The room was clean, the A/C worked, and the staff were friendly, and the hotel was about 20 minutes from the airport. but, the mattress was very uncomfortable--sharp springs in my back made it difficult to sleep. Tossed and turned for hours. Wouldn't recommend.

I guess you get what you pay for!! wow - not sure if the people who commented earlier actually stayed at this hotel.. THis place was horrible. the only positive thing about the hotel was the friendly poeple in the morning. the staff in the evening were a little rude... definately furter than 5 min from the airport - more like 15-20 minutes. good for an overnight stay (which is what we did - but I wont be staying there again)

My stay was very comfortable. The airport p/u was on-time and a short 10 minute ride, I was there. The staff was pleasant and courteous. They have free internet in their restraunt. The free breakfest was hot and came quickly. I would definately stay there again.

Dear staff at Sawaddee.com.. Thanks for the very pleasant hotel stay. Seeing that i arrived at a very bad time..1am i had to wait a little while to be drven to the Grand Pinnacle , but i fount the receptionist very helpfull as i did all the staff, she even cooked me a Thai breakfast the next morning..The staff make you feel like family. The room that i stayed in on the 3rd floor was very quiet and clean and has awell stocked fridge and cable t.v, good bed as well. I can highly recomend anyone to stay there as every aspect of my stay , pickup and return to the airport was first class, but the price was not...Thanks

I reserved a room the night I arrived in Bangkok and then again the end of my trip for the last 2 nights. The staff was so friendly, especially Nat (I hope that is spelled correctly). When I flew in from Myanmar and had a little accident at the airport, I was so glad that I had reservations at Grand Pinnacle and Nat would be there. I knew I would be OK. I was traveling by myself (age 70) and I remembered Nat from my first night in Bangkok that I knew I would be in good hands and I was. The rooms are small but clean. The staff are great! The first night I found little black bugs which did not bite but were taken care of by using OFF. The room I had before leaving Bangkok did not have black bugs. The price is right and the staff is GREAT!

this was a great find! i only had 10 hours between flights, and this hotel was a great intemission. the two way complementry ride was great, the staff at the hotel was VERY friendly, and being able to use free wireless was a great bonus. the room itself is simple, but was really all i needed. very recommanded for an inbetween flights stay!

Decent budget hotel with clean and spacious rooms. Some drawbacks to consider: No elevator, so if you re on floor no. 4 better have staff bring your luggage to the room :-). Curtains do NOT darken the room so for daytime use (as I did) bring eye-pads. Nice staff, hotel is close to highway to Bangkok, so easy to take taxi instead of going back to Suvarnabhumi and take taxi from there. To downtown Bangkok is cost me 230 baht, which is very acceptable. From airport is would have cost me at least 100 baht more. Staff was helpfull in getting taxi for me. Bottom line: If you fly in to Bangkok and want some sleep/ rest/ shower after a long flight, this hotel is very nice place to stay for a low price.

Hotel seems ideal for those who have to stay for one-two days in Bangkok while travelling in Thailand. It's very close to Suvarnabhumi Airport (10-12 min driving) and has a free transportation to and from the airport. Rooms are small but have all necessary facilities for a short stay, better than could be expected for these money. Breakfast of course is not rich, but worth money. Personnel is friendly and try to do their best, although not all of them enough good understand English. Near the hotel one can find a lot of Thai restaurants, little shops and a food market. All these are very cheap. The hotel is more than worth money, definitely recommend it to friends.

I had a flight to catch and needed a place to stay near the airport. I wasn't too happy with the hotel I used inbound and tried this one. It was only ten minutes from the airport, close to a lot of restaurants and places to shop, had an efficient and pleasant staff, nice room, and picked me up and took me to the airport on time. I couldn't have asked for anything more. Will definitely use them next time in Bangkok.

A good budget hotel close to the airport, and without the airport noise. Free pickup and return is good and efficient. The hotel itself is quite basic - no lift (elevator), and a basic Western brekky, but what do you want for B950? Bathroom is also quite cramped. Reception are very friendly and speak good English. An excellent place to stay for people who are taking a next day flight and do not want to hang around Bangkok.

CHEAP. service very good. SAFETY= the staff assures you will be safe, they will get a taxi for you & you have directions to give the cab driver going back to the hotel. wake up call & transportation to airport is timely & spares you the hassle & stress.has free breakfast but not avail that, coz we have to leave @ 5 am. the only thing is, most guests smoke & it permeates trough the room, even if you open windows to air your room. i have asthma & i can tell by the smell.

We stayed for 1 night at Grand Pinnacle on our way to Koh Samui, we were greeted by our hotel rep and taken to the car with no problems at all. All the staff were very friendly and had good english, and are very helpful knowing that you are a little tired after your long trip and also we had our 5yr old with us so they kept him entertained on arriving and leaving.The rooms are clean with your basic needs meet. You are very close to the Airport so expcet a little noise from the planes but it helped as we has a early flight to catch!Morning wake-up call was prompt and on time and greatful that they reminded us if we wanted this. Breakfast is basic toast,egg, asian sausage, tea, coffee and juice.Many thanks again.

Just remember that you get what you pay for but for the price - it is PERFECT for a quick stopover and a rest while in transit. Nice place to eat local food just next door and 7/11 store is handy across the road. Actually, the room was quite comfortable and clean and the overall standard was better than I expected. NO LIFT in the building though! Airport pick up and drop off service was very good. All staff were very courteous and helpful. It IS close to the airport (5 minutes away) so you trade off the handy location with some night time sound of planes coming and going.

Perfect place for spending 1 night before the flight. Our room was spotless clean, the staff was very helpful. For dinner they offered us to order food from McDonald s, or pizza or thai food. We ordered thai food and liked it. They woke us up in the morning for our early flight. I would definetely recommend this hotel to everybody who needs to spend the night before the flight.

We stayed here for one night and I have nothing but great things to say about this hotel. OUr flight was delayed and hour and the process of getting through to arrivls was almost 3 hours delayed, however there was still someone waiting to transfer us to the hotel with a smile on her face. We were greeted warmly at reception and shown our simple but pleasant rooms for the evening. The breakfast was as described and made fresh and fast. Staff was excellent and our visit was enjoyable!

I had to stay in BKK for the night and decided to stay at Grand Pinnace. I was a bit apprehensive in the beginning but then from the time I was picked up from the airport till the time they dropped me back, it was a wonderful experience. A person was there at the airport - very smooth transfer from airport to hotel. Quick checkin at the hotel. Very supportive and friendly staff. i wanted to go to a shopping mall and they called a meter taxi for me and also gave me a map to be shown to the taxi guy for my return to the hotel. \r\nThe morning breakfast was basic but then the good and friendly service made up for everything. A small small small downside of the hotel was - mosquitoes in the room!! It is a good place to stay for a night. i will definitely come back. Rajiv

Stayed only 1 night. Clean and simple rooms, with multi-channel TV. Free broadband. Beds were firm but comfortable. Staff was very helpful and we were able to communicate in English. Free transport from/to airport was very reliable and we were met as we walked out of the arrival hall - A FIRST for me in more than 20 years travelling to Thailand! Didn't use the room service as there were plenty of food/drink places along the streets. Breakfast was simple, but adequate. Good for airport transit, but a bit far for city visits.

For an overnight transit, the hotel is ideal. The service is good, staff friendly and the free airport transfer convenient, as the hotel is tucked away and probably difficult to get to on your own. I was in transit to Chaing Mai coming from US so I over night in Bangkok first time in Thailand. I didn't know what to expect, a little nervous for a single young woman arriving at night. I made reservations on-line also for transportation. Everything went perfect! Transportation service was on-time, waiting for me at the airport with a sign with my name. The hotel is perfect for in transit overnight. Its clean, safe, people are very nice and accommodating (morning wake up call). Transportation back to the airport was on-time (only 5 minutes away from the airport). There is a small restaurant in the property - OMG delicious. I strongly recommend this place for in transit over night.

What a wonderful friendly hotel. My sons stayed at this hotel last year and told me that the staff were friendly, the rooms were clean and the aiport transfer was a benefit. I will definately stay at this hotel again when i am next in bangkok.
