The rooms were below expectatios, because there are doors between rooms. You could hear everything from next room both in sixth and eight floor. And the hotelguests from Iran were disturbing day and night. We couldn´t sleep at all. In eight floor there was some continuing noise, that was terrible all day and night. The staff in hotel is very poor in English language, so often we didn´t get the help, we needed. The attitude wasn´t respecting as we had problems.

I rented 1 single room, and the hotel's room is so small and smell. For location wise, i recommand. It's very close to all major shopping malls. especially, pantit, platinum, and platunum mall(all are less than 5 minutes). Siam square and center world plaza are 10 minutes walk from hotel. you don't even need to use the stkytrain and rip-off taxi for shopping. Bottom line; A location with very bad hotel. Try Grand Diamond. I wished i would had.

We had a nice big room, in the tower wing with all equipment you need. The traffic noise didn't disturb us at all. The location was in the middle of shopping district and it was easy to take the skytrain too. However the building needs to be renovated; the ceiling in our bathrom had a water leak, but they stopped it very soon. We had problems with the lights and the staff came directly and fixed everything. The staff was very nice and helpful with reception desk and all others in the lobby area. The food in the restaurant wasn't good, it was overcooked and dry. The breakfast was ok. Don't take the cab outside the hotelentry; they try to cheat you as much as they can: they might say that MBK has closed just now, but they can take us to sightseeing until MBK opens.

The hotel was clean but worn and in need of a coat of paint. You have to be careful in which room you are put. I moved twice due to very noisy water pump above my head and a dirty room stinking of smoke. The 3rd room I was asked to go in also smelled like a chimney! I was given one last room which was OK although the hotel do need to buy some new towels as these had seen better days. For all my complaints I must say the buffet breakfast was very good. I will not be stayng there my next trip. In fact I had moved to this hotel from King Royal Garden Inn which I initially booked thruogh SiameServices. The location was great but the hotel unlivable, dirty, smelly and the bathroom had mould.

Convenient to shopping. Breakfast on the first floor restaurant much better than the restaurant on the seventh floor. Also their staff in that restaurant including their supervisor are friendly and efficient. The lady on the tour desk and the van drivers are well recommended. It is better if you rent their van for a whole day. It is worth the price. In Bangkok, always negotiate for the price. Do not throw away their water bottles you will be charge and make sure you count the slippers (worn out)before you leave or else you will be charge for a fortune too. Overall, the hotel is good enough for the price.

Stay there for 3 nights, from 27th Dec 2008 to 30th Dec 2008. Having a problem on the last night 29th Dec 2008, just after midnight, I were at the hotel lobby waited for my Thai lady friend. I would like show her the dress which I bought from Singapore. When she arrived, the security asked for her ID and she obliged. Then the security passed it to one of the reception female staff. Intially she said guest disallowed. Later she said allowed but must paid 800 baht. I argued I have paid for the room for 2 pax. Also, my friend will leave about an hour later. The reception staff repeatedly reply NO and gave a rude stare at my friend. Hence, I have to bring down her dress to the lobby and apologise to my friend for the awkward situation. I WILL NEVER STAY IN THIS HOTEL AGAIN. SiameServices.com, please do not recommend me to this hotel again.

Accommodation and facilities:
We stayed in a superior room in the Tower wing. It smelled a little bit strange in our corridor, maybe because they were renovating our floor. The staff were nice and helpful. The hotel was near the shopping areas and we could walk between everything. A nice hotel to stay in, but not for many nights.

great location. in the middle of many shopping center. we wre in the tower wing. problem was that have no double room. only twin room. so very crowded for 2 adults 2 children. even though we paid fot extra bed we didnt take it cuse room not to big. we checked out at 3.pm insted of 12:00 and they didnt charge us for extra money (it was nice). the hotek has nice ABF and nice swimming pool (we used with the children once). totaly - ok. good enogh for the price (2100 baht per nighr + 550 for extra bed).

Not a very pleasant stay. Some staff are not very friendly and the bed is dirty. We noticed mites on the bed and my skin has becoming red with rashes. Most probably won't come back for the 2nd time.

Stayed in a Tower room, very comfortable & quiet (it should be quiet on the 18th floor!). Close to Skytrain and Bangkok centre.

Staff are courteous and helpful. Rooms cleaned punctually. The standard room in the main wing where i stayed was not ideal as It has no outside windows. The room was a bit rundown and needed upgrading. However at the price I paid, It represented good value for the money although an extra 300 baht ( during Chinese N Y )was an compulsary payment for the dinner which was not required by me.

Great location for shopping, rooms are comfortable, very standard but with breakfast included not a bad price. Great breakfast, dinner in the restaurant was poor! My sister had her hair done by the hairdresser and was most impressed. Very busy, can take some time to check out so keep in mind!

A central,large, busy hotel. Cross the road and pay only 50 baht in taxi to MBK, all Siam shops(Siam Paragon Food Hall and Supermarket is a must)and Sky Train. Tower Wing Superior rooms clean, comfortable, good buffet breakfast, pool and gym. However, when we booked an extra night the price was 1000 baht more than the internet price. They gave a discount and a free meal but the room is not worth 2800 baht.
