Suvarnabhumi International Airport
From the passenger terminal, turn onto Bangkok-Chonburi Highway and continue to the tollgate at Rama IX. Take Rama IX towards Sukhumvit, Dowkanong and take exit at Chan Road. Look for the first u-turn right, then keep left to turn left to Chan Road and keep go straight until you reach Charoenkrung Road, the hotel is in front of you. The distance is 45 kms and takes 45 mins by car. Airport transfer is available at additional charge.

Don Mueang Domestic Airport
From the passenger terminal, use Toll way following Din Daeng sign. Then take the express way toward Bangna direction, keep going to Dowkanong and take the exit at Chan Road. Look for the first u-turn right, then keep left to turn left to Chan Road and then go straight until you reach Charoenkrung Road, the hotel is in front of you. Great Hotel, Freindly efficent staff. We were up graded without asking to a better room. My only grief is the fact we were restricted in our socialising during meal times by socialising we were penalised by 25% in our discount offered by the Gold Card. A couple gets a 50% discount but a table of 4 gets only 25% even though there are two separate rooms and accounts. So we socialised elsewhere away from the Hotel.This cost the Hotel a lot of custom. I will stay there again. Bruce

Room, breakfast, facilities very good as expectetd for a 5* hotel. Excellent free of charge shuttle boat from the hotel to the next skytrain / riverboat station. As late departures we had not the possibility to keep the room, but we had at least the possibility to use the shower / changing room of the gym after a long touristic day in Bangkok.

This was a great hotel. It is on riverside and they have their own ferry to take you to the nearest sky train to avoid some traffic while getting around thailand. the service was superb and the breakfast spread was amazing. I would go back there again.

Very well run hotel. Staff had a great attitude and were always friendly and helpful. River view room was excellent. A decent size with good facilities and amazing view. The balcony was small but it was great to stand out there watching the river traffic and Bangkok skyline. Breakfast was excellent. Buffet with usual western options and a decent selection of Asian dishes. Shuttle boat was frequent and very reliable. The drop off point at Sathorn/Taksin opens the whole of Bangkok up. The hotel might seem out of the way but it's actually ideal. The special offer rates make this hotel an absolute bargain.

We stayed for 2 nights and found the room to be very nice, good swimming pool and great views over the river. The only problem we found is the location, a lot of the taxi drivers didn't know where the hotel was and caused problems when traveling around.

Chatrium live up to the good reviews given. All was more than expected and 1st class service all the way. Everything was superb. We check-in personally in our room and shown around by the front desk officers on duty that day. They were all very professional and attentive. The conceige personnel were similarly good in particular Mr Takon who helped us to arrange for our short trip at very reasonable price and cared enough to gather feedback from us. The location may not be ideal comparatively to those in shopping areas, but its fast and easy to places of interest via the Chao Praya River. The courtesy boat service is very efficient and punctual. To begin with the facade of the hotel impressed us and was further amazed with the good upkeeping of the toilets, rooms, pools, restaurant and serene surroundings. Once at the Sathon Pier, you could get to anywhere by boat or the skytrain straight to downtown Siam square, MBK, CentralWorld, Jim Thompson etc. No problem getting a taxi, they came within 2 mins through the hotel security. He will also take down the taxi nos. for security reasons. For us, the service and hotel facilities more than compensated for the location. We hope to be back asap. Keep up the good job Chatrium!

Very polite and helpful. They were quick to reschedule my booking from Jasmine to Chatrium without any fuss. However, SP Limo did not turn up to meet us at the airport and we had to look for the rep who apologised many times and contacted the office. The transport came about half an hour later.

The hotel was good. The best was the breakfast buffet who had almost everything you wanted and the pool area which was really nice. Check-in and check-out was efficient. The room was nice and clean with a good view. The only negative was maybe that the free shuttle boat did not come during sudden thunder storm so we were left 40 min in the rain a the Thaksinpier. The boat should have come every 15 min. The other hotelshuttles did go. But overall it was a good experience to stay at Chatrium.

Although not an cheap option we found it worth every bath: Great location with complimentary river transport every 15 min to Sathorn Pier (Taskin sky train station) made it a good starting point for exploring Bangkok. Impeccable clean and big rooms (2 bdr. app.) with tasteful furniture made us actually stay in the hotel with the kids more foten then we wanted to... Restaurant with great food at absolute reasonable prices, too.
