From Suvarnabhumi Airport, take the Northern Access till you get to an 8 lane elevated road. Take the Motorway link and follow the signs to Rama 9 Road. Turn into the Expressway and continue towards Rama 4. Just before the Rama 4 exit, make a right U turn to get to the opposite side of the Expressway. Go straight and exiting at Petchburi Road. Turn left to Pratunam and proceed to Pratunam Intersection. The hotel is on the left.

Отличный новый отель! Комнаты без нареканий, бассейн на 9 этаже не большой. Завтраки отличные, огромный выбор блюд. При заселении берут депозит. Расположение в самом центре Пратунама, рядом с крупными торговыми центрами,в шаговой доступности.

Requested for bedroom slippers - reply was supplies run out .

Reservation service:
Reception unable to locate my booking hence we got to wait sometime at the lobby, afraid that my online booking was not taken in. As my BF is included, but it was not in Novotel's list too...unsure if this has to do with the hotel service or the booking service? However, when i email them for queries, got very good and fast response from them. Overall good but problem occurs at the hotel there.

Beautifully renovated,great service and super great location across the street opposite parnip plaza there is a street of really cheap massage shops which it's only 200 bath for an hour massage will definetely stay here again for my nex trip

Novotel Bangkok Platinum

Accommodation and facilities:
Even the hotel location is not nearby BTS, I think it is good enough for me as it is convenient to go to Siam, Central World, Big C, Central@ChitLom, Pratunam fashion market. Hotel is very new and clean with fashioned design, staff are nice especially the bell boys are polite and helpful. The swimming pool is located at 9/F where you can have a good city view from the infinity pool. This hotel is good for value, I will possibly stay again in my next trip.

Everything was perfect. The only negative thing was coffee/tea for breakfast. It tasted like the water was taken from the near canal :/
