впечатление от отеля двойственные. когда мы поселялись нас спросили вам какую кровать, мы выбрали одну 2спальную. после этого нас отправили на самый верхний этаж и потом решили сообщить что лифт не работает. и не будет работать неделю. вроде бы ничего но 7 этаж с вещами... никто не помог... полно муравьев, шел ремонт и пахло краской. Отель по большей степени населяет ЮВА. чтобы подняться на 7 этаж нужно было идти по тюкам с одеждой, через посуду, бутылки которые горничные решили выставить на узкую лестницу. Там есть местный тук-тук. он бесплатный. Мы попросили довезти нас с вещами до пая тай (ветка до аэропорта), и нам сказали - вы знаете мы можем доехать только до главной улицы... там идти минут 15... ехать итого меньше... но нам тут же предложили такси. и обычная история сначала одна цена, а потом вы знаете это такси не поедет, но поедет другое - оно дороже... Мы не первый раз в тае и особо не придираемся, ведь то что на картинке, то в итоге и будет - просто надо внимательно смотреть. в этом отеле мы были когда он открылся... не сравнить... рядом есть куда более лучшие места...

Englisch We stayed at the hotel for 10 days. The staff is very friendly and willing to help. The rooms are clean, warm water is okay. The beds could be better. Breakfast is good. Mostly we had dinner in town, but the food in the hotel is also good, but it takes some time to prepare it. The hotel is situated in a small street nearby a busy street and the skytrain. Nederlands: We zijn 10 dagen in dit hotel geweest en het is prima bevallen. Het personeel is vriendelijk en behulpzaam De kamers zijn schoon, lekker warm water in de douche. De bedden konden beter, je voelde af en toe de veren in je rug. Het ontbijt is prima, voor iedereen wel wat. Toast, gebakken eieren, allerlei warme gerechten zoals rijst groenden en soep, koffie/thee en sap en een buffet met salade en fruit. We hebben meestal ergens anders gegeten maar de keren dat we in het hotel gegeten hebben smaakte het prima. Je moet alleen wat geduld hebben, het duurt even voordat het klaar is. Het hotel ligt in een zijstraat van een drukke weg zodat je geen last hebt van de drukte in de winkelstraat. Je zit op loopafstand van de skytrain (ongeveer 10 minuten). Kortom, een prima hotel voor de prijs die je betaalt.

Near to pratanum, a walking distance though. Overall, pretty convenient. Spacious room at level 2, reasonable price for the room standard. Hotel service can be improved, no bad experience however. Perhaps they can consider to change their breakfast menu instead of same menu everyday.

The room is way too small, water pressure is low and hard to shower, no bathtub, bathroom is too small, request for Queen size bed instead give us 2 single bed for honeymooner??? Wardrobe is too small. Wash basin is outside the toilet and some more is wooden flooring...price i paid is not worth it at all. Next time won't consider staying there!!! Images shown in their official website is totally different.

Уборка проводится каждый день, полотенца менялись без напоминания. Отель расположен достаточно удобно, недалеко от рынка Pratunam и станции BTS Phaya Thai, откуда легко добраться в любую точку города. Персонал дружелюбный, отзывчивый. Завтраки неплохие. В общем, нам очень понравилось, мы смело можем рекомендовать данный отель всем гостям Бангкока.

Most taxi drivers do not know the exact location as it isolated at the dark back alleys at Pratunam. Quite a few stray dogs so beware if u happen to walk back at night as these strays might growl at u. Scary! Hotel staffs are friendly. No water heater so gotta make do with showering under brrr cold water.. Minus point, especially when u need hot water in the morning. Bed sheets are dirty n stained n the beds aren't clean. Floor is dusty. Breakfast was horrible. No omelets n Wen we request, whatever is served is all there is. N no mineral water provided. Thought that this is the basic service that hotels should provide. Will not come back to this hotel though the cost is relatively cheap

TQ. We enjoyed our stay at your hotel and vacation in Bangkok. The Christmas mood is there with all the Christmas decoration. Hotel location is ideal but getting to the main road is quite a walking distant. No comment on the room but the barthroom doors need to be repaired. (Room 506)

Rooms are small, food not sufficient, you pay for everything the internet, the calls and no cable for movies, not really nice staff but the bellboy is really nice and accommodating, taxi and tuktuk drivers don't know the place.

My very first time in this hotel (My usual hotel was fully booked) and I definetly will not stay in this hotel ever again, bad service and extremely rude members of staff,to say the least, they should be made aware of the fact that it is the hotel customers money that keeps them in employment and that the customers are not there for them but they are there for the customers and that is what they are getting paid for. On arrival our room had a blocked toilet, it must be a continous problem as the room maid was carrying a plunger with her. to clear the blockage,on going out, the room keys were handed into the reception were, within ten minutes they got lost, no replacement available, so eventually after an argument we were allocated a different room, this room also had a blocked toilet, the blockage could not be cleared, more arguing and eventually we had to down grade and change to a standard room. When I asked for a refund of the difference in room price, at first it was refused, eventually after more arguments the receptionist eventually organised my refund,(200 Bahts is nothing, but it is a question of principle!). The room safe was locked and could not be used,the reception clerk at first told me that it would take 24 hr to fix it, eventually took ten minutes of strong arguing to get the reception clerk to get the master key from the manager office and (a two minutes job!)clear and reset the safe so that I could input my numbers and use it.

OK but it would be much better (and less time consuming)if confirmation of hotel booking, etc. was instantaneous rathen then having to wait and log in your website again few hours later for availabilityconfirmation of booking.

Clean, spacious, comfortable and tidy rooms. No frills, but then again, do we really need that much? Comfortable and clean beds. Staff friendliness can sometimes be questionable. I had a local friend whom tried to call me one evening. Apparently, he claims that the front desk kept insisting that there was no one by my name booked into the hotel. Whether that is just a policy to protect their guests privacy, I still feel they should exhibit some respect and take a message or at the very least, pass the call on. , overall, a nice and affordable hotel to stay in.

The hotel is clean and tidy with most staff being polite. HOWEVER we were pushed into going to a seafood restaurant by the doorman who took our bags to the room, saying it was the only restaurant nearby and excellent food (turns out there are actually many places to eat around the corner!!!!). There was a convenient Tuk-Tuk waiting for us out the front (a friend of the doorman), who took us to a nice looking restaurant and would wait for us too all for only 20 baht. Wow we thought, until we saw the menu. This place wanted 300 Baht for Chicken fried rice (cow phat gye), and 3-500 baht for tomyum. The fresh seafood seemed to be 1000s of baht.......an absolute con/tourist trap (which I m sure the taxi and door man collect huge amounts of money from regularly!) A nice earner for them, BUT a bad experience for naive tourists having to pay 300-500 baht per dish, for dishes which should be only 30-150.

Horrible - we have booked doble room, received twin bed. The hotel is quite new, there is a lot of things missing to make it perfect. The staff very impertinent, nearly not speaking english and basically incompetent. The cuisine non-edible. The staff of the restaurant is very young and unexperienced. They all the time trying to demostrate they are something better but it is not true. The hotel is on the final of smelly street and taxis normally doesn't know where it is. The location is not actually as commented, you cannot reach the BTS station from hotel, is nearer the second one, about 15 min walk. They announce free tuk tuk but if you want to take they intend to catch you one paid - I didn't like the actitude of the personel at all.

I recently booked my girlfriend a room here to stay who said it was ok, but nothing fantastic.You could easily hear noise coming from the hallways when people were moving about and the aircon. was a bit loud and the beds quite firm. The room furnishings were nice and modern and there was an LCD cable tv.For the price of Bt 750 this is a bargain.Overall the reception staff and hotel was quite good although location down the end of a dark soi was not the best. They did have a free tuk tuk service which made up for this. She also checked out one day earlier than planned due to family commitments ( we paid for 3 nights, but stayed 2) and I emailed My Hotel to request a credit/voucher for a free night later on, but received no response. We were not asking for the money back, but just one nights credit. Due to this lack of curtiousy we will not be staying again.

Spot on as usual. Only problem is that you specify that you must show your credit card that you made the booking with to the hotel staff upon check in. This can be difficult when someone pays for the room on another persons behalf as was the case with me and my girlfriend. She managed to check in ok nevertheless.

The hotel looked stylish for sure but i would not rate it more than 2 stars. The staff was good and did most they could to help out. Breakfast was basic and did not have many options for western travellers. Satified with the room itself but make sure your room is not next to the lift as its very noisy in early mornings. Do ask for a room as further away from lift. The main reason i gave this hotel a 2 star was due to the noisy atmosphere in early morning. I would only come back to this only if i was on a budget constraint. Location was OK but not so bad. It was a good 1 mile walk from the nearest BTS Ratchathewi but only 1 stop to MBK. Try and avoid the TukTuk drivers outside the hotel. Expect to pay 50B for a single ride.
