I thing i hate most is that the main room door and wall are super thin... i can actually hear ppl walking and chatting outside the hallway...during midnight. last time stay was ok, quiet and good breakfast, but this time we have been arranged in the room on the side with railway so each hour have to wait for the very big noise by the train. what made me further crazy is there were someone fighting with each other during midnight (1:00 morning)...so totally no sleep for the whole night...what is good is could get disscount of the dinner on the sky tower and very close to the city train station...

Okay, let's start with the good: 1) Hotel location is really great if you re around for buying some wholesale goods. A 5 minute walk. 2) Lobby is nice, staff are professional (didn't notice anything negative) 3) Bed is comfy with clean sheets 4) This is my favorite: I got a room without breakfast, yet the coffee shop by the lobby serves some really good food at super prices (considering it's a hotel). I didn't have to look around for a meal, breakfast at under 100 baht, lunch/dinner averaged 140 bath some tasty stuff at great prices. Okay, what didn't I like: 1) If you plan on staying 3 nights book online for the full 3 nights. I booked for 2, then wanted to extend... the rate at the hotel was twice what I paid for online. I changed hotels! 2) The room is generally good, I just wish they d put in better lighting & tidy up the toilets a bit. It's a small room, big enough to crash for the night & be out first thing in the morning. 3) Wifi internet was rather pricy, it's strong signal at the room but pricy. I paid 350 baht for a full day.

Удобно расположен около высотки Байок Скай, рядом с новой веткой метро до аэропорта, в рестораны которого можно попасть по ценам, что и для постояльцев башни (490 для 76-78 этажей и 620 для 82, как я понял для сторонних посетителей дороже). Недалеко от выхода из отеля висит зеленый указатель метро - 150м , это расстояние (похоже как и везде в Тае) нужно умножить примерно на 3, но все равно до метро недалеко. В пешей доступности рынок Пратунам, центр электроники Пантип-плаза (хотя тамошние цены оказались близки к российским), Сиам-Парагон (чуть дальше, но туда в 10, 11, 12, 16, 17 часов ходит бесплатный автобус, обратно не идет) и MBK. Особенно порадовала промошн-цена на проезд на метро до аэропорта - 15 бат с человека, со временем конечно станет дороже, но все равно дешевле и главное быстрее чем на такси.

А что особенно приятно, в нашем случае цены на перелеты и отели Антон смог предложить дешевле, чем авиаперевозчик и непосредственно сами отели, а также сайты бронирования. Непременными плюсами отеля Baiyoke Boutique являются цена, удобное месторасположение, а также то, что он входит в сеть Baiyoke, и его посетителям предоставляется ряд скидок на посещение ресторанов в башне Baiyoke Sky, в том числе 50% скидка на ресторан с шикарным шведским столом на 83 этаже, а также бесплатное посещение открытой смотровой площадки, бассейна и т.д. До Baiyoke Sky идти 1 минуту. Также несколько раз в день от отеля курсирует бесплатный автобус до ТЦ Siam Paragon, так что есть возможность посетить Океанариум при желании самостоятельно. Номера же в отеле очень скромные (мы брали Deluxe), но чистые. Не было никакой живности в номерах. Завтраки небогатые, однообразные. В этом плане Baiyoke Sky значительно выигрывает. Но мы для себя решили, при выборе отеля в Бангкоке, что нам нужна удобная чистая ночлежка. Baiyoke Boutique таковым и являлся.

We stayed for 12 nights at the hotel. The shutlebus to SiamCenter/MBK was perfect. So was breakfast and all members of the very friendly staff. We felt very welcome when we arrived and all days. Before our stay we went to a trip to Angkor in Cambodia and could place most of our luggage during that time by the hotel.

Located right in the market area (behind Baiyoke Sky), so good if doing clothes shopping. Great deal of 50% off the Baiyoke Sky buffet with access to the observation deck. Room was well designed, good 21 LCD tv with decent selection of English channels. Had to walk 100m away from this and the Sky hotel to get a taxi that wouldn't overcharge. Overall good hotel if doing shopping only as far from BTS or MRT.

i had been stay there for 2 times, it is definately a convenient place, shopping and wholesale centre all in walking distance. Receptionist and the all the staff there are friendly and helpful. But, this time i have a little bit comment in the room, we booked 2 rooms, some of the equipment in toilet had been spoiled and i hope the management can take note with it, anyway the staff there is still try their best to solve our problem. will stay there again next time.

The Boutique's staff are extremely helpful, courteous, & they all speak very fluent english! The overall design of the hotel is a class of its own. My family & I stayed in deluxe rooms on the 6th floor & they were exactly as shown from the pictures on websites. The room & bathroom are very spacious & clean. The air-conditioning worked well too. The security at the hotel was excellent, would advice families w young children to stay here. However, the elevators do not serve to exact floors, a small flight of stairs had to be taken, hence it will not be convenient for the disabled. Located beside fashion mall which is awesome! would recommend this hotel

I was in room418 at the back of the hotel which was noisy as the railway is only 50 meters away. I am slightly disabled and find stairs difficult. the lift is fine but does not start on the ground floor and stops a half floor above or below the room floor. Staff helpful.Food only average.

I booked well in advance and was asked for one day booking fee followed six weeks later by the second day fee. I was driving round northern Thailand at that time so tried to pay both amounts but the booking did not allow it. I was lucky that thee hotel still had a room for the second day.

Very good hotel considering on the fact that it is a 3 star budget hotel. I stayed in a deluxe room and room was well designed and very clean. Room was quite well-lit and toilet was clean. Perhaps the only complaint is that guests must climb/ go down a flight of stairs before we can take the lift. This can cause some inconvenience if we are carrying our luggages, but bellboys were very helpful with the luggages.

We stayed in 2 superior rooms for one over night. ONLY the lobby looks nice. the rooms are comparetively clean but quite old and badly maintained. The breakfast was TOO Japanese cuz there were many Japanese tourists. Good location right behind the Baiyoke Sky where we had a buffet on the 75th floor with a 50%off promotion. Walking distance to the shopping centres. OK for the price but probably will not stay again.

The hotel basically looks nice from the outside. Yes indeed it looks trendy from the outside but the rooms look very old. I booked the superior room. The toilet looks dirty and old, the air con is noisy and you can hear people talking outside. It's near the city area which is good but if you want a comfortable stay, then this hotel is not worth the amount you are paying for.

The hotel staff are nice, friendly, hospitable and helpful, especially concierge, house keeping and reception. I satisfied with the hotel service and I am pleased to get extra help from concierge in such raining season. The hotel lobby, aisle and elevator lobby are in modern design and very fashion, but the deluxe room I stay is not so expected: visible broken and repaired moulage on ceiling; ceiling and walls printed in deep color but room lighting are not bright enough, the room is dark even in day time; a wall printed in deep color with a lot of white dirt on it(cannot image it's design or decoration). I can't help to wonder if I had been given a deluxe room till check out - confirmed by reception it is. General speaking, the hotel is nice and worth to stay. As I talk with the reception girl when I leave, expect the deluxe room is imprvoed in my next visit.

The Hotel is Quite strategically located.However, be careful with the aircon as I ve change 2 rooms due to the aircon's problem (either too Hot / too cold). besides that, the hotel is also very near the railway therefore will have significant train passing sound.For the price, it's quite worth it. The reception staff are just WONDERFUL. but the bell boy are just crap as they were trying to get me their taxi/ tuk-tuks. (commission purposes I believe).

The room I booked through and paid for was not the one initially given to me. Hotel staff changed my room after making a strong protest to leave the hotel. Front office did not know the kind of room (Executive superior) that I have booked and paid for. Breakfast and Coffee shop food was well worth the price and staff at reception and coffee shop were polite and friendly but the bell boys were rude and unfriendly.

The hotel was a little hard to find initially as it's hidden right behind the well-known Baiyoke Sky Hotel. But since it's part of the Baiyoke Hotels, finding your way there won't be much of a problem with a little help from security guards around the area. The hotel was located right in the middle of Pratunam market which was fantastic as we stayed on a weekday and thus couldn't go to the weekend markets. The room was comfortable and nicely furnished, good selection of colors and accessories. The hotel staff were very friendly and attentive. A great plus point would be the breakfast - amazing selection from western to asian. Overall, this hotel is really worth the money paid!

The location is superb for shopping. Platinium Plaza and the wholesale centre is walking distance. Can unload and shop again. Ladies, you must shop at Platinium. They even have buffet discount(570baht)at the Baiyoke SKY(82 Floor).And at night, there is lots of stalls that sells local delights. And after shopping, eating, its good to rest in our nice cozy room. Never regret making Baiyoke Boutique our choice stay. I'll be back!

Its a very basic hotel...the winning point is the location.. as its very near to the shopping areas.. and they have shuttle bus service to bring us to the skytain station as well..The security guards are very friendly as well. As for the service in the hotel..its a bit inflexible.As we arrived quite early.. the hotel staff do not allow us to check in early .. As for the room..no wardrobe, no floor mat in the toilet..and the electic kettle is spoilt. Have u ever been to a hotel room without menu for room service.. and Tv guide? Ya,this is the one. And seems like the wall is not sound proof, can hear pple talking outside clearly. The breakfast wise.. not nice as well :( If I will to choose here again.. its just because of the location.

From the comments you see about friendly staff and all that it is TRUE but only to European and Japanese guests as the hotel manager is a Japanese. Other Asian guests are ignored and not treated in the same manner. As we stay in the hotel for more than 8 days we could all see for ourselves the differences in treatment in the restaurant and ESPECIALLY at the front desk which is the most important as they greet guests. The only 2 staffs that are friendly and helpful towards us are the restaurant manager and the concerige staff at the door. Other than that the other staffs were most unfriendly and not helpful when we need help. I would NOT recommend this hotel unless you are a Japanese or a European origin.

Finding the hotel in the first place was difficult. Nobody seem to know where is baiyoke boutique. They only can identify, Baiyoke 1 and baiyoke 2. It would be nice if it's located on the airport's maps or maybe on the road signs. Secondly, i requested a double beds for 3 nights. They manage to change it to double bed for the 2nd night for only a pair. I ve already requested for 3 months ago. So, time is not an issue here. The breakfast was nice, i ve to admit. But for 3 days straight, having the same things for breakfast is quite boring and unattempting.Rooms are quite dim. Not enough light. Toilet design is bad ( sink's location wrongly installed.)The bed is rough and hard.My room is facing the railway, so it's very noisy when the trains passed by. In the afternoon, I think they did some renovation on the hotel. So, after the trains , here comes the hammering noise. Overall, I must congratulate the friendly staffs for their good and high quality of services.If i have to give a star to this hotel, it will belongs to all the staffs there. Thanks for the service.

I stay in a executive room, floor 6. The room was clean with basic furniture, not stylish more simple. You can see, that the room is refurbished. Inside the room are many moskitos. Backside, they built a new way for the Sky Train. Floor 7 was under renovation. Area is good for low price shopping. Very Nice Hotel in services, price and design-just fit for me. Room is adequately sized for two with necessary equipments + services :safe, clean toilet, hair dryer,fridge, tv.....+ nice breakfast w/ very helpful waiter. Location is behind Baiyoke tower(Tallest tower), kinda difficult to find, but next to Pratunam Market(very famous place to get cheap garments) so can find food, tuk tuk, taxi,7-eleven easily. And near to Central World Plaza, suitable for gal who likes shopping. Transport is not a problem coz hotel provide free shuttle bus to Siam Centre(MRT station + another shopping area). Or the Pratunam boat stop also walking distance. Very nice hotel.....Will definitely go back there next time

Fantastic service from staff at front desk. Breakfast buffet viarity can be more and better. Room are clean. Just that we got a room facing the railway track and the trains could be annoying at times esp in the night. Location very good also. Just a few steps to Pratunam Wholesale market.

Staffs are friendly & indeed very good looking. For Japanese guests, there are staffs there who could speak Japanese too. For the price that we paid, i think the customer service was excellent. Every time we came bck from shopping, there'll be a staff greeting us at the entrance or opening the taxi door for us. What a service for the price we paid. Breakfast was good enough. The previous hotel I stayed is much more expensive but breakfast spread was much poorer. We love the eggs section & sausages were yummy! Anytime of the day or night where you needed the staff to fix anything, they'll be right there immediately. When my hot shower was not working, they appeared immediately after we called them. I would say, their customer service is FIRST CLASS! For guests who love shopping, i think that is the best place to stay. It's all within walking distance. Instead, right outside the hotel area, there is a market readily available for shopping & to whet your appetite. Overall, it's a pleasant stay! Keep up the good work!

The Baiyoike Boutique Hotel is good that it is centrally located . Staff are friendly. The rooms however are basic but they are clean . It depends which side you are on but we had the Train going past every so often but it did not disturb us too much. Good location close to shopping. Recommend it.

It's a good value hotel for travellers whose purpose is to shop, sight-see and out all the time ( not for those who love to stay in the hotel ). The service is surprisingly great, the doorman is very polite and well-mannered ( never failed to greet anyone who comes through the entrance )and the receptionists are exceptionally attentive to my needs. One minus point to this hotel is the repeated breakfast menu, they don't change the menu. Otherwise, everything is perfect is chic. Might wanna stay there again for my next visit to Bangkok.

The entrance to the hotel very well, quite new, modern and elegant. The employers very good, fantastic service, arranged to help yourself at all time, but the rooms are very bad, smell badly, are very simple and seem to be old. The toilet is the bad thing, is very poor, it is necessary to furnish it and paint it, modernize it a bit.

Extremely good service! Friendly staff. Just let them know where you want to go, you need a cab or tuktuk and they'll do the rest. Nice decoration - exactly as shown on the picture. Breakfast is ok for the price we are paying. Walls are thin but still ok. Will definitely book this hotel again.

The room was brand new, new mattress and perfectly good. I made a reservation of Deluxe room and they upgraded me to executive room. Excellent location which 2 minutesd walking distance to shopping centre, pratunam market, night market. Good breakfast. Value for money with excellent service. Our booking was at Baiyoke Boutique but they transferred to Baiyoke Suite hotel which was of a higher class without prior information.. They asked us to pay $100 which was never informed. Lucky that we had the credit card else the situation would have been.

Staffs are friendly and helpful, everything outside the room is fine. But the room itself is poor. although it's clean, but too dark, too small & too old. The room is only Guest House quality. not Boutique at all. I think the room is only 2/3 value of its price, the 1/3 is for lobby.

Looks clean and new at the lobby. Great wallpaper all around the lift area and at the corridor. Few areas for improvement; 1) receptionist should had imformed me that there were no dbl bed rooms available then when checking in, 2) mosquitos were everywhere in the room, 3) rooms will look perfect if there are wallpapers. Overall, good.

the hotel was decent. very nice lobby and receiving area. it's exactly like the pictures you see. the location is pretty good - just tell the taxi driver baiyoke sky - it's right behind. the room was ok. not very big, but not crampped either. staff was good - very friendly. breakfast buffet was not good. but for the price i paid, i m not complaining.
