Surprised comfortable room with plenty of space extra seating area bed and tea & coffee making m/c. large TV and free unsecured wireless internet. Breakfast expensive 350bht extra and food cold only customer on arrival for breakfast 3rd floor restauant.

The location is OK. Within walking distance to Robinson Rachada and The Esplanade Shopping Mall. There is no toilet shower which for Thai hotel standard is pretty low. There is no free internet available, not even in the lobby. Unless you need the location, there are better deals in Bkk.

The hotel is just refurnished, the room is clean and new, but the design for the toilet has to be modified, the hotel location is quite good, close to many restaurants, Robbions, supermarket, 7-11, the MRT is just walking distance, the price is quite good. If you don’t mind the small swimming pool and high feel for Wi-Fi fee.

I stayed here for 2 nights. This hotel has a lot of potential as it has been recently refurbished to a very modern look. The lobby area is really nice and the breakfast area has a really unusual industrial design. Unfortunately a few things let this place down. Positives: great design, big clean and modern rooms with a really good clean shower. Potentially a good location as it's near the metro which I didn't use. Otherwise not really near much apart from the large market. Having said that 1/2 hr taxi ride to Grand Palace so not too bad. Negatives: door to room did not work...yes simply pushing the door opened it regardless of whether you had a key or not! Make sure and put all valuables in deposit box in reception. Remote for tv didn't work Drain for shower didn't work hence total flooding of bathroom when having a shower. Water drained eventually through seperate drain near toilet. I also thought some of the staff weren't that friendly especially the girls in reception. This hotel was very cheap and if they ironed out these things I would really recommend it. Unfortunately just the door not working properly alone is enough for me not to recommend it.

Hotel was very poorly maintaned.The front desk manager was quiet rude as i tols him why is the breakfast not included and could you check with swadee. The said that it was as booked. Then i said OK, but i need to stay for 1 week, could you pls give me breakfast with the same price and he said not at all. Then i said that i will find another hotel....and he said its up to you !!!!! Dont you think it was rude and unpleasent.....Now i check into claypazo boutique hotel. I got a junior suite with breakfast served in my suite. Im much happier with the quality of service and price. Cheers

I have stayed in this hotel several times this past two years, and the standard is as high as ever. It even has hot water in the shower, which is unusual for most hotels in Thailand for this price range. Will recommend to anyone. Is about 300 metres to the Huay Kwaang underground station.

Lacking in character and on a big busy road so it felt like you could be anywhere in the world really. Nothing really felt uniquely Thai. Windows did not open and air in the room was stale. Breakfast was organised efficiently and had good variety. Wireless internet connection in the lobby was very good value for money, easy to use and quite fast. That was the best part of the hotel.

The hotel has a strategic location with all the shopping centres like Jusco, Tesco, Robinson & Carrefour nearby. It is also not that far from the airport. The subway is about 5 mins walk and very convenient to go to areas like Chatuchak, Patpong, etc. The room is clean and spacious. The staff are friendly and helpful. The check-in was done at fast speed. Would recommend this hotel to others.

Booking service was very prompt and fast in their response. I ve made many bookings with them. So far no hiccups when I reached my destination. Downside is that their room rates are a little bit on the high side. Could be lower when compare to others like Wired Destination.

I have stayed at this hotel a few times before and for the money it is still good value. Location is good now that the subway has opened. This time had to pay for an upgraded room (1400 baht/night) as standard was fully booked but not sure of the differences. Hot water during the day is a bit hit and miss. Breakfasts were OK, rooms are looking a little old but all-in-all a good place away from the madness of Sukhumwit.

The hotel is a reasonable price for that location. However, I couldn't say clearly it was value for money. The room and the facilities are a bit old and you'll see some cockroaches around, breakfast is nothing and finish too early. The service is just average. Overall, it's just average for money, though.
