在siameservices定的價是平的,連早餐是更平.乘citylink到尾站轉bts２次到sala daeng下車行路要10分鐘.我回程乘taxi要360泰珠連高速.附近有夜市紅燈區,夜市,日本街,建興酒家和胡慧沖介兆的食翅地方,出門右面前－點有7.11和街市入囗有二間泰餐小店ok的.酒店是久了點,泳池有3m深,service是好的,沖涼要line住的制1分鐘,如果唱錢附近都幾高,我唱過4.01在後面向bts方向.如果要住新酒店就不要這了.落sala站行路見２樓金色7.11在對面行右,乘車左金色7.11前行到酒店對面停,在酒店門囗的車都開天殺價.酒店是沒有夜總會,但晚晚有擺酒.在酒店續每晚要hk700.

Huge Pillows. Had to ask for replacements. Shower did not drain so well and slippery. Had no cold water, inform staff, problem resolved in a few hours. Buffet breakfast tends to get cold as all buffet meals do but good selection. Good italian restaurant and pub with live music. Laundry came back same day.

Found the staff helpful and friendly. Was really pleased to get a complimentary plate of fruit on my last night. Was totally unexpected and v. well timed. I was in Bkk on business so the lack of an iron in the room was a bit of a problem. But it was v. well located for work purposes - close enough to tpt but not too close to the Silom night market.

hi all, narai hotel was lovely and big. i enjoyed the lovely big rooms and i got upgraded to the deluxe suite on my last night. That was a real treat.It's close to Patpong night Bazaar a 10 min walk on the same side of the road. Also close to Sofitel hotel and Eros rsidence hotel. It is a 10 mins walk to the Sky train station. dirt cheap to travel on the train to siam parrogan, and MBK shopping malls. Pantip Plaza for electronics take a taxi or tuc-tuc from your hotel to get to Pantip Plaza for electronics taxi charge 100 bhats. One of the hotel staff a male at receptionist was most unfriendly and not welcoming. The rest of the receptionists were helpful.

The hotel was excellent, really. I think it is 3 / 4 star. We stayed on the 10th floor - 2 nights. The location is good, with easy access to other areas, such as MBK / Patpong, if you are interested. Breakfast was superb with a wide choice of items to chose from. The room was clean with a large bed, with a very modern bathroom. Everything was in good working order, aircon, hot water etc. No problems whatsover with my stay here. You wont regret it...The taxi drivers outside of the hotel are annoying and pester quite hard. They have nothing to do with the hotel itself. We secured the same rate they charged with the hotel taxi service. I think for safety, best to book with the hotel taxis.

Arrived earlier than scheduled as our flight was cancelled and we had to take an earlier flight. The check-in desk had no problems in checking us in a bit earlier. Professional and friendly. Restaurants are good. Revamped the lobby and the main restaurant and they did a good job. Will continue staying at Narai if we go back to BKK

Stayed here several times. Don't know if I will return again. Main restaurant was being renovated and nothing was said on their website and breakfast was the same over and over again and variety was limited. Hotel had 12% occupation which is not normal, I think due to the political unrest they experienced and due to volcanic eruption. We asked the cleaning ladies to vacuum our room and it was not done. Coffee/tea and water was not always replaced everyday in the room. Water was not hot in the one bathroom. Elderly lady in the front desk was very sullen and printed the bill and just grabbed our card to pay and did not even give my husband a chance to scrutinize the bill, so he complained and she just ignored him so he called the manager. Restaurant staff are friendly and helpful. Italian restaurant on ground floor was very good.

What a difference from the previous visit. Front desk were professional and friendly this time and check-in was a breeze. Hotel went out of their way to creative a Christmas atmosphere. Restaurants are good. Our room was upgraded without us asking, which was nice. A real pleasure to stay there again. Hotel is central and access to malls and other sites is quick and easy. We stayed in the Superior Rooms this time. Have no idea why they call them superior because the Standard Rooms are better and cheaper. My request for interleading rooms was done this time which was great. Front staff are still not friendly at all, a nice smile when greeting guests would be nice instead of a dead-pan look which makes you feel like they are doing you a great favor. Hotel situated in a good area,lots of cafe\ s/small restaurants and shops. Dont use the taxi in the hotel. A total rip-off. Just walk 100 metres down the road and flag a taxi down. 1st Floor restaurant is great and staff extremely friendly and helpful. Front dest staff can learn from them. Will stay again for sure.

Wie schon mehrmals zuvor, war der Service im Narai hervorragend, das Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das große Familienzimmer nicht mehr ganz neu, aber alles sehr sauber und für den günstigen Preis mehr als in Ordnung. Die Lage des Hotels ist auf der Silom Road sehr günstig für shopping..Skytrain zu MBK usw..Das Frühstücksbüffet ist ist sehr ordentlich,wird aber punkt 10 Uhr rasant schnell abgeräumt (keine Gnade)!!Der Swimmingpool ist groß und sauber...Das Hotel ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen aber immer noch eine gute wahl...beim nächsten mal gerne wieder.

The hotel has been renovated since we stayed there last time, so the room was not as dark and didn't have the unpleasant, mouldy smell it had before. The basin in the bathroom was a bit small but the shower was modern. However, the hotel wsnt very clean, there were dark hairs in the shower and the carpet was very dirty. The breakfast restaurant was very large with lots of tables. However, the food, for inst the croisants and pastires were finished before 9:45 and no new items were delivered, also the juice was finished before the restaurant closed.

Third time staying at this hotel. The front desk staff need to be more professional and smile now and be more quest friendly. I had requested interleading rooms as I have a 9 year old daugther but they gave us two rooms on either side of the hotel which was not acceptable, so after complaining they moved the room 4 rooms away. Beds this time were as hard as rock. Buffet restaurant staff were very friendly and helpful. Still value for money though. I may come back.

Perfect stuff and location, nice rooms and good resturant. But the taxi service you have at the hotel was not good. We booked transfer to MBK center but they dont tell us that you have free tranfer to that, and they tell us to not eat on the resturant at the hotel, they now better place so they can get many by their self and they alwas take overprice, and recommend places how is more expencive than athors for exampel boat transfer...

This hotel is unfortunately looking very old and tired. We booked a superior room and when I asked for a smoking room we were put into a standard room as no superior rooms were available. This did not stop the receptionist trying to pass the room off as a superior room, it was just fortunate for us that we have stayed at the hotel before. When we eventually got the correct room there was no difference in the standard however it had seen a lick of paint in the last year! We were also put off by the service staff at breakfast who reserved tables for lunch purely to stop people sitting at them so they would not have to make the tables again. On a few mornings the restaurant was extremely busy and guests were made to sit at tables already occupied in order to save the staff some work - Bizarre! Additionally when breakfast finished at 10am the staff immediatley switched off the lighting in the restaurant leaving guests to finish their meals in darkness. We will not be staying there again as for the price there are many better hotels around the area.

We (family) stayed here on two seperate occasions in July. Location is good and easy walking disitance to SKYTRAIN. Staff were very helpful and unlike many hotels in Thailand the WIFI service to rooms was very good - fast and relaible - and no charge! The unrenovated rooms are very tired sand dated but still acceptable - the renovated rooms are much airier and better appointed - though they do cost more. The hotel breakfast was good with a great selection. I would stay at The Narai again. The children enjoyed the pool facilities.

We stayed in the Narai Hotel for the 8 time. It is in decline. Very noisy in the hallway (second floor). We stayed in Thai-suite and there was a peculier smell. The decoration of the room was poorly. The bathroom is very dark and in the shower is no light at all.

Nice hotel that might need some renovation. There is a wet smell on some floors. 10th floor was OK. The breakfast and buffe dinner was excellent. Nice and friendly personell that helped us to find places we looked for. By paing 1500 B we could keep our hotel room until 9pm when we left. Wireless internet in the room is a big plus.

Good location close to Silom Road Willage Market and Patpong Night market. Nice room at 12 th floor with plenty of views over Bangkok. Nice and very helpful staff who arranged shower room after checking out, before leaving to the airport. Breakfast inclued was nice but the restaurang was very noicy. I ve stayed at Narai 10 years ago and will most likely do it again. Didn't eat and drink at the hotel so can't judge the restaurant and the bar.

Breakfast was good...the standard room we stayed in was ok,clean and very similar to what they were like fifteen years ago, That the taxi scammers are allowed to operate on Narai property,just outside the front door is a disappointment.I was told that the train for Hua Hin did not leave from Hua Lamphong station ,but from a station that sounded something like bangnoi .I had spoken to the train station the day before and knew full well that they were trying to falsely maximise the taxi fare by taking us to a distant train station.

For the price this is a very acceptable hotel in a fairly convenient location. The hotel itself is a little old but everything works and it is very clean. There are a couple of fairly decent restaurants to be found if you are prepared to walk a little and explore. The hotel has all the features you would expect of an international hotel and for approx 2000 baht a night is good value. However, the taxi company at the front of the hotel is way way overpriced as are the touts in the front drive way and the tuks tuks on the street out the front. My advice would be to walk out the front of the hotel and turn left and walk 40 or 50 metres up the street and hail a meter taxi or walk the 10 minutes to the sky train and save yourself a few hundred baht and have the satisfaction of finding your way round yourself! All in all a very satisfactory hotel with competant and helpful staff, although there are others closer to the action.

Very good value for money! Good breakfast, an international atmosphere, very good rooms (a little old, but in good shape) and they upgraded us from Narai Suites to Executive Suites. No extra charges for babycut. Good and helpfull housekeeping. Helpfull staff, but do you need information regarding trains in Thailand - go on the internet. The pool is ok, but not suitable for a baby. Highly recommended if you will stay central in the Silom area.

Well worth the stay!! I ve stayed at a few hotels around the Silom Road area and the Narai is real good value for money. Just dont use their taxi service, rather use the taxi's that pass the hotel, much cheaper. Buffet restaurant is really good. Check-in desk were professional and friendly. No problems with check in. We asked for small pillows as we could not sleep with their huge pillows and we asked for an additional blanket and these were issued within 5 minutes of asking. Room service was also good. I would not however use their massage services, there are much better massage services about 5 minutes walk from the hotel. First hotel I ve used in years that has bent over backwards to accomodate my request for interleading rooms for my 2 children. Well done Narai Hotel!! Nice and central and all the taxi's we used knew where the hotel was. My children complained that there was far too much chlorine used in the pool, but I think this is the general thing in Thailand, as I ve read lots of complaints about other hotels as well. I can definately recommend the Narai hotel. I will be back next year.

We stayed at The Narai twice during the holidays and new year 2006/2007. When we arrived Bangkok it was six o clock in the morning local time and we wasn't supposed to check in until noon. But the staff was very helpful and upgraded our room free of charge when we explained the situation so we were able to have an availible room to get some rest. The room was nice and clean included with a free saftey box with code lock, mini fridge and tv. The hotel also had a nice restaurant, the breakfast buffet was excellent. There was also a pool but we never tried it out. Comfortable walking distance to local shops and skytrain station. We will definately stay at Narai during our next visit to Bangkok!

My wife and I liked the Narai hotel very much. The personell was friendly, efficient and competent. The rooms were very clean and spacious enough. The beds were also good and well made up.

We stayed at the Narai twice during our trip to Thailand. There was some building work during our stay, but on the higher floors, you can't hear anything. The pool and food were good. The location is excellent (only 10 minutes walk from the night life at Patpong), but far enough away not to intrude. Far cheaper to book through this site rather than at the hotel. The hotel offer a free bag storage facility - handy to store your shopping whilst you explore the rest of Thailand. Would stay here again.

Had a superior room which was good. Nice hotel and personnel. Restaurant had excellent food against reasonable prices (for Thailand) General accommodation looked nice (entrance/restaurants). Position of the hotel at Silom Rd is good. All events and interesting places could be wel reached by taxi or tuk tuk.

i would recommend everyone to ensure you stay in a superior room/floor only!!rooms below this level are just not happening.The service was average,the pepperoni restaurant staff is extremely courteous.a bit far from patpong area not really walking distance a cab would take 50baht to drop you to patpong.I dont think id be staying there again.But overall on a scale of 1 to 10 id rate the hotel 5

This hotel is in a great location. Only a short walk from BTS & restaurants on the doorstep. Try the nice one as you come at Chong Nonsi(?) not touristy obviously caters for the local office workers. Breakfast good. Rooms small & tired but for the price OK. We had a problem as we had booked a triple room but on arrival discovered they don't have standard triple rooms & they took us to a small twin room (2 single beds)they intended putting a 3rd bed in between the other 2 single beds. We had to upgrade so beware of this when booking through SiameServices. I would go back for price & location.

Nice Place to stay if you want to discover Bangkok. Absolutely central at Silom road with lots of shops and restaurants. Friendly and helpful staff, nice lounge and bar, 2 restaurants (that we have not tried), complete breakfast buffet. Even if the rooms were a little tired, they were absolutely clean. This is a hotel that we would recommend for a few-days-stay for sightseeing.

We stayed in Narai hotel during the last two nights of our holiday and we were really pleased to it. Room was average standard room with double bed so nothing special to say about it but it was clean and nice. The staff and the service every where was very kind and helpful. And compering to our previous hotels excellent because everybody spoke fluent english!! Location was also great, just a short walk and you will be in the nearest sky train station. We would certainly stay there again. Really worth of the money. And by the way the italian restaurant on the first floor is really good.

Our opinion: Excelent breakfast !!. The hotel is also located within walking distance to the night market and the Sky train. We have nothing to complain about and we really enjoyed our stay.

The siamwebhosting service is always working good. The only thing to complain about is the paiment terms. You have to pay the hole amount in advance. I asume this is requirements from the hotels and not from siamwebhosting.
