Location is perfect. Smack in the middle of all the major shopping centres. I understand that this hotel is not new, but when i was there, the overall outlook is alright The staff is also very helpful n efficient. Only thing is the cafe is not big enough, thus it's very crowded. Overall, good experience. I'll definately come back again.

I first stayed at Arnoma Hotel in 1999. Service is reasonably good. Amenities and facilities as expected of a decent 4 star hotel. Plus point about this hotel is its centralised location. The only downside is that the walls are paper thin and I could hear people talking laughing from the other room and corridors which may be disturbing at times.

Facilities are a bit old but it's ok to stay. We met with a very nice house-keeping guy, but also met with one doorman with bad manner. Anyway, most of the staffs are good and willing to help the guests. Very nice location, just at the opposit side of Central World Shopping Mall; Only 10 minutes to Siam Paragon/Siam Discovery/Siam Centers; 5-10 minutes to BTS and SKY TRAIN station. 5 minutes to the ERAWAN on feet. Will reconsider to choose this hotel mext time due to its convenient location.

I will not want to stay in Arnoma anymore. I have problem hiring a taxi from and along the hotel. They refuse to turn on their meter at any time of the day. I do not have this problem when I stayed at Asia, Patuwan Princess and Samran Place. Maybe there is one driver out of 10 refuse to turn on meter but at Arnoma I can say is 9 out of 10 drivers refuse to turn on meter.

This is 3rd time we returned to this hotel. We love this hotel because Big-C (Hypermarket)is next to it, but this round Big-C is under renovation. Too bad. The in house TV channels need to upgrade to have more channels (especially Chinese channel) as I can see plenty of Chinese visitors staying in this hotel. Good location, super nice buffet breakfast. I will go back again after Big-C back for business.

Room was very clean & big. Toilet was clean & spacious & looked impressive with marble tiles. Check-in was efficient and fast. The service staff were always friendly and helpful. Breakfast was passable but had more or less the same variety of food everyday. The one outstanding thing about the breakfast was that they provided fresh cream and good maple syrup with their waffles. But their asian food selection was mediocre. Overall, for the its prime location to main shopping areas, hypermart next door and standard of room & service, the price of the hotel was definitely worth it. Most cab drivers know where is Big C (hypermart beside the hotel) even if they don't know the hotel.

Efficiency and courtesy of personnel, with yet the Thai smile, remains one of the strong points of this hotel. Although our main reason for staying repeatedly at this hotel will remain its great location amidst various shopping centers and its fabulous breakfast buffet (outstanding choice). The room conveniently offers a free safety box. Only down point is the high price level of consumables and services (minibar 3 times more expensive than hotels outside BKK), as for the room price, it is fair considering you re in BKK. Last but not least, a toilet shower in the bathroom would be a welcome asset. Arnoma is the only hotel in our Thai holidays that does not have one (probably because the hotel looks a little outdated interior wise, but it has its style).

We have at last found the best location to stay in Bangkok!! Must be impossible to find a better location in Bangkok for shopping!This will be our only hotel in Bangkok from now on. The hotel is a littlebit old,but very nice. Breakfast very good also. All in all ok for the money, but I found it to have to mush “business vibes” for my taste. Location, super 7min walk to the sky train (Chit Lom) Staff, always smiling and provided good service. Room, ok but I expected better for the price range, had everything but had a “old” feeling. I had a superior room and it was small but ok. Breakfast, great had everything and was fresh. All in all 3 out of 5, not good but not bad either for the money.

No problems but they could have notice my late checkout request. Due to same day booking and it was a general holiday day in Thailand I called SiamWebHosting and ask them for a hotel that had rooms available in my price range with the location I wanted, they put me on hold for 15sec and then recommended the hotel. They ask me to make the reservation online and they should keep a look out for the booking, after 1h I got the booking reservation email but without any feedback for the late checkout request (18:00) simply ignored (?). So I called them again and they told me I have to pay half the room price, I had no problems with that so they told me they would send a new booking confirmation. After 10min I got the email and paid it. No problems but took me extra phone call to them to sort it out. Anyway they were friendly on the phone and English was ok after I got transferred to a second person.

This is my first time staying in Arnoma Hotel even though I have been to Bangkok for 7 times. I must say that the service is very good throught out the 4D3N stay. A very warm and friendly environment from hotel staff. Location wise is superb as it's very near major shopping centres which are mostly walkable. Room cleanliness and conditions are no different from a 5 star hotel, very comfy and clean. The carpet outside each guest rooms is new and pretty, resembles those of a 5 star hotel. Difinitely worth the cheap price and will return to this hotel again. They are always smiley and breakfast is very good with wide range of selection.

All the staffs didn't smile while they attend us, and talked so quickly, seems to be in a rush to do something else. The room was small, and the bedside panel was coming off. One of the staff made faces when my mom asked them to recommended a traditional Thai restaurant. I don't think I'll stay at this hotel again.

The location of Arnoma hotel is very ideal for any shopper as the shopping stores were within walking distances or cheap taking Tut tuts/taxis. The free ride to Central Departmental Store was great. I would like to suggest for more of such free rides or at a minimum charge to other shopping malls like Siam Paragon or King Power. The breakfast was quite similar every morning and more Thai dishes or desserts should be introduced. The rooms were clean and standard. The staff were polite and friendly. Overall, the Arnoma Hotel is good and i would recommend my friends there.

Great hotel with a great location. This was the third time I ve stayed at the Arnoma since 2004. The Arnoma has fantastic customer service and the hotel is a great value for the money. The location is perfect because there is a Big C supermarket right next door, the outstanding Central World Mall across the street, and many smaller shops and street vendors located nearby. It looks like the hotel has done some remodeling since our last stay in Nov 05 with new carpet and furniture. Highly recommended.

This was our second stay at Arnoma. Staff were kind and helpful, checking in and out was easy, breakfast great with many choices. This hotel whilst perhaps a little older, has excellent facilities, is very well situated for shopping (Big C, Central World, Pratunam Centre and Indra) with many street stalls along the roadway. Initially we chose this hotel because we couldn't get into our first choice but now Arnoma will become our first choice. It was the friendly and helpful staff that made all the difference.

We always go to this hotel because it is very close to World Plaza shopping center as well as some other shopping paradises, also close to the skytrain. Furthermore the hotel is very efficient, has a great breakfast buffet (although on 16 Feb it was very crowded and some of the delicacies ran out and were not replenished). The minibar is expensive but you can arrange your own supplies from nearby supermarket. Some of the TV channels are not received well which gives a snowy screen. We missed a toilet shower but we survived. The room is spacious, neatly decorated and although the bathroom has a somewhat old look it functions perfectly. We have been to Arnoma several times and expect it will remain our choice if we have to stay in Bangkok in years to come.

Arnoma Hotel has one of the best location in Bangkok, with bridges nearby the hotel to link to the BTS skytrain & shopping centres. I ve stayed there on most of my trip to BKK (about 5 times)& it feels like home seeing familiar F&B staff that worked there for many years. The reception staff could improve their service with a bit of smile though & the breakfast at the coffehouse Buttercup should stretch to 10.30am instead of 10am.

When we arrived the hotel said we couldnt check in until 5pm. Once we waited to check in we were then told we had to have a room with 2 single beds. We weren't happy about having to wait so long or the bed situation so we asked for a refund & then were prompty moved to a room with a king bed. Hotel itself is a bit old, good location though. It is mainly catered for the asian market - we foud that there were very few non-asian people staying there & felt that the breakfast could have been more varied (lots of asian dishes) and that the staff seemed to favour the asian guests over us. For the price I wouldn't reccomend this hotel.

The check in time was a long wait as we reach our hotel at 1PM. Check in at about 4PM. Can't unpack our stuff to go to other places. Book a room with extra bed but then we didn't got one.Got 1 finally after some time. Everything was well and security was good during the New Year countdown and also the bombing.
