Very well located and friendly staff. The onlyproblem was that they gave us some smoking rooms which was clearly booked as non smoking rooms and two rooms which should have been twin were double. Highly inconvienent when you have people who can not sleep together sharing the same bed. This has been a problem all over Thailand, booking one kind of room and given us another.

I have stayed at this hotel about six time and have enjoyed the experience each time. On this occasion, I was recognised by the reception staff who immediately upgraded me which was so nice. The room, as on other occasions, was very comfortable with free ADSL and everything you might need to hand.There is a good breakfast with a choice of hot or cold western or Asian food. The hotel's location, adjacent to Chong Nongsi BTS station makes it VERY convenient. I will definitely come back again!!

Das Heritage Bangkok ist ein sehr schönes Hotel, das überwiegend im Bussinessbereich gebucht wird. Wir hatten einen Deluxe-Room gebucht und waren sehr erstaunt, wie gross das Zimmer war. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber, das Bad war sehr schön, Service war sehr gut, das Personal sehr freundlich und das Frühstück war wirklich toll. Wir haben am Ende unseres Urlaubs noch einmal 2 Nächte in diesem Hotel verbracht,weil wir so zufrieden waren. Beim zweiten Mal hatten wir einen Superior-Room, welcher auch ganz wundervoll war. Absolut empfehlenswert!

Heritage Bangkok was so Impressive for us plus the staff were so friendly... Really better than expected not to mention the value of money was very practical! Perfect location-- at the heart of the City! But there were some hassles---the room was too dark. After shopping,i couldn't check one more time all my things that i bought from outside! And I was surprised when I get my Bills,they even charged me for local call,i was just calling the Silk Store beside the Hotel & they Charged me for not even talking over the phone. I used to checked-in different hotels & first time I experienced for having the extra charged for LOCAL CALL! But Over-all,two (2) THUMBS-UP!!! Thank you! Salute :)

Very fast & efficient but one problem we have encountered,We decided to extend another one night & i re-booked right away through On-line booking but unfortunately,SiamWebHosting didn't able to prioritize us (with already 2nights in a row checked-in)they said we cannot extend for another one night because the hotel was fully-booked but when I try to ask the reception desk,they said it's OK to extend our stay for another one night but with hotel rate (which means bit higher than on-line booking)So,I was disappointed & realized I cannot depend to SiamWebHosting for last minute booking. Very clean room and no regret to book the Deluxe room since the superior rooms were sold out. Warm n soft lightings added to the cosiness of the room. Breakfast was acceptable and hotel location is ideal as it was within very proximity to the Chong Nonsi BTS station. Newly renovated rooftop pool was pleasing with orange hue tiles unlike the conventional blue tone tiles. Just nice for a relaxing dip.

The room is too dark even all light are switch on. The house keeping need to change their mai pen rai attitude and brush up their english. I booked 2 rooms, one of the room without bathrobe, i made a request to house keeping but he did not understand what was it and did not even border to get another person to assist me. This is really bad and will ruin the image of the hotel.

Rooms have a depressing colour about them. Rooms were not cleaned to a very high standard. Piss stains up the side of the curtains next to toilet. Bar closed at midnight and there is no bars or eating places open after 23:00 around the hotel. We were told if you go outside the hotel at night don't turn left! It's unsafe! Swimming pool closed for refurb was not told this when booking not that we wanted one. Breakfast very good. Staff not bad but not outstanding. On checkin was told if you bring someone back it will cost you $15. very bluntly! We didn't want to bring anyone back so they must thing all western men are just going there for sex!!!!!!!!!! That is not the case.

We booked this hotel based on two things: Location and a nice poolarea. When we arrived the poolarea was under renovation so we couldn´t use it. Nothing mentioned about this on siameservices. When I complayned to the staff, they were was trying to put the blame on SiameServices.com telling me they had informed siameservices as early as in may. It showed later that that was not the case. They offered me a compensation a 800THB in total, a joke if you ask me. The hotel manager lied me right up in the face and told me that she had spoken to her boss and that the 800THB was their final offer. No, I was very dissapointed about the lack of service and the lack of will to keep me as a client happy. :( The hotel anyway, has a perfect location, 2min walk to the skytrain, 1 minute walk to a 7-eleven, pharmacist and ATM-mashine. The hotel restaurang is expencive but the food was very good actually. The AC in the room made a lot of noice, so we slept with earplugs. So, if the poolarea had been operative I would be more satisfied. But my judgement is based on what we experienced on our two-night-stay.

tres bon hotel avec un bon rapport qualité prix, les chambres sont tres design et spacieuses, le personnel globalement agréable et serviable. sa situation pret du metro en fait un excellent point de chute que ce soit pour le tourisme ou les affaires. tres bon point, les chambres non fumeurs sont reellement non fumeurs. la piscine et son bar sur le toit trés agréables et la salle de sport posséde un équipement moderne. a recommander sans hesitation.

Unusually large clean rooms with shower or bath LCD TV. Easy walk to ChongNonsi BTS or Saladang BTS. Breakfast is good, evening buffet is amazingly good value. Lunch buffet is good value. Its hard for Taxis to find. you have to say ChongNonsi bts and Soi 3 and then they Dont have a problem (BTS=Skytrain). The side near the Soi is a bit noisy but it didnt bother me the side away from the Soi is really good. (Soi=Lane)

location is good, just near the BTS station Chong Nonsi, however, the rooms window cannot be locked, and no rooms to change, we are a little bit worry the security although we are living on the 7th floor, we can't sleep at the night and also the rooms is a little bit dark, so we spend 70 baht to buy a light bomb with charger to make the room brighter. Anyway, it is still good to stay in heritage bangkok, but the nearly I resisdance seems better because there is a door at the silom road, more convience for taxi stop.

We had a great stay! The hotel is located in a great position, right in front of the BTS Chong Nonsi. They upgraded our room for free giving us a studio instead of a superior...loved it!! Very clean and new, inroom safe, very quite rooms and friendly staff. I ve used the free internet connection available in the room by asking them the lan cable and it was working perfectly. On arrival we ordered dinner from our room and it was very well done and quick. Breakfast was very good too, with lots of food. Great choice! Will definitely go there again!!

The location is perfect,only 1-minute to BTS Chong Nonsi Station by walk.One of our rooms which face to the hotel is quiet;but another room on 5th floor which have a balcony is very noise, because the Air condition equipment make the big noise. (Superior Room) The room is clear and some of the stuff is nice. The breakfast is good. We went to the public pier for shuttle ferries by BTS (From Chong Nonsi station to Saphan Taksin station).

Based purely on location, you cannot beat this! At around 25 steps from hotel to BTS it is super convenient. The hotel is nice and modern and all previous reviews have obviously been attended to as the room was good. The swimming pool was clean. The breakfast buffet was fine, though there wasn't any yoghurt. The only thing I would change is to have a more varied menu and better prices on the food. Thai food is just not expensive. The staff were all wonderfully friendly and helpful. Unfortunately there was no wireless in the hotel.

Excellent location - a nice easy walk around to Patpong night markets and bars. Located right on the BTS Skytrain station of Chong Nonsi - so convenient and a great way to see the city. BEST Green Curry Chicken we ever had in Thailand at the hotel too! Great pool overlooking city fromt he rooftop. Very clean and very nice staff that try their very best to assist.

A nice, modern hotel very convenient to the Sky Train. I am critical of the poor lighting. There was no lighting in the ante room over the table so it was impossible to do any paperwork or reading. The bed lights are annoyingly synchrocised. The staff were obliging.

The hotel i sjust right next to the BTS stn, the local is great! staff are nice and helpful most of the time, but we once reserve the in house SPA but they miss that out and finally we didn't get an messuer at the time we booked. Room for improvment is the variety of food provide for breakfast. Accommodation and facilities:
Heritage is next to train station which is a plus. Hotel is trendy and staff can speak conversational english which helps a lot. Ready cabs available as always. Only issue is that room's ventilation + plumbing is very loud at night which makes is very hard to have a good night's sleep.

The hotel has obviously been renovated recently, and is in very good condition. The public areas and rooms were clean and well maintained. It is in a good location 1 minute from Chong Nonsi BTS station, and about 10 minutes walk from downtown Silom. The staff were pleasant and helpful. The buffet breakfast was good, although choice was a little restricted. The hotel has a funky modern style, the rooms were a reasonable size and had a small balcony. Overall, a pleasant and agreeable stay, and good value.

Heritage BKK is a very nice hotel. We were pleasantly upgraded to a slightly larger room with a kitchenette. Staff were friendly and helpful. Hotel's lobby and room decor is new, trendy and modern. Love the bathroom and the rainshower! Just that for the first 2 days, we showered in cold water as the taps were wrongly fixed and we kept turning on the H tap and getting nothing but cold water. Only realised that on our 3rd nite! Room is very clean and simple with a 32 -40 LCD TV. Free Broadband (Need i say more?) Only gripe is that there are not enough lights in the room. To get more light within during the night, we resorted to keeping the wardrobe doors open. Breakfast quality is good and fresh, of course the variety is less than your 5-star and we witnessed the staff immediately preparing a vegetarian couple's breakfast upon their request, without breaking a sweat. KUDOS!!! Good spread of guests from US, Europe, SEA, NOrth Asia, Locals.... GREAT hotel, Traffic is hell if your departure flight is in the evening. Leave 3.5 hrs before. You can walk to Patpong. LOCATION is fantastic. BTS is literally at your doorstep. Sure you need to change trains, but it's no big deal. Since it's CBD area, it's v.quietly during weekends and no street vendors loitering at night either. Go back to Sala Daeng or SIam or whatever... Highly recommended....And did I mentioned all these at GREAT RATE??!? Thanks Heritage. Will def. look it up on my next BKK trip...

Nice hotel, only 2 minutes from BTS sky-train. I was positively surprised with friendly staff, clean, nice and silent rooms. Breakfast was fine. I recommend this hotel and come back again. Definitely worth of the money.

Excellent location. Problems with water never being a comfortable temperature. Either too hot or too cold. No shower curtain, which I thought was odd. Breakfast not too bad. For what you pay I d say it is not the best but OK.

The Heritage Bangkok,located almost next to Chong Nongsi BTS station and about 5 minutes walk from Silom Road, is ideally located. It is a modern hotel with all the facilities as well as free internet access. The staff are friendly and helpful and breakfasts are a joy. I will definitely be staying there again next time!

I have always stayed at the Trinity complex ( Trinity Hotel , Silom @ Trinity , now Room @ Silom ) but since they were doing renovation work ( much needed ) SiameServices suggested The Heritage . In the same area right next to the BTS station so you can get anywhere . Funky hotel , funky colors , nice people decent breakfast . I would recommend on a 1,500 to 2,000 baht budget . Free Internet in the room as well as a couple computers in the lobby .

The location is good as near to one of the BTS station. It's very convenient if you plan to travel around with train without getting caught in the jam. The staffs of the hotel are very helpful. We obtained useful travel tips while we were there.

Hotel was really nice, clean and friendly and helpful staff with good English. Located right next to sky train so very good for transport and links to Siam Paragon, Central World etc. Situated in business area so not too many local shops around, not good for evening strolls or evening shopping.
