We were very satisfied with the hotel. Just one thing: THE STUDIOS DOES NOT ALL HAVE BATHTUB - contrary to what you see on all the pictures from the hotel. A setback for us as we had brought our bath salts and was looking forward to relaxing in the tub.

Excellent hotel! The room was very nice, clean, modern and the location is great. It's not too far to walk from Sukhumvit, but if you need a lift the Tuk-Tuk will take you there for free. If you get their phone number, they'll come pick you up at the end of the street too. The hotel staff was excellent as well. When I caught a cold they asked several times how I was feeling and even asked again two weeks later when we returned to stay for a few days. Overall a great experience and I highly recommend this hotel.

Hotel staffs are nice and helpful, hotel's image give vistors feel clean and feel comfortable. Swimming pool is really small. Room size is good, but the size of douoble bed and toliet is too small, the shower water is very weak and not stable. And our room is smoke room, the smell is extremely bad. In honest speaking, if by walk, it is far from BTS nana station, about 15 mins; Fortunately, hotel provide free shuttle Tuk Tuk between BTS NANA station and hotel, only 2-3 mins will reach. and the service available 24 hours.

A free LAN connection in your room for your laptop or netbook provides fast, realiable internet connection, a real plus for tourists and business folks! Staff is very pleasant and helpful. Hotel was very close to most of the main attractions in Sukhumvit. Staff were polite. Used a scanning service for which I was charged extra though the images never arrived at either email address as promised. Rooms were a little run down with cupboards not sitting flush together. No face towels provided, and had to call reception to have towels changed as this is not done daily as would be expected in most other establishments.

My first choice had been Citadines Soi 11, but actually found that the Soi 8 location not as bad as expected. The Hotel Tuk Tuk service was excellent - even at 05.00! Citadines room concept is excellent, well equipped with kitchen facilities - make your own Coffee, Microwave 7-11 food etc but still have good room service. Staff helpful, everything clean and working.

Managed to get into Citadines during their offer period- stayed in the adelphi suites last year and found citadines to be a more compact version of the adelphi suites (which is a good thing!). The hotel staff and room quality were excellent! Despite being in a fairly busy location (there is a 5 minute walk to the nana skytrain stop, though the hotel offers a free tuk-tuk ride their and back) the hotel still offered a nice place to get away from it all after a hard days shopping! Its difficult to imagine the room layout from the pictures, however they manage to pretty much pack everything from a larger suite into a small space without it seeming cluttered. The hotel is very clean, well kept and new- after some of the more tired hotels we had stayed in over our holiday, it was a relief to be able to properly relax. My wife and i stayed at citadines after a long run of travelling and we will definitely be coming going back there...

This is just a perfect place for a short-term stay. Very friendly hotel stuff. Very clean hotel and a perfect room. Very nice pool with a wonderfull view. Visit the hotel restaurant. Not that much choose, but the people are just wonderfull and very very helpfull. The hotel is in walking distance to Nana-Station (6 min.). They also have Tuk-Tuk service, which drives you to station when YOU want. This hotel is highly recommendet. We will stay again there next time in BKK.

Very nice hotel. Rooms clean if slightly on the small side but the extras in the room made up for it. We spent our last 2 nights here and have no complaints. The tuk-tuk service was great. Hotel allow a late check out but charged nearly as much as staying another night. Thought that was a bit expensive. On the whole I would probably stay here again.

Well, i would say this hotel is a nice place to stay. The room and hotel was clean and the complimentary tuk-tuk service to the BTS station was very convenient. The only thing i was abit bored was the same breakfast daily in the hotel restaurant. If it's not staying for a week or more, it should be fine. But for me, 3 days makes the feel tired of eating the same old breakfast. Other than tht, everything was fine and good. It's convenient and the staff there good.

Lovely hotel in an ideal location for visiting Bangkok. Cant praise this hotel highly enough. 200 yards takes you right in the thick of it yet its location is lovely & quiet. Would recommend this hotel to anyone stopping over for a few nights. There a supermarket open all day, numerous bars and authentic Thai food vendors withing 50 meters from the hotel. Please ignore the comment made by Tobias as the last thing i would be doing on holiday would be to sit in my bedroom looking at the internet. (internet in reception 100 bhat for 30 mins and cafe 200 meters down the road 10 bhat a miniute if interested)

Hotel is located on Soi 8 a good distance from Sukumvit Rd but they provide a free Tuk Tuk service to and from Nana Station just make sure you hava a phone to call for return to hotel. The room was very nice and modern, very clean though the hall ways smelled of smoke. Service was very good, I got there early and they wanted to charge me basicly half the day rate to check in 5 hours early. They did store my bag until normal checking time while I went out and did a few things. The room is equiped with a safe, microwave, 2 burner stove top, sink, all kitchen items, iron and ironing board, overall a well equiped room at a good price, I will stay again.

Excelent as always, I have used this booking service at least 6 times and never had any problem. Their billing service is also excelent, no problem.

Highly recommended. New clean room with 24 hours internet access, with 42 LCD TV+HDMI DVD player and small cooking area complete with microwave. Convenient location at Sukhumvit soi 8 with choices of restaurants, road side stalls and 7-Eleven, clean massage shops. Hotel staff are professional.

Brand New hotel when i stayed there, the restaurant had not been finished yet and there was a little construction noise at times but aside from this the hotel was fantastic. Superb location, clean well spaced rooms with the highest security i saw while staying in Thailand. The staff were fantastic, willing to help with any situation and the complimentary tuk tuk service to Nana BTS station was an added bonus.

As usual the booking service was flawless, we only booked this hotel 2 days before we arrived and had no problems.
