Nice hotel, clean rooms. Don't get the cheapest room because then you will have a view on the brickwall at 4 meters distance. Pay a little more and you will have a amazing view over Bangkok. Worth your money. Excellent and friendly staff and if you treat them correctly (and not as bad as a few other guests I saw misbehave to the staff), they will go a little further for you and give you extra service with a smile. The breakfast is excellent! Never had as much choice as D MA Ramada offers in the morning. Nice and simple (clean)swimmingpool.

Great hotel, loved each and every night of the 5 nights I ve been there. Best value for money with all their recent promotions. Great and helpful staff that know good english. The breakfest was excellent with a great variety (although it stayed the same everyday). The only downside was the location, however it's not a problem taking a taxi back after a full day in the city.

We stay 3 nights in the hotel. In one word the hotel is good. If you you want value for money and not taking any risk. The hotel room is very clean also the bathroom is very clean and good. The swimming pool is very nice but not big on the 8e floor looking over Bangkok. The staff of the hotel is very helpful but business and making money go first on personal attention. Only Internet and swimming pool are free of charge and the breakfast is include. Breakfast is Intercontinental and OK but nothing special. The restaurant of the hotel is expensive and the food not the price worth. The only negative point is the area where the hotel is located. The streets in front of the hotel are dirty. If raining you can not enter hotel without getting wet feet. If you only on transit this hotel I can recommend.

I had a bad impression of this hotel the moment i went straight to the reception. The counter staff never smile and demanded a 1500bht deposit without any reasons. When we decided to go back to the hotel for shopping breaks,not once the doorman open the door for us even though he knew we were carrying heavy bags. When we asked for help using the phone, the staff sounded rude and hesitant. Breakfast was TERRIBLE. Bathroom had cockroaches and rooms look gloomy like a funeral palour. When we checked out, the receptionist lied to us that the taxi they booked for us was using meter. We ended up paying a hefty 800bht for a trip back to the airport whereby i could get limo service for 800bht easily. The bellboy even threw our bags in the carboot and overturned it. He did not even apologised. PLEASE FOR GOD S SAKE DONT EVER BOOK THIS 4 STAR HOTEL WITH 2 STAR STANDARDS. IT IS REALLY NOT WORTH UR MONEY.

The hotel is in a convenient location and 15-20 mins walk to main shopping centers and Sky-train, high way to the airport and reasonably price, clean, but a bit run down, old fashioned as it is an old property owned by the Thai company under Ramada's management and breakfast was too simple for such a hotel. The staff wasn't particularly helpful and the mamanger of the pool/gym facility was very rude. I found a better, newer hotel, P2boutique hotel that has been open 6 months only near by and moved out from Ramada. But the swimming pool at 100-200baht per visit to outsiders, the sun beds are in a great position, that was the only plus of my stay at Ramada, as if you intend to get some tan in the morning you will get it all day around, as near by hotels, Bangkok Palace and Easten would have sun from 12.30-1 pm only.

My trip to Bangkok was marred by a disappointing 1st night when we specifically ask the hotel limousine service to take us to an inexpensive or local seafood restaurant.They betrayed our trust by sending us to a cut-troat seafood restaurant nearby.There we saw many tourists like ourself who where tricked and the waiter even forced me to pay a 10% tips which I refused.The dinner costs me THB6,600.00 for 3 pax which did not even have lobsters!Apparently, this drivers get commission from this restaurant. I think a hotel like Ramada should not have services like this! I ate seafood from local seafood restaurant on my 2nd night and ended up paying less than THB1,600.00!! Tourists beware of the tuk-tuk as well as this drivers will send you to the jewellery store for free gasoline or commission. Even half days tour will make you end up to this outlets! I think this practice is not right. Overall I did not like all this tricks to send you there without our prior knowledge.

Stayed in the 2-bdrm family suite. Came with 1 king-size bed in the main room and 1 queen-size and 1 single bed in the other room. Both rooms toilet has full bath and the living room toilet has no bath. Very satisfied with the rooms and facilities but the breakfasts every morning were very average and quite boring - almost same menu every morning! Swimming pool looks presentable and there is free wireless internet at the poolside. Hotel is also within walking distance to many shopping attractions in central town area, although a little too far to walk to the nearest BTS. On the whole, very satisfied with the hotel which is very suitable for families - no sign of embarrassing’ night activities for kids!

Very good! Also help me to postpone my booking at the last mins (1 day before check-in) due to an unfortunate accident I had just before flight. Thank you!

Accommodation and facilities:
The Hotel was very nice, abit old, but clean and nice. The breakfast was good(i had the special breakfast on 25th floor). I had the suit. The personal was friendly. It is a 15-20min walk to the BTS. And you dont have any restaurants nearby. A tip is to visit the Tigertempel, where you can have a big tiger in your lap.

Nice place and good room layout. Easy to change towels if needed. Restaurant for breakfast should provide Muslims meal as I saw some Muslims also staying at the hotel. Good Satellite TV channels. Reasonable rate and thank you for reduced charge of extra bed. Friendly receptionists.

Accommodation and facilities:
The hotel is located not too far by taxi from Siam Central World, Siam Paragon, Sukhumvit shopping areas, etc. The hotel & room are well furnished with facilities expected of a 4-star hotel, certainly value for money based on 3 nights stay at 2 nights room charges. The only set-back is the window view which is facing the wall of another hotel. The reservation staff are very helpful and pleasant, with fairly good English conversational skills. The breakfast is generously provided with a good spread of Thai and International offerings. To sum up, this hotel meets our expectation for a shopping vacation in Bangkok. Do not miss out the Thai Cultural dinner show at Ratchadaphisek, which has the world's tallest stage with a river fitted on it.

The booking service is efficient and pro-active, with some thoughtful welcome sms upon arrival as well as follow-up email on our stay. Do keep up the good service.

Great location (right next to Eastin)! There is a 7-11 right outside and a few more down two adjoining roads, very convenient (for last minute stuff). Access to the hotel is easy and very near major roads that lead to wonderful shopping areas like the MBK (lots of cheap stuff and very good imitation of branded items.also easy to get taxi) and other malls near the Siam Centre. The staff are friendly, the lounge has good local & western food with a guy singing on the piano :) and there's free internet access, a gym & seafood BBQ at the poolside on the 8th flr. We re muslim and don't eat pork but there's bread, cereal, eggs and salad so the breakfast was all right. There's an Iranian restaurant and an Indian restaurant (both halal) just 5 mins walk from hotel so that was great! The bed & bath are clean, housekeeping very professional. TV has many good channels. Enough parking spaces available. All in all, good value for money.

Excellent! Our flight was delayed but the customer service staff spoke good English and understood us perfectly. No problems at all :)

Ok hotel. Boring breakfast but we had been to a superb hotel before we arrived. Asked for non smoking room but the room had been smoked in anyways. Otherwise ok hotel for the price.

excellent hotel with lots of staff who welcome you where ever you go, even to the elevator. you feel the importance of yourself as they offer their services. you can enjoy the place of breakfast as much as the breakfast itself. the hotel location is not far from the night market where you enjoy walking to it. one thing i may note is the price of the internet which is a little bet high, but there is an internet shop right in the front of the hotel. it is much cheaper.

I and my family, had the pleasure to stay in D MA Pavilion Hotel in Thailand and find it, honestly speaking, more than what my expectations were with regards its location, though it looks at the first time as very popular but in fact it is near many interesting markets for shopping and also a place where to find taxi easily.As for the breakfast, it was simply amazing and rich in colours and food especially for non muslims. A Halal corner wuld have been a plus as there were many muslim tourists. However, I still would stay in the same hotel voluntaily when I come bach to Bangkok. On anotherlevel, I find Thailand very a good destination but little information is given in english as most of the things are written in Thai, which is somehow strange for a tourist destination.

The booking service is very efficient. Unfortunately, Thailand's being in Visa's black lists for card fraud causes some problems in using it. It would be useful if there was an alternative payment processing centre located in US or Europe.
