Nice big,clean room for the money. Staff was very nice and helpful and the little restaurant was pretty good. The wifi coverage was excellent (full bars) and the ac in my room was ice cold not like some other hotels where it blows stinky warm air.

旅舍不错 我们凌晨3点到 机场外面还有人等 马上就开车去酒店。非常热情，哈哈 上车的时候我们还心里打鼓，担心会不会遇到骗子。 给我们安排的1楼 其实有点有个正对外面的落地玻璃，虽然有窗帘，但总感觉私密性不太好。不过100来块钱的房间 又有接送 床还舒服，算超值啦！

Отель находится в 15 минутах езды от аэропорта,что совсем не рядом. Из него вообще никуда не добраться. За ограждением балкона 1 этажа начинаются заросли - забора нет. Номера большие (жил несколько ночей на 4 этаже) все работает (кондер,душ холодильник, телек). Трансфер из и до аэропорта организован отлично и удобно, будят - во время. Белье чистое, никакой живности нет, удобная кроватью. У входа - дешевое кафе с огромными порциями. Есть массаж 250-350 бат. На ремесле дают пароль на фри вай-фай. Удобное и недотроге место для транзита, но останавливаться в нем для проживания в Бангкоке - смысла не имеет. Дают шампунь, мыло, питьевую воду. Вай-фай быстрый.

Simple, basic and good enough for an overnight to catch a flight. I would stay again and remember to bring the things i like to eat for breakfast- since the buffet is sometimes greasy and cold. That said, you can always order from the rest and not pay the surcharge for breakfast included. It is very good value for money, clean and staff are excellent about time keeping so you get to the airport in time. Free wifi makes it all the better.

My first visit last year at the hotel was good. I had a superior room and thought it was good value for money. However, I had a standard room this time and it was VERY basic with shoddy furnishings. Also, I left a necklace behind and sent an email to Convenient Resort asking for it. They did not bother to reply! Smoking is allowed in the entire restaurant - I m glad it was not raining as I could sit away from the smoke in the tables adjacent to the restaurant.The staff were great in allowing me to use their own internet facility as the residents facility was down.

the hotel was a disappointment. it looked nothing like the photos here. and it was in a very secluded area. it was impossible to go out walking as there were several groups of dogs on your way out to the main street. there was no other way of leaving the hotel aside from a taxi or their van. internet was not free. although it was stated in the ad, they said that they had already contacted the website and had asked the website to take that information out, then we were told that it was no longer their responsibility. we ended up paying 100 baht for the wi-fi. we didn't find the receptionist friendly. but the rest of the staff were. food is ridiculously priced!

2nd stay in this hotel. Room # 101 with good outfit. 2 negative points: As per website they offer free WiFi with own notebook. They charged me 100 BHT. After showing the website they gave me refund. As per website the hotel fare includes breakfast. They charged me 150 BHT. Breakfast was worth 150 BHT. Due to time limits I did not follow up this issue with the hotel in detail. Advice: Look carefully what they try to charge. Anyway after these experiences I would take the hotel again because of its easy location to the airport and the free shuttle service which you have to search at Exit 3 near the AOT-Info desk.

The hotel is clean, staff is friendly. The attached restaurant is ok as well. If somebody is not familiar how to move around in BBK it is quite difficult to get downtown. I arrived at Intl. Arrival waiting for the pickup service. After a fonecal I received info that the pickup service is waiting at thev domestic arrival (AOT meeting point. Can recommend that hote lfor budget travellers for a stop over in BKK. Not suitable for a long stay.

A very basic hotel located in the middle of nowhere. OK for a stop-over in BKK, but not for a long stay. No shower in the room- they have a weird-lookign device in the bathroom- but it hangs juts over the toilet and there is no shower area or a curtain- so if you decided to try that device the water will be all over the bathroom. The rooms are very humid and a bit worn-out; the beds are rock-hard. We did not dare to eat at the so-called restautant at the hotel-it looked quite shabby and the kitchen was already closed at 11 pm. The hotel is located afiled, so you can not just go somewhere to grab some food or to have a drink. The nearest 7/11 is 10 minute walk- 1,5 kilometers away. So it is beter to get some food in the airport before heading to the hotel ( should you decide to stay there after all).

We were quite dissappointed with Convenient Resort, even though we weren't expecting much. The main problem was the bed was full of bed-bugs! Luckily we had a sleeping sheet with us, but it was a great start to our holiday after a 12 hour plane flight. Also, beware the guy out the front running the taxi service, he agreed to take us to hualampong station in the center of Bangkok, then dropped us off at the near train station (which is only abovr half way) and wouldn't go any further.

I really was impressed by this hotel. As I booked it on the internet all in a rush one day. All I gave for my requested pick up from the airport was a flight time. So when I arrived over an hour late as I was delayed. I was thinking oh no how am I going to get to the hotel but was very happy to see a sign for me taking me to the hotel. I would love to know how they knew which flight I was on. The room was very large and nice and even got a free shuttle bus to the airport the next morning. I would so recommend this hotel to anyone that arrives at night and has another flight in the morning the next day. I can't fault it!!

good hotel. rooms nice. hotel staff spoke english no problems.. would book again...walk 200 yards to main road to find local shops if need be diinner only 160 baht so all is fine.best to get own meta taxi to hotel.as hotel taxi i could not find.

This hotel is very basic but for one night and a few hours sleep it was very fine - Location is very near Suvarnabhumi airport, around 10 minuts door to door. Had arranged for pick-up at the airport (via SiameServices) and it worked out very fine - when booking via SiameServices, a transfer fee of 150 baht per person was mentioned, however we were never charged and also had free transfer to the airport next morning. Rooms clean and spacious and considering the very low price and the free and quick transfer to/from airport, would definitely use again when arriving late and have early morning flight.

It was so easy as the name says! We arrived at the aiport at 1am (2 hours late ) and they were there to pick us up, we were greeted with a sign right as we walked out of customs. They wisked us back to the hotel where we were checked right in. The resort is very clean and basic, skip the American breakfast and they are efficent in getting you back to the hotel. I would stay again!

very bad decision!!! I did not like this hotel at all. It seems to be a youth hostel. Long aisles with neonlight and very loud. Placed in the middle of nowhere and this is why there are up to 7 guys sitting around for 24 hours to offer you an expensive trip :(

I originally chose the Convenient Resort as it was close to the airport. I would describe this hotel similar to Formula 1 budget hotel in Australia. The hotel room was clean and big however a word of caution the hotel charges 150 baht for a taxi (non meter from the hotel to the airport) when a metered taxi is 120 baht ( airport to the hotel). If you want to get to Bangkok (khao San area) it will cost 600 baht (non meter). The hotel provides a restaurant just outside and the food is simple and nice however if you walk outside and down the road near the 7 Eleven you will find lovely food (cart food) for about 130 baht for two people (2 entree, mains and 2 cokes) not bad and friendly service. A word of warning as the hotel is approximately 5 mins from the airport some metered taxis will not turn on their meter and will charge you 200 baht. Make sure that you have an agreement with the taxi driver before getting in the cab that they will turn on their meter. Taxis at the airport charge 50 baht purely to order the taxi and a flag fall of 35 baht (85 baht before you even leave). Overall the hotel is nice, simple and the staff speak limited english except one lady front of house who was schooled in America (she was very pleasant and helpful) and as there is not much to do around the hotel even though it calls itself a resort I would only use this hotel service purely for transit purposes.

I stayed evening of Feb. 26 arriving from U.S.at hotel at 1:00am. Breakfast and shuttle to airport next day at no cost.Returning from Chiang Rai March 8 for two nights. Extra cost for breakfast and shuttle-same booking Co. and price. Did not change sheets or clean room for second night. Very basic, close to Airport lodging. To sightsee in Bangkok, have staff call metered taxi for trip to On Nut Sky Train east terminal-120+B, Then 120 B for all day pass, as well as 120 B for one day pass on Express River Boats
