I guess it's an old well-known hotel in Bangkok as almost all taxi drivers knew it when I headed there from somewhere. I got this promotion from sawasdee, good value for new years holiday. The room I got was a bit old, with no coffee/tea maker. It might be because of the promotion. Room was spacious. They got a good swimming pool even though I didn't try it. Location was 5-10min from MBK by taxi for just THB 45. Breakfast was decent. Overall it was nice!

A good location, just a 15 min walk to MBK and there is cheap laundry- service just beside the hotell. The only problem we had was from the person who took care about the breakfast-tickets, she claimed every morning that we should have a ticket for the oldest son (7 years) and we tried to explan that tje staff in the reception hade sayed that he doe´sn´t needen any but she refused to talk about this and called the manager ever moorning.

We stayed 5 days @ Twin Towers Bangkok, first impression was WOW so elegant. We were greeted with a smile from the girl on reception and check-in was a breeze. Our room was spacious & very clean. The Cocktail lounge is a great place to relax after a long day with good prices & great service, although I can't say the same for breakfast, service was bad & very disappointing (No smiles either) The Tour Deck (Outside Hotel) is great the girls are lovely & nothing is too much, they organised our tours etc. Shopping is a short taxi ride to MBK, Siam etc, we used the hotel car as it was around the same price. Over all not a bad place to stay.

As returning clients fo years, we must say it's always a pleasure to be back at this hotel. We have only one thing to complain for, which is, as I checked in by myself while my thai wife was shopping around, once she arrived at the hotel she was asked by a receptionist if she was going to join a customer (as if she was sort of a prostitute), even if I already registered her during the check in procedure. I mean, even if she was just an occasional company to me and not my real wife, how a receptionist dares to make such comments! Anyway, we cleared the matter with the manager of the hotel and for the rest, everything was ok as usual.

The hotel was reasonable but expect to pay for any extras/ facilities. I had to pay 200 baht to use the gym. The internet is very expensive at 350 baht a day. I was staying at the hotel for 3 days recoving post surgery. A friend came to visit me with gifts and was made to pay 700 baht. The cleaners would take any money left around in the room and the room service employees were not keen to bring change to the room. The whole place is obsessed with making money.

Very good hotel and location, not far from main sights. Large, comfortable rooms. We have used car, tuk tuk to get everywhere. The hotel itself is beautiful. the Hotel staff is not very nice and not-so service. The rooms are dirty and old, I was disgusted to shower and use bathroom accessories. Large room, the view is not always pleasant. The dining room is nice, courteous staff that is not. I do not go back there again in the future, nor recommend it to others. Loaded in great improvement.

The Room & B.F. were both great,Taxi from hotel to airport:400B,Internet was very expensive:300B/hr instead of 30B/hr in networkcafes.For those TokTok's infront of the hotel they will offer u the ride with a low price however don't trust them,they will make business through u.You can take meter taxi for ur rides it was great with affordable price.As a muslem the toilette doesn't have a shower which was awful and know that ham,bacon&pork are all from pig meat.

I am a resident in Thailand and use hotels frequently. I highly recommend the Twin Towers Hotel. It is very well maintained and offers levels of serice not matched by much more expensive hotels. Room size, beds, pillows and room facilities are just brilliant. The breakfast food selection is also to a very high standard, food selections again out do the higher priced hotels. Food is also fresh and plentiful. The restraunt and lobby facilities are again serviced well by pleasant staff. Twin Towers WELL DONE!

We stayed at this hotel for two days. We have chosen this hotel due to its suitable location and apparently good price for rather good class of the hotel. It it close to the main railway station (Hua Lumpong), within 5-7 min drive by car aside of traffic jams, also close to the River shopping center (starting point of river cruises), to station of Skytrain (National stadium) and Tesco Lotus shopping center. The hotel looks like respectable, lobby and rooms are large, breakfast was also good. But my experience with receptionists/cashiers of the hotel was negative. I have sent two e-mails before my arrival, but they did not reply. At the check-in, they required my card and blocked 3,000 baht for three rooms that we have booked. But after checking out this sum remained blocked on my card even 13 days after our departure. Attempts to solve the problem with the hotel personnel by e-mail conversations and telephone calls were not productive (they did not reply to e-mails and could not say anything definite by phone) until I managed to reach general manager of the hotel (with help of Thai people from another hotel), and only then got money back.

Me and my girlfriend stayed at the Twin Tower hotel twice in the space of a week, first in a superior room and then in a standard room. I can only say we had an excellent experience thanks to the friendly and professional staff, the lovely girls from the spa center where we had 2 wonderful foot massages, the porters who took care of our luggage just upon arrival... to make it short, a superb hotel expecially considering the price of rooms, very competitive. The location is great, only 5 minutes by tuk tuk from the main train station of Huan Lumpang (hope i spelt it right), there's a bus link from the airport for 150 bath, it's the express bus A4 if I remember correctly. The hotel has a beautiful swimming pool, rooms are very large. We never had breakfast but we tryed the ground floor restaurant, it was ok, nothing to dream of but clean, not expensive and very handy. The hotel is located in a great place but for the money we have paid - it was not worth it. a. there is bad smell in the hotel rooms and in the hollways. b. there was no coffee and tea in the room just a mini bar. c. all the services the hotel supplied were too expensive. (SPA, Internet, room service etc..) d. at our last day, while we were planning to go on our flight there was not hot water e. the equpment in the room was old and sometimes not clean. the bathroom towels were old and dirty f. we were on a hight floor but yet there was no view.

We had a pleasant stay at this hotel with a very gentle and helpful staff. Room clean and functional, but not luxurious at all (superior room), free fresh fruits (check-in day) and free bottle water everyday. There are 4 - 5 restaurants and we have tried two of them: the poolside one and the one on the left when one enters the hotel lobby. The poolside restaurant is more expensive but have a higher class (service and food). Here it is possible to order children food from the other restaurants kitchen downstairs. The other restaurant serves more plain food (also not Thai food) and it is also possible to change ingredients in the dishes according to your own wishes. In the mornings breakfast is served here and we could find everything we wanted. There is Thai food, western food, vegetables, fruits, bread etc etc (but no cheese). Just outside this restaurant there is a coffee corner where they serve slices of pizza, croissants, lasagne, cakes and beverages. We ate there several times since it was good, cheap and with good service! The pool is ok, not the biggest one but clean. The hotel location is 10-15 min walk from MBK, but there is a Tuk-Tuk service so you easy can get to the MBK. The hotel is very near the Hua Lamphong railway station. Using the Internet in business area is very expensive comparing to do it for example at MBK. Storing luggage is no problem and free. There is a small agency for day trips in the lobby. The staff just outside the lobby can also get you a normal Taxi or Tuk-Tuk from the street if needed.

Hotel is a little run down, old and shabby and though the service was efficient I cannot say it was service with a smile...more grumpy than cheerful.Its far from anywhere and to walk to the nearest station or MBK is a good 25 minute walk,along a very unpleasant route... certainly not safe at night. No free internet given though it clearly says so for a deluxe room...forget the basket of fruit/flowers!!! The free drop off to MBK or Siam cost 35bht almost the same as taxi fare. And prices at the restaurants were a rip off.Certainly not a value for money hotel.

Je trouve simplement dommage, comme souvent dans de très bons hôtel, certains membres du personnel ce comportent de manière très hautaine. De plus les informations comme pour le transport sont données à leurs profits; par exemple, je demande un taxi: les officiels de Bankok m irraient très bien, mais en voici un de l hôtel qui demande 3 fois le tarif! Mise a part cela et connaissant la mentalité de la population de Bangkok qui n a rien à voir avec le reste de la thaïlande, cet hôtel si bien situé est un endroit tout à fait recommandable.

This was a lovely suprise for a big hotel. The staff here are geniunely friendly and are willing to help you with anything. The rooms are nice and clean and quiet but we found that if you have to get up early for a tour, there is no hot water for a shower before 6am! There is no safe in the room but the hotel provides a free safe deposit box at the lobby. There are computers at the lobby for internet access but you have to pay. The free breakfast is a delicious smorgasboard with plenty of choices. The hotel itself is quite central to everything and we found ourselves walking most of the time. The shopping is at one end and the temples and palace at the other with the hotel in the middle. We would stay here again in the blink of an eye!

Stayed here for the second time with my family. Fairly good hotel, big room, though a little smelly room due to old carpet on the floor. Bathroom old and mouldy, very bad water pressure. Great staff, especially when staying there when you have children. WARNING! Do not leave valuables in their luggage room. We left our bags in the luggage room when we had checked out. Came back hours later and picked up the bags. When I later checked my bag I discovered that my pearl earrings and other jewelleries had been stolen. Contacted the hotel when I arrived home. They answered only that it was my fault never leave valuables in the luggage room . So beware.

Ett jättefint hotell med bra service, nära MBK - gångavstånd, det tog oss 20 minuter att gå dit. Hotellet har gym och pool som man får använda, rummen var fina med vattenkokare och egna badrockar. Bra service från personalen, jättebra att boka taxi. Bra hotell till bra pris.

it is indeed a 4stars hotel. Rooms is really spacious. though you have to prepare it is rather old. swimming pool is between the towers, so can not enjoy any sunshine at all. Location is not as close to the shopping area as mensioned on the map. it took us 20mins to arrive the nearest mall - MBK. meter taxi only cost THB45, so better go with Taxi. Hotel is very close to highway to airport, so no traffic problem. (only take 40mins to airport)

My family and I have absolutely no complaints about the hotel. The rooms were spacious and the twin large beds were just great. The mattresses could be firmer though. Service from the Receptionists and the Concierge was excellent. Although the hotel is not located in the most ideal part of town, the easily available meter-taxis and tuk-tuks made up for the distance away from the shopping centre. All in all it was value for money. Please keep up the standard of service.

Nice and quite room, good service and efficiency. The Hotel is well placed between rail station, chinatown and siam square with BTS. The swimming pool is clean and well situated, seems to be far from the traffic, good breakfast serviced on the pool beach if wished. I will stay again there and recommand.

A very nice hotel in a very good location.I would reccomend this hotel, rooms are big and clean,the breakfast was large, the staff helpfull (even if, some of them don't speak a very good english). The only fault is the distance from subway or skytrain so you have to move using taximeter or tuk-tuk,however you can easily find one outside hotel.

The staff of the hotel are very provide.Good breakfast. Rooms are big but decorations are too dull. NO HOT WATER BATH BETWEEN 7PM TO 10PM. It is very frustrating after a day of sightseeing and shopping. YOU HAVE TO PAY 200 BAHT TO GO TO THE GYM WHICH IS NOT INCLUDED IN ROOM RATE. THERE IS NOT ENOUGH TOURIST INFORMATION PROVIDED IN THE HOTEL. I WILL PREFER ANOTHER HOTEL.
