Stayed there 3 days. Was very very impressed with the service and facilities provided. Even a fresh flower each day! Cannot complain about anything except for one. The breakfast deal is not good. Continental. No buffet. And the cost comes to around 500 bahts which way too much. All the staff were very courtious and helpful. One could not ask for anything else in the room as all equipped. I will def stay there again

We have visited this hotel on 3 occassions, and found it an enjoyable experience untill this visit.Bed rooms starting to look tired could do with an update, couldn't fault cleanliness. Staff not the friendliest think they have forgotten how to smile. Pool area and gym definatley in need of a refirb. Having stayed at twice in the last six months, I ve found it to be quite comfortable and close to all the amemities of Sukhumvit area. Also being close to the tollway ramp it is great for quick trips to or from the airport.Set back off the main road it is quite to a degree compaired with the noise of Bangkok.I have stayed in a junior suite each time and have found them roomy clean and comfortable.The staff have been helpful each time and very friendly.The tariff is very reasonable and I will be staying again on my next visit.

The Bel-Aire Princess Hotel is perfectly located in the Sukhumvit area. At a walk distance there is a station of a fast train which will quickly take you to other parts of the city. There are also tuk tuks available near the hotel and if you want a taxi, the hotel reception will arrange it for you. The street lives for 24 hours a day and you have plenty of restaurants with great Thai food in the nearby not mentioning the thai massage saloons, stores and bazaars. So you are in the heart of a vibrant area of so called new Bangkok. The hotel itself is quite peaceful as for this location, has large rooms furnished in a simple style, well air conditioned and clean . The kindness of the staff is really unusual, always smiling, always ready to help yet discreet. The only negative is a strange smell in the rooms instead of which you would love to smell the lemongrass oil which you can find everywhere else but not in the room. Generally - the hotel has great location and service.

6 nights in a very good hotel in great location. We were a bit worried at first as it is very close to Nana BTS station and the Nana Square entertainment area - however it proved to be no problem. Staff good and helpful too. We paid extra for the superior plus room and the room was clean and well appointed and this came with quiet breakfast club room with tea/coffee all day and 2 hour happy hour with free beer and wine. I will stay here again and recommend to anyone. oh, and the pool was ideal too :-)

It's a nice and luxury hotel in Bangkok. The location is good, 5 minutes walking to the sky train station. Breakfast complete and staff very friendly. The rooms are new as well as the restrooms. Nothing to complain, our plane was late in the night and we had to check out at 12;00. They allow us to use a room to change our dresses and have a shower in the afternoon before leaving without paying anything, very friendly. I will suggest this hotel.

We stayed in a superior room, 2 adults and 2 children, and we had plenty of space. The hotel was over all very nice and clean, the pool area maybe a bit small. We had lunch at the poolbar, and that was expencive, not so nice tasting and it took very long time for the food to arrive. Breakfast excellent! Good area to stay in if you want to go shopping, close to Nana skytrain. Many prostitutes and their customers in the area.

We stayed in Bangkok only for 3 days, so the location and easy access of the hotel was just great for shopping and quick sight-seeing. Also the hotel is located only a couple blocks from the motorway ramp leading to the airport, so you don´t have to sit in the traffic after a long flight.We stayed in a deluxe room, which was spacious but little tired. Breakfast buffet was good. Staff was friendly and helpful. Our flight back home left late in the evening, but we were able to check out later (at 3 pm) without extra charge. After checking out we left the luggage in the hotel´s luggage room and later had a shower in the changing room of the swimming pool area before going to the airport. One negative comment we have: The hotel offered us a coupon which entitled for a free welcoming drink in the lobby bar . We ended up paying 320 bahts for them, because it turned out that if you wanted to have some alcohole in them, you paid extra. So a free welcoming drink really is a free glass of juice .
