, - a small bedroom with TV & a separate small study area which had its own TV, therefore 2 TV's in the room. Bathroom was just ok.. The pool is on the 14th floor and is a nice area to relax., but be careful before to buy a drink ( this is a rip-off Over 600bath for 3 beer).The breakfast was very good. The hotel staff are friendly & the hotel has all services. The hotel is located in the heart of Bangkok in the Sukhumvit area about 200 meters from Asoke MRT&skytrain Station.. A nice place to stay but I'll probably look at other options next time.
