When I booked my room I requested the complimentary pick-up at the airport. I provided my flight number and arrival time, but there was no pick-up when I got there. Getting ones own taxi at BKK isn't necessarily an easy thing, and especially for someone who hasn't done it before. The cabbies aren't too happy about waiting two hours in line and then getting a fare that only wants to go a short distance, either. Out of sympathy I paid my driver double the going rate. I received no explanation from the hotel for why they forgot me, nor would they discount my room to cover the cab fare. The ride back to the airport wasn't much better. I had to catch an international flight that left at 08:25 so I needed to leave the hotel at 06:00. Some other guests at the hotel also needed to go at that time, but were running late, and the hotel wanted me to wait for them. Since getting through check-in and immigration can take quite a bit of time I knew that was not a good idea. Thankfully, the driver saw it my way, and I was on time for my flight in spite of what the front desk wanted. I d stayed in the hotel before because it is a convenient location for making early flights, but there are alternatives close by, so next time I'll try one of those. For the price they charge (which is about double of other hotels close by), they should provide better service, in my opinion. Also, the showerhead in my room didn't work.

Hotel was value for money and only 10 minutes drive from the airport. Rooms were simple, but clean. Beds were really, really firm.
Reservation service:
All confirmed, however airport transfer did not arrive and we had to call the hotel. The hotel had no record of the request from the booking Service, but were kind enough to send the transfer. We were kept waiting at Level 2, Gate 4 for 45 minutes, which at 1:30am in the morning was an awful experience with 3 tired children and 2 even more tired parents. Suggest calling hotel in advance to confirm airport transfer.

It was very reassuring for two women traveling halfway across the world, arriving in the middle of the night from the U.S.A. to be met in a strange airport by a friendly and accomodating agent, who paged a car and within a few minutes we were on our way. We were only at the hotel for about eight hours, but the staff were gracious and accomodating, the room was clean, cool and quiet, and the breakfast was delicious. We will definitely refer our friends to the Grand Inn Come Hotel.

Very efficient hotel, rep of hotel was there waiting to bring us to the hotel. breakfast was ok but not a lot of variety. transfers are 24 hours and staff very helpful when asked where to change money. 10 minutes to the airport so very convenient if you just need it for an overnight stay.Overall, would say it was a pleasant stay

What gracious and efficient service! I was met at the airport which was a relief as my plane arrived past midnight.Reception was quick and courteous. The room was ready and for the first time in a hotel, I felt I was at home! The breakfast buffet was ample, but I missed my usual muesli. This hotel is ideal if one is making a connection to a morning flight out of Bangkok. It's just 10 minutes from the terminal and a shuttle is provided for both pick-up and return in the morning. I ve stayed with them twice, and each time the trip back and forth from the hotel went smoothly. The rooms are clean, comfortable and quiet. I got a good nights sleep both times I stayed, which really helps before a long flight over to the USA. It's a low stress way to make an overnight in Bangkok, and I m sure I'll stay many more times.

Hotel is located about a 10 minute drive from the airport. very good shuttle service to and from the airport, they were waiting for us at the gate with a name placard when we arrived. Room was okay to spend a night or two. Nothing fancy, but it was comfortable. Price was reasonable. In room WiFi internet is expensive; 120 baht per hour. Would recommend because of their shuttle service despite the expensive WiFi.

I arrived on a late flight from Perth and was picked up at the airport, taken to the hotel 10 minutes away. All staff were friendly and couteous. The room wwas clean and well maintained( hot water for shower) The outside KTV went on till midnight but it was good to get a drink and relax there before sleeping, Airport drop was good , Generaly I would recommend it for a short airport stop over.Hoping to stay ther on the way home for one night

The hotel is very good, especially for this price. Free shuttle service was a very pleasant surprise (we didn't count for that on our arrival). Very close to Suvarnabhumi Airport, although it was not that cheap to get to the centre of the city. The most welcoming and efficient personnel. There was no great choice at the breakfast, but all the basic things there were. No dought, Grand Inn Come is a perfect place to stay overnight before or after the flight

This was my third stay at the hotel, I do plan to stay there again in July when I return to Thailand on business. The staff made me feel very, very welcome. The room was clean and always well attended to during my stay. The location very near to the airport makes it an ideal place to stay before departure, or if arriving late. A little noise from the aircraft but that is to be expected so close to Bangkok Airport. My thanks to all the people there who made my stay a pleasent one.

Very convenient for overnight stay if you re using Suvarnabhumi airport. Our free shuttle wasn't there when we arrived and we had to call for it. However, later that night, when we wanted to go and pick up our daughter they gave us a free ride to the airport. The desk staff is very short on English though sometimes I think they understand more than they let on. The restaurant has WONDERFUL food! Rooms are clean and comfortable. The staff is always smiling and polite. Massage place is dodgy; they were very ready to give my husband a massage, but refused to do a foot massage for me...??? Please be aware that there is nothing except industrial machine shops and offices around the area. Not even a seven-eleven. There is a star mart (petrol pump) across the road, but you cross at your own real peril. There is a poorly stocked minimart five minutes down the road. So if you need extra water or band aids or batteries, or even a candy bar - go stocked!

I stayed during an overnight layover. The hotel is an easy drive from airport (10 min). Meter taxi cost 110 Bhat. Staff friendly and helpful. Room is large and quiet but forgettable. Don't go with unofficial taxi (they asked me 800 bath for 10 minutes drivin...and the hotel has a free service every 30 minutes): the normal rate is around 100 bath to go there. God points - very close to airport (5-6 minutes drive both ways). Transfer van was waiting, but they combine several flights into one, so we ended up waiting 10 minutes for another flight to come in, which is not what was expected, nor good after a day's travelling with children. Check-in efficient. One of the rooms was musty and damp-smelling, the other fine. Breakfast buffet from 0600 hrs was fine, catering for both western and Chinese tastes. OK for one night before an early flight the next day. Would not want to stay more than just somewhere to sleep.

I was very pleased with the location of the hotel just a brief taxi ride from the airport. It is a must to book near the airport in Bangkok if you have a morning flight as the traffic jams are unbelievable! The hotel was clean and quite lovely. The staff were very friendly and professional! We would definitely stay there again. One little tip from a taxi driver was if you choose to go into downtown Bangkok from there have them take you to the Om Nut skytrain station which saves time and helps to avoid some of the traffic woes.

Very close to airport (7-8 minutes). Great for layovers when getting in late and leaving early. I was on the 4th floor and could hear the Karaoke until it ceased at about 2:00AM. Hotel failed to give me wake up call (but I never rely on hotel wake up calls anyway, so was already up before the annointed time). Breakfast should be a little earlier (currently 0600--) for the early departurees. Nice and clean and worth the money. Changed my arrival date (at last minute I realized my error in dates)..they accommodated with no problem. Would stay there again (and I will).

The staff were extremely pleasant during check-in, which took only seconds. The room was very clean and had all of the amenities needed for an overnight stay. Didn't find the noise a problem at all, even though our room faced the airport. Breakfast was the pretty decent and offered the usual buffet fare. Fine hotel very close to the airport. Good food in the restuarant. Only stayed for one night but staff was very helpful. Only one bad thing was an expensive internet access otherwise room was nice sized, hot water good, and wake up call was on time. Very close to the airport and limosine was from hotel was cheap to the airport 200 bhat.

A good 3star hotel for the money. It's old and not perfectly maintained, but ok. A great location only about 10minutes by taxi from new airport. The meter taxi desk asked that we pay 200baht to the taxi driver, because they have to wait along time to get a customer, hoping to go to Bangkok city.

This is a relatively inexpensive place to stay near the new airport. But I will not stay here again. The walls are thin. We could hear everything in the adjoining rooms. We did not receive our wake up call for an early morning flight. Luckily we had a backup travel alarm. We notified the staff, yet they insisted we did receive the wakeup call. We were also hit with mini-bar charges upon checkout even though we didn't touch the mini-bar. After several minutes of pleading our case at the front desk, we decided it was easier to pay the bill so we could check out and catch our flight. Unfortunately there are few hotel choices near the new airport.

WE JUST WANTED SOMEWHERE NEAR THE NEW AIRPORT FOR EARLY MORNING FLIGHT. PAID $82(AUS) INC.B FAST. ONLY ABOUT 10 MINS IN A CAB. GOOD VALUE FOR THE MONEY NOTHING FLASH. WE DOWNLOADED THE HOTEL COVER PAGE FROM THE WEB AS NOT BEING ONE OF THE MAJOR HOTELS WE WERE TOLD NOT EVERY CABBIE KNOWS ITS LOCATION. DONT PAY MORE THAN 200 BAHT. YOU CAN SEE THE PLANES FROM OUR WINDOW

very close to the airport handy for early morning flight.taxi meter 2nd counter on the side of main one asked me for 300 baht when i said its only down the road he came down to 250 but i was willing to pay more than 200baht and i successfully negociated.hotel itself rooms are ok fair size restaurant staff very pleasant reception staff ok internet charge is a brip off. rooms need a bit of overhaul. overall i would say its ok.

This is a convenient and good value hotel only 10 minutes from the airport. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Not much English spoken at the reception and wireless internet is expensive ($5/hour)but otherwise everything is fine. Would recommend for short stays and airport layovers.

This is perfect for a quick stay close to the airport. You can see the planes from some of the rooms. We stayed when we arrived en route to Koh Samui and it worked out so welll we stayed on the way back out also. Close to the airport, 10 minutes by cab, clean, AC, good bath. We arrived about 12:30 AM and the staff was up and alert, checked us in quickly. Left at 5 AM (short stay!) and they were still up and alert. On the retrun trip we arrived earlier and had dinner in the coffee shop, which was fine. Again, 5 AM departure. There is some noise from the planes taking off, and the street in front which seemed to have traffic all night. No tourist stuff around, so not the place to use as a base to see BKK.

We had to stay a night with two little children, arriving late in the evening at the airport, taking the next flight the next morning. Good value for money. The pickup service worked well (only 15 minutes drive). Breakfast was fine. It was a little noisy in the room due to traffic, but that was no problem.

We booked two baby beds, but this request was deleted by the agent without notice. When I noticed it, I replied to the reservation email, and the agent wrote back that the hotel has no baby beds. Would have been a bad surprise arriving late in the evening. Anyway the agent booked an extra bed on my request, so eventually that was okay. Generally all my bookings with SiamWebHosting worked perfectly in all my trips to Thailand.

Just what was needed for a late arrival before heading into the hinterlands the next day. We were greeted by the navette service with our names in letters large enough to be seen in the forest of similar notices, and the trip to the hotel took only 10-15 minutes. The staff were attentive, efficient and pleasant (the head concierge, rather obviously hanging around for an undeserved tip, excepted). The room was ample and clean, and its quiet disturbed only by poor insulation of an unused connecting door to a room whose loud occupants were however silenced by a few solid thumps (on the door). The basement has several fully-equipped, full-size billiard/snooker/pool tables in excellent condition. And we also recommend the in-room traditional chinese massage. Needless to say both these diversions were dead cheap. Enough of the staff manage well enough in English to deal with the usual issues.

This place is an absolute DIVE! Dodgy karaoke bar with working prostitutes in it - which didn't enhance the male clientle - checked into a room that was filthy - hadn't been changed and had some of the procelin in the bathroom smashed. Classy second impressions. Worst part was - we only chose this hotel due to it's proximity to the airport - as we flew in late and were flying out early. After changing rooms --without much support from the staff - we didn't sleep a wink as the noise from customers in the car park, combined with the non-stop freeway didn't cease. Would NOT recommend this hotel to anyone! Spend the extra time and money and stay somewhere where you can actually sleep. Very disappointing!

Stayed with wife and baby for one night. Unfortunately no cot available for the baby but that was communicated by siameservices in advance. Same comments as others: clean room, very helpful staff, no probs with siameservices reservation (I forgot to bring my voucher with me and still they had my reservation details at the desk), clean shower with good water pressure, decent breakfast (buffet style), very near to the new airport (paid 85 baht + 15 tip for metered taxi from the street to the airport), no noise from planes as we had a room on the 5th floor and back side. We had some mosquitoes in the room and I am surprised nobody mentioned this problem before as there is a big swamp near the hotel and the airport area in general. Take some cream or electric device with tablets to avoid mosquito bites. If you frequent the Sheraton, Marriott, Hilton etc this hotel is one or two categories below, but it is so close to the airport that makes up for the hassle to wake up at dawn for an early morning flight. Get a print-out for the hotel location. It will help the taxi driver to find the hotel (he also placed a call from his mobile for directions). Overall, it served our purpose fully at a very affordable price (I wonder for how much more time!)

With a 24 hr layover we were just looking for a place close to the new airport. The Grand Inn Come is truly a grand hotel in every sense but the real highlight is excellent staff. Everyone was so friendly and helpful from handling our baggage on arrival to delivering us back to the airport the next day. The food was excellent and our room very nice. We really enjoyed our short stay.

Located 10-15 minutes (taxi 100-150 THB) from the new Suvarnabhumi Airport. Rooms are clean and in a good condition like fresh renovated but very noisy (many trucks on the road the whole night). The staff is ok, friendly and helpfull. Breakfastbuffet is good in the hotel coffeshop. The area around the hotel is not the best , no recomendable possibility to eat outside.
