Accommodation and facilities:
Not a bad hotel for the price. It is down a quiet alley that is safe. The massage place at the very end has a little outdoor gazeebo bar and do happy massages. The rooms in the hotel are small, and the walls thin. But honestly, unless you plan on staying the entire trip in your room, this is a good deal; close and convenient. I would come back for sure.

Hotel and room quite clean and comfortable. Room is comfortable but a little small, but cost is very inexpensive. Right at Patpong night life, which is great. My 5th time at Hotel. Only bad point is 500 Baht cost per night for guest, which I had every night.

very good location, 1 minute to Patpong, and many other bars and restaurants are close by. also very close to Skytrain (Sala Daeng) and Metro (Silom). Breakfast very good, cooked fresh, not buffet. Rooms are clean and tidy,but are a littele bit on the small side. Hotel has a quiet location, so you sleep well. Please note hotel is difficult to find for Taxi, it is the plaza off Surawongse street immediately before Patpong 2 if coming from Rama IV road. staff friendly and helpful. In my opinion good value for money if you book a standard room. I have also booked a superior room, and do not think superior room is worth the extra. I would book standard room in this hotel again

- The room was comforatble - But I was not happy with the service, front desk was rude and was not helpful. - I wanted to stay another night and they quoted me a discounted price when it came to payment it was another price. - Too much of policies and rules and not accomodative to their customers. - I checked in at 4am and was leaving at 6am just required 2hours. My friends wanted to put their bags in the room but the front desk made it very difficult. - Overall very unhappy and will Not return to that hotel ever.

this was my 2nd time staying with Wall Street Inn and I have to say that THEIR SERVICE IS SIMPLY GREAT ! All the receptionists were very polite, friendly and patience despite the fact that we always disturb them at night as we are using the wireless and watching the football channel at the lobby cafe for most of the nights when we were there. In addition, the hotel location is quite good as everythings are all within reach.. cafe, food outlets, pubs and bars, shopping, etc are all nearby. I will definitely stay in Wall Street Inn again on my future visits! Keep up the good work!

the price for the hotel is ok, but the hotel policy is not good at all, friends cannot visit me at the hotel room after 6pm. if they do then it would charge me 500 baht for visiting. I really can't understand why the hotel set the policy so badly. If person not registered and stay over nigt at my bed room then it would be reasonable for them charge 500 baht. secondly, there is no window of my room. the location is great and the price is quite resonable. I think I would not stay at this hotel again as my friends cannot visit me.

PROS ---- the location is perfect for a traveller who enjoy leisure and excitement like me : 1) close to BTS station (Sala Daeng) which is the easiest transport to move about - bus # 552 from suvarnabhumi public transportation center, and ask the conductor to direct you to On Nut (pronounced as On Noot) BTS Station - stop at BTS Mo Chit for shopping heaven (jatujak @ chatuchak market) - stop at BTS Saphan Thaksin to go for the boat ride 2) close to clubs (gays and straights) CONS ---- - the receptionists are not so friendly. they could even forget simple requests, and cud say out i don't know for tourist spots info enquiries. - the bellboys are ok.the one on the day shift is friendly.

The hotel's location is the best feature of the place!. Couldnt have had a better lcoation than this one for us- since we were 6 bachelor guys wanting to have a good time in Bangkok!. Surrounded by the buzz of the city, with Patpong night market, Silom road, Lumpini night bazzar, the bars and restaurants just a walking distance away!!. The hotel was clean and rooms very tidy. Good housekeeping staff and very friendly front office staff. They could although do something different for breakfast coz eating the same set breakfast menu for a week can be very boring!. I would definitely recommend this hotel to my other friends as well. Good value for money- if someone is looking for a hotel with no frills and just basic accomodation which is clean and safe.

Really close by to everything, Patpong markets and the nightlife of Bangkok was a 5 min walk away. Staff were very friendly. We were fortunate enough to have a window in our room but upon opening it we were coated in this fine black dust, realising that the window opened onto a series of filthy air conditioners from the building next door. Other than that a great place to stay.

The hotel is conveniet to the Patpong market and entertainment district. But disappointed when checked in the rooms was look different fom what i saw from the photo. The management should renovate or refurbish the hotel rooms and facilities. Overall the hotel staff are friendly but unflexible when you asked for late check out. I was asked for check out at 12.30noon although my flight schedule at 1745hrs. When i request for late check out at 2.00pm, the receptionist said she only allow me to check out at 12.30noon. I hope the management should look into this matter and i believe when comes to low season, the hotel should be more flexible on the late check out.

To find the hotel is a bit difficult since the name of the hotel was blocked by the tree at the entrance road leading to the hotel. The Hotel is clean and tidy. The staff were not so nice since I am asian man (perhaps they might think I am a Thai) but I should say, the hospitality of the staff should improved even the guest is a thai people.

Great location. Perched in a quiet alley by two main roads (Silom road and Surawong road). Less then 5 minutes to red light district. Many restaurants and eateries around. Lots of people along the road at night and very lively, and can go very late till 2:00Am. Good for meeting fellow travelling people and have a chat. The room is comfortable, except the one I had don't have any window. It makes waking up is so hard and you'll lost track of time cause there's no sunlight. Wireless internet at the lobby is available with laptop. Breakfast is OK and staff are friendly and helpfull. For 1300 baht/day, I heard people say that it should be better than this.

The hotel is terrible! I and my friend's money and camera were stolen because the staff let a stranger took the key of my room and get into it! The staff argued that he thought the stranger was our friends just because he came into the hotel with us!It's terrible !! Personally, I would have not stayed there had I known the hotel's exact location. The Soi leading to the hotels is full of massage parlors of various categories. The room itself has no window so the lights must be switched on at all times while you are inside. And the price is a bit too much considering the size of the room, the service at the cafe restaurant opposite the Check-in counters employed some of the most incompetent team of staff, they hadnt a clue what to do when the restaurant got busy. For the price I paid at the Wall Street in I reckoned it would be money well spent at either The First Hotel, or, at the Bangkok City Inn. As both hotel provide good breakfast and each room has its own window and the price is much cheaper than The Wall Street Inn.

This hotel is clean and well situated in the Silom area near Patpong. One thing to note is not to forget to print a copy of your reservation voucher. Otherwise the hotel reception claims that they will be unable to give the discounted rate offered by your booking agent.

Booking was easy but I would either prefer to pay just once for a deposit and then later settle the full amount during my stay at the hotel. Now I am required to pay the full amount in two installments. They should allow either one deposit upgront or else pay once in full. It would make it easier when making reservations.
